I came in for an estimate, paying out of pocket, and wasn’t sure what to expect. Armin greeted me warmly and, to my surprise, offered to complete the repair on the spot if I had 30–60 minutes to wait. I didn’t expect that kind of immediate service! While I waited in their clean, comfortable lounge—with complimentary water—Armin and his team got to work. I've had a great experience with Armin, his father, and the painting team. They did excellent work on my Boxster and have been very genuine every step of the way. They also did incredible work on the car. It's looking brand new again and I couldn't be happier with the results. It's also really easy to access from the South Bay which I greatly appreciate. I recently had the misfortune of needing repairs after a minor fender bender, but thankfully, I found Expo Collision Center in El Segundo. I took my 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 there for repairs on the rear bumper and liftgate, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff at Expo Collision Center were incredibly professional and reassuring. They gave me a detailed estimate promptly, explaining every step of the repair process in a way that was easy to understand. The level of transparency was refreshing. The repair work itself was nothing short of exemplary. My car's rear bumper and liftgate were restored to their original condition, if not better. Ask for Armin or Shane, the attention to detail was meticulous.

Excellent experience overall! My insurance recommended another auto body shop that told me they couldn't get me in for 2 weeks. Expo took me right away and did the work in 1/2 the time that the other place estimated. They were efficient, transparent and very high quality work- looks like a new car!

Great customer service from everyone there. Had my car in for repairs after an accident and they made my car look brand new and were very attentive that everything on the car got fixed. The paint job was unbelievable and I have to say it looks amazing, they are paying attention to the small details and making sure your vehicle is returned in great condition. My teenager rear-ended someone at a stop light. The car was old enough that we don't have comp and collision on it and so had to pay out of pocket. We went to another place and they quoted almost $9,000 for genuine Toyota replacement parts. I stopped here to get an estimate and he suggested after-market parts which ended up saving us $5,000. They seem to have done a good job. The paint looks pretty good, definitely not factory-quality, but it's a lot better than others I have seen. I would recommend this place if you are not going through insurance. Make sure you inspect the car well afterward. They replaced the front bumper with one from a different version of our car. The one they put on has fog lights. The guy I talked to insisted that it was the same exact thing, even though they couldn't make the fog lights work becuase there is no wiring for them and no switch inside the car.

I visited Expo Collision Center for the first time after my vehicle was involved in an accident in the United States. What amazed me was encountering the best father-son duo in the world, Shane and Armin. They are not only professional and dedicated, but also warm and friendly. They took every issue with the vehicle seriously, patiently addressed any potential problems, and provided the best solutions. Their service was extremely attentive and meticulous. I cannot say enough great things about this place! They were recommended to me by an auto-knowledgable neighbor here in E.S. who works on and races cars and motorbikes, so I had specifically sought his advice. He had hired them and really liked them.... and they are everything he said they are! I had body damage to my Chevy truck: smashed front left bumper, shattered side view mirror, dented door frame & adjacent cab panel and even a small dent extending into the rear bed panel. I got a very reasonable estimate from Shane, the owner. He's happy, personable and non-pressuring. He has a great eye for detail, and found additional little things they could improve if I wanted to perfect the whole thing - but he didn't so much as lean or pressure me at all about doing them; he just showed he was a professional and gave me all the options. I opted just to tackle the damaged parts, not the tiny signs of age and general wear & tear. His son, Armin, took care of me when I dropped the truck back for them to do the work. Super polite, hospitable, and conscientious about everything. We went through a detailed rundown of what we were doing so there was no confusion. They replaced bumper with new, got mirror aftermarket, and were able to reshape and repair the door and panel. I was grateful that they were actively working to keep it affordable for me. It's a '97 truck, in an old school hunter green color that you don't really see in new vehicles. I was prepared that there might be a subtle tell in which parts had been repaired. They matched the color perfectly, and cleaned and waxed the whole truck. It looks practically brand new!! There is NO indication that the truck has had work. I'm totally stoked!! They even made a few minor improvements from the list that I passed on without charging for them. You can tell they take great pride in their work and they got it done in exactly the number of days that they said it would take. They're great folks who do great work!

Throughout the whole process, Armin kept me in the loop, giving me regular updates and estimated completion times. That level of communication was clutch. And let me not forget about the customer service—it was top-notch. Armin and his team were friendly, helpful, and even hooked me up with a rental car while mine was getting patched up.

Shane and the staff were kind, personable and went above & beyond to help me replace my damaged bumper and fender. I went to about half a dozen different body shops that quoted me at extremely high prices and Expo beat them all by a mile. Shane worked hard to not just get me the best price possible, but he also made sure my car was ready in a timely manner and that the repairs were of the highest quality. The staff took excellent care of me and my vehicle, they made me feel like part of the family, I couldn't recommend anyone better!

My car experienced some damage after another car crashed into it. Admittedly, I know very little about cars and a bit intimated whenever I have to visit a repair shop. In addition, it was somewhat frustrating to work with my insurance. But the people here were fair, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They were responsive and reliable in supporting me through the repair process and working with my insurance provider to ensure my car is as good as new. It was thoroughly fixed in a timely manner. I can’t recommend this family owned, local shop enough!
