Worst experience ever. They offered reasonable price, but didn't show up for pick up, between 8-12, and rescheduled 1-5. Never called, and I had to call for rescheduling, which they never showed up for again. Waste of time. Find a company that will respect your time.

Beware anyone who calls this place they will agree on a price to pay you, then when they get there at the end of the day Joseph will tell you the converter is missing but they can still do you a favor and tow it away for free.

I had to get rid of my clunker, Cash For Cars respectfully offered me the most cash for my car!! I was told the vehicle would be picked up the next day but the tow company reached out and picked it up on the same day!! check on hand!!! Extremely satisfied with Cash For Cars friendly staff and quick response.

The experience with Cash for Cars was good. I got a decent offer $900 hundred more then the competitor had offered after sending photos of my car. Swapna Thapa was great he answered all my Questions n cocserns I had n assured me there was nothing to worry n made me fill comforting to trust them n move forward to finalize the pick-up. It did take a few days to get averything in order, but Happy over all with the pick up n getting their business check in my hands. U do have to wait about 4 hours for the check to clear when taking it to the bank.

My experience with “Cash for Cars” was excellent, especially with Antonio Williams helping us. He was very informative, knowledgeable and polite. Answered all my questions. He made selling my car fast and simple. Once his offer price was agreed, he had the car picked up the next day. I would definitely refer people to Antonio with “Cash for Cars.” There needs to be more employees like Antonio to do business with so that selling your vehicle can be quick and seamless. I didn't like it. His estimate was 200 plus dollars under what I ended up selling it for. He started off at $292. I had already accepted an offer of $555 from Peddle. The cash for car guy wouldn't accept that I had already accepted an offer. He kept contacting me. I kept telling him I had already taken care of it. He spent a lot of time telling me why no one would pay that amount for my vehicle. He talked about how old it was. He talked about how nobody wanted parts from that car. Talked about everything he could think of to make my car sound inferior and as if it really were a piece of junk. It was not. That car's engine is quieter than any new car out there on the road. Long story short I did get the amount I was initially offered from the other company, and I still couldn't get rid of cash for cars. I had to block their number.
My car was involved in a accident. I had to get rid of it. I called cash for cars. They were very nice and professional. They gave me a reasonable offer. I called them in the evening. The car was picked up the next morning. They made the process simple and easy. Thank You.
I reached out yesterday to sell my car. It had engine issues for the past yr. I misplaced my title so I didn't feel comfortable trying to sell it on FB Marketplace. They gave me a reasonable quote online and met me in a few hours. The car wouldn't start but the tow truck guy towed it w/ ease. He checked my ID and they did verify that I'm the owner through the VIN #. And I received a check for the quoted amount right then and there. The process was super easy. I'll use them again.
