No recomiendo a nadie ir a ese lugar benden cosas q no cirben me dieron 4 motores y los 4 estaban malos alli esta las pruebas los otros 2 estaban desvielados quieres cuidar tus aoros no ballas a ese lugar
I purchased a used Transmission from this place, it failed less than 3 weeks later, I called them for the warranty. They said they have no record of it being sold and they cannot go through their invoices, so they just hung up on me. It turns it they out-sourced the part and they never told me.. I had to go through a different company that I never called nor requested any kind of service from. It took that company 2 months to refund my money since they were all the way out in Indio and had no drivers coming to LA.
Beware of this place, they do not have your parts, they will not honor the warranty!!!
I was referred by Mr. Ford to this place it was the best thing that ever happened to me I was looking for a Intake manifold for an 20 year old suv , they had it right there and they were very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you need parts for you vehículo.
By far the best customer service I have received in a very long time! Hector was extremely knowledgeable and always willing to help. It has become harder and harder to find an honest business the fulfills all their promises. You have my business from now on.
Staff working there are very misleading always sending you to other junk yards that DONOT have your car parts wasting your time please be careful with this establishment
