I recently brought my 1987 Honda Accord to All Cars Repair Shop in San Gabriel, and overall I had a very positive experience. My car was well taken care of, and all of the necessary repairs were completed properly and professionally.
My main point of contact was Jorge, who did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout the entire process. The pricing and repair timeframe were communicated clearly from the start, which I really appreciated — there were no surprises along the way. While the prices were somewhat on the higher side, the work was completed fairly quickly and with clear confidence in the quality of the repair.
Working on older vehicles can often be more complicated, and fewer shops today are willing or able to properly service classic cars like my Accord. I was glad to find that this shop had the knowledge and capability to work on an older vehicle without hesitation.

I got a recommendation for All Car through AAA and their website when looking for local approved shops. It did not disappoint! This is a family owned and operated local community business that has been around for 40 years. They reviewed my vehicle and my concerns thoroughly and took the time to walk through the vehicle with me onsite. George took the time to make sure he understood my specific vehicle and the issues I was having and Sarah got me checked in and explained their process thoroughly. They even offered to give me a free ride home! After inspecting the care they called me and went over the issues they found. We agreed to proceed with repair and they sent me a written estimate for the major concern as well as two relatively minor issues they also found. I was able in the estimate to review and approve either just the major concern and/or the other minor issues. I opted to take care of everything while they had the vehicle. The work was done before the end of the next day. Highly Recommended!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about All Car Specialist in San Gabriel. Jorge and Ron consistently go above and beyond in their customer service. Whether it’s something simple like putting air in my tires or replacing windshield wipers, or squeezing me into their already tight schedule for major repairs, they always treat me with kindness, urgency, and professionalism.
Most recently, I was preparing to travel to Arizona and stopped in for an oil change the same day I was leaving. I suspected I might need brakes but assumed there wouldn’t be enough time to address it. To my surprise and gratitude, they accommodated me without hesitation. Not only did they confirm my brakes were in serious need of replacement, but they completed the work that same day so I could travel safely and with peace of mind.

I had a great experience getting a smog check at a Star certified station. I met 2 staff, George and Ron, who were courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. I did not have an appointment, but All Car accommodated me and I was able to get the service done within 30 minutes. I'll certainly recommend the place to relatives and friends.

I'm talking to seniors cause we are afraid of being taken advantage of, All Car has been one business that hits all the marks that is important when it comes to being treated fair, welcomed and ALWAYS knowing they did the job right the first time. Normally I always get my truck serviced at GMC. When I saw All Auto was recommended by AAA, I decided to do my brake service at All Auto.
I couldn’t be happier with the level of service received and how easy it was to schedule the work (because of the distance to my dealer, I always had to schedule the service on Saturday).
All Auto not only dropped off but picked me up when the service was done. (An unexpected surprise).
I highly recommend this company.
Be weary of taking your car here for service. I understand up charging, but this was out of control. Pay attention to the reviews. Was quoted just over $760 for 4 spark plugs on a 2018 Subaru Forester.
3 other ASE certified shops quoted prices all less than, $320.
Needless to say we went to another shop. The shop was very dismissive when we declined service. I understand your prices are your prices.
Too expensive for the service provided. They also disabled the link to view my repair agreement and cost breakdown, which feels unprofessional and lacking transparency when others have allowed me to continue accessing it as reference to their practice.
AAA towed my car here after it broke down at a busy intersection. They offered to drive me to my destination. They did a diagnostic check to try to investigate the cause of the breakdown. They were very thorough, and took several hours. They were professional, friendly, and the car is fine.
OVERPRICED!! They quoted me ~$165 for a car part and when they didn't have time to fix it they changed the fee to reflect as cost of "labor." I was charged over $540+ for a car maintenance inspection and none of the cost was used to repair anything. They try to justify their prices with their "2 year warranty" but even the discount repair shop gives you that bare minimum. I wish I had gone to my regular mechanic. If you come here, make sure to ask for a breakdown of their labor and hours that was used towards your car. It was a total waste of my time and money coming to this place. I do not recommend.

Additionally, Ron Recalde, who walked me through the whole process of the cool air rebate program - graciously explaining and answering my many questions. Truthfully, I was a bit hesitant to use this establishment but just decided to give them a try and I was so glad I did! Before heading to ariz. My car needed a tune-up by a reliable place, All Car Specialists is the best. My Jeep is a 2009..not a single problem driving to Mesa, AZ and back. Very friendly too.
All Car Specialists were fantastic! I went in to redeem the Cool Air Rebate and get my AC fixed—Jorge made the process easy, updates were timely, and costs were transparent. I even got my brake pads done while I was there. Great work and communication—I would definitely come back again!

If I could give this shop zero stars, I would. My elderly father had a horrible experience here, especially with a technician named Jorge (George), who was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
We scheduled an appointment through the Cool Air Rebate Program, which clearly states that diagnostic inspections are 100% covered for July 2025. When we made the appointment, we were told there would be no charge for the inspection. But when my father arrived at 8 AM, George suddenly insisted that there would be a $40 inspection fee if they weren’t able to perform the repair.
When I called to clarify, I asked for the service manager, and George came on the line. When I started trying to explain, George interrupted me, told me I was wrong as they had been processing these vouchers for some time. He also stated that he could not give me any ballpark amount for the repair costs of a leak, as some customers ended up paying $1,000 post-rebate. That made no logical sense, and when I questioned his statement, he simply said, "Ok, well it sounds like we won't be able to help you," and hung up. I later learned he’s a service tech and not the manager. What kind of business lets a tech speak to customers like that?
I called back and spoke with Ron, who identified himself as the actual manager. While he was more polite, he first claimed there was a 20% inspection fee, then reduced it to 10% after I cited the actual program terms. But again, Cool Air Rebate covers 100% of inspection fees in July, so there should have been no inspection charge at all regardless of outcome.
If we hadn’t done our own research and pushed back, my elderly father could have been wrongfully charged for something the program also reimburses the shop for. That’s dishonest and unethical, as it would incur double billing. I requested to speak with the owner directly because it was clear there’s a breakdown in communication at this shop. Ron said he would try to help me and “pass on the message” to the owner, Mr. Paul Brow, to call me back. No one followed up.
TO THE OWNERSHIP: Mr. Paul Brow, if you’re reading this, please remind your staff that professionalism starts with honesty. Your customers deserve transparency, not arrogance, misinformation, or being hung up on. Your staff told us you’re participating in this program “to help people,” but this is not how you help. This is how you damage trust and reputation. I hope you take my feedback to heart.
Thankfully, we found a more transparent participating business. For the record, the program very clearly states that inspections are 100% covered for the month of July and that approved repairs are covered at 90%. We won’t be returning here for any purpose, and we strongly recommend others proceed with caution.
Great service! Took my car in to get a routine check and found some issues on my car. They identified them and got it done quick and correctly. They even cleaned my headlights as a gift. Very nice people and would highly recommend.
Another 5 star experience at All Car. Made a quick and easy appointment for a repair, they asked about helping me arrange a ride back, took care of the issue, communicated costs and options and were pleasant and friendly. The team at All Car continues to have excellent service and skills. Highly recommend.
I took my Toyota Camry in after hearing a strange noise in the engine. Everyone was super welcoming when I walked into the office. George helped me out and answered all of my questions and explained everything after my vehicle was diagnosed. They fixed my vehicle very efficiently and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend this place for all car services. I'm definitely coming back to also get regular service checks from here on out. These guys truly are one of the best.
