The woman who works at the Hawaiian Gardens location is amazing and makes me feel comfortable shopping there. She is helpful, gives good advice and will install your new battery after you purchase there. Their website can help you figure out which battery you need. Great experience after not being able to get a battery from AAA. I just had to jump start my truck to get it there. I will continue to shop here. If you don't come for anything else, come for the staff. They are so knowledgeable and patient and very very helpful. I always leave a satisfied customer when I come here. I used to go to Auto Zone a lot but I think I found my new go-to for all things auto!
After looking online and at brick and mortar stores I went to O’Reilly’s in Hawaiian Gardens for my 1982 Corvette brake calipers. The young lady was very friendly and helpful with my order. I picked them up the next day and they even loaded them for me. They also had the best price so I ordered all four and was able to get the job done. Thank you O’Reilly!

Manager states and I quote, “ I hate poor people”, this was after price matching oil prices. The manager should not be allowed to give hateful remarks to its customers, nor represent the Orielly store in Hawaiian Gardens. If Orielly is tolerant in management harassing its customers,then it shows Oriellys intent in not providing quality and fair service/products to the public. Date of incident 10/12/24, time 12:40 pm.
What a bunch of unprofessional, incompetent people... I don't expect everyone to be perfect, but an apology would've been nice when they make a mistake... not going back again.

The customer service given by Joshua was top notch earlier this week. I went in for a brake light bulb at 7:40am in which he looked up the part number and found it in the aisle for me. While ringing my purchase up, I had mentioned that I had a sore back and thank goodness my husband noticed that my light was out this morning. I intended to drive to my husbands work to have him replace it. Joshua asked if I wanted him to take a look at it. I was shocked by his friendliness and level of service he was giving me. He changed it out in minutes and took my old bulb for me. What a fantastic employee! Thank you for training your associates to care about their customers. Although I live in another city this will be my home store for auto parts.
Very friendly staff that immediately greeted me as I walked through the door. I was assisted by Benny who was professional, funny, and fast to help me get a replacement O-Ring that broke off my car. It felt like a NASCAR pit stop because I was in and out before I knew it! I will absolutely come back again in the future!
Just went inside to ask for assistance in finding a phone charging cable for my phone and the employees didn't care to guide me in finding the cable.
In fact there were several of them just standing not caring what so ever. Very poor performance by the staff.
I almost was hesitant to go inside only because the way things have been nowadays and the last few years I really don’t like shopping in store anymore mainly because it seems that employees have become vigilant mean people and a lot of times I feel it starts from the higher ups, bosses and leaders.
I went in, and was immediately greeted and helped by Alexis who made my visit there feel worth going inside, he was super helpful by being knowledgeable and getting me what I needed and he also killed any bit of anxiety I may have had.
I thanked him & told him how much I appreciated him and his help.

Vic was super helpful over the phone and in person. Helped me replace my headlight bulb and I was in and out in 5 mins. Great service and low prices. I have comfort in knowing I can count on them. Disappointed, I called to order parts "Victor" quoted a different price was told they would give me 20 percent off each item . When ready to purchase no Discount was applied. All the employee "Alexis", said was sorry no its full price. Luckily I was fortunate to have an extra $60.00 . If that wasn't the cause I could just imagine how difficult it could've been if I couldn't provide the whole amount. They need to be more accurate with what telling costumers. Even at that he didn't accommodate any Discount of false pricing said by there employee. When you call make sure they tell you the correct price to avoid your self any Disappointments.
Good oreillys. Very helpful and super non biased. Man they treat me like fam every time. They dont look at you differently cause you're black or dark skinned or minority. They always have things I'm looking for. This is a cool oreillys like the one in Fullerton off of orangethorpe and Euclid.

The starts very clean. The attitudes and delightfulness of the employees made it welcoming to me. I feel the story is one of the better stores that I've been in.
Francisco was useless. He seemed very lazy and had an attitude with me the whole time. You guys should hire more friendly people that are willing to help. Never going back, AutoZone is better.
