I would like to give acknowledgment to great service I received from AutoZone associate Gonzalo. I had forgotten my glasses and could not read the small print on items that I needed. Gonzalo was very helpful to look up, find and informed me of sales that optimized my savings and used my AutoZone rewards. Great service and savings, much appreciate all the help.
A shout out to Gonzalo for a fast and efficient battery change out. My battery was 8 years old and I was getting worried. He did a good and fast installation and I was on my way!!
Jose is the only one who assisted me to check my battery and full system and he also assisted me with the obd scanner. He had amazing customer services and will return back looking for him .

I want to give Kudos to the staff at Auto zone on Norwalk Blvd between 214th and 215th street. The staff at this store is professional, knowledgeable, sociable and very helpful. Every time I have come to this store, they have made feel at home. They deserve a pay raise or some reward for going above and beyond!
So worthlessy useless. I would have been better off crashing into the store. In fact I had half a mind to do that in the way out of the parking lot.. I’d just blame it on the headlight lightbulb that they cannot fix because it “isn’t easy enough for him”

Don't know why I have to wait 30 minutes to pay for 2 items since their sele check out doesn't work and they only have 2 guys working and they take their sweet time helping customers. Fix you damn self check out
I shop at this store periodically, my experiences have been very poor . Customer is not their first priority they usually ignore you until you go and ask to be helped, and then they take their time like if you’re a bother to them . I the evening manager is totally rude and unprofessional . I recommend shopping elsewhere

Hawaiian gardens AutoZone sells defective battery's that expire around the warranty expiration, wasn't even offered a discount to replace the bad battery.
Replying to the owner/ customer service rep: will I be offered a new battery? the battery I purchased at Hawaiians gardens #5945 a year ago expired exactly at the same time the warranty expired which was not long ago, I came in for a free charge cause I trusted AutoZone good business practice of selling reliable products to which, the rude employees behind the counter told me two wait two hours before returning to pick up my battery and upon returning was told it was a bad battery and offered no solution other then to buy a new one, which seems like a scam in itself, Shady business practice.
Best customer service by Salma!! Very helpful and polite. She knows what she’s doing. Made it so easy for me. Love when they have women working there. Makes it more comfortable for me as a woman. Will definitely be coming back here JUST because of her!!!!
Went in a couple of days to purchase a new filter for my car , and the girl Salma helped me find the better match for my car which was also affordable , shout-out to her she was also very kind and took her time with helping me out

Went to recycle my used motor oil and the guy behind the counter said very rudely we really Don t take motor oil.anymore. then he said its gonna be a while before i help you. Im never coming back to this location again. Especially when an oreillys is closer and they aren't rude
The manager or supervisor here is a little shifty. I went in once to return a core that I had for a while, because I finally had time to install the item. I could not find the receipt, but I remember the guy that sold it to me said that I didn't have to worry because my receipt would be in the system.
Well, when I went to return it, I should have asked for his name and I failed to see his name badge, the guy, manager or supervisor, said I needed the receipt. I told him I lost it because I've had it for a while. He refused to give me a refund and claimed he could not find it in his system. I got upset and went to another location. Funny, the guy from a different location found it in his system and I didn't even buy in that store. Funny ha!

I keep failing a smog check. Omar helped me in great detail while I provided the fail codes and helped me obtain the necessary parts. Tremendous work and great customer service. Will be coming back again
I'm a 70 year old who found herself with a flat tire, I pulled into the nearest parking lot which happened to be AutoZone in Hawaiian Gardens. Norwalk and 214th. I did not have the strength to change the tire and went into the store to ask for help.
Jose A, the parts manager come out to help me. He had the tire changed in no time at all and was so nice,

Alexander was extremely helpful and kind. He checked my clutch and power steering fluids, showed me how to open and fill, that I should be careful with brake fluid since it corrodes paint, filled the fluids for me after picking them out (wow!!!) And let me get some paper towel to clean up, then let me use their restroom to wash my hands and took my trash! Thank you!!!
😕 i drop my battery last night 08-28-19 to get check before buying new one , when I went to pick up the battery in the morning still not Ready, so the guy told me need atlist 1hour more,
When I go back again to the store my car battery still not getting charge because they reason they used the smaller charger so now they told me again give another 2hours.
“So hopefully this time they do the job right.”
They should know the right volts to plug in on the battery because this is just wasting my time.
They should get training every 6months so they know what there doing and not getting this experience for all customer.
Plan was to just go in buy a can of R13 needless to say I needed 2 cans. The gentleman by the name of Adrian was who assisted me, went above and beyond a 5 star rating. Not only did he check the pressure before (which was completely empty) he refilled the freon tank as well showed me the proper gauge and level it is suppose to be at. Thanks again Adrian. Hope you enjoyed your lunch. Hell yah I bought him lunch.
Didn't have too many options for power steering fluid so I had top buy one I want familiar with. They usually do have it. Captain Obvious says, I suggest calling to find out if they have what you're looking for before going.
Super helpful and laid back.. Easy to work with on getting parts. They had a hammer I bought that had scuffs and discounted it without anyone saying anything... I wouldn't have minded.. But it was cool..
Wow, great service, I don't usually write reviews, but this place was amazing. The guy personally came out to look at my car and showed me how to change my oil, the overall feel was amazing and I will definitely be coming back, best service I have experienced in a long time!
I went in to get a passenger mirror for my car, the first of which broke after a week. I went back to purchase another, but they could not find the passenger mirror I needed. They ordered two of the closest matches which were to be delivered later in the day, which they told me I was not obliged to pay for. At the designated time I called to see if the part was in. The girl who picked up responded it was not, and told me to come in at the designated time. When I tried to explain it was the designated time and I needed to first confirm the mirrors were passenger and NOT driver side BEFORE I came to pick them up she hung up.
