  I ordered a tow from AAA and requested a flatbed truck. The lady in the office at Intercity tow took it upon herself to ignore the request and not send a flatbed truck. When the drive connected me with her she asked me way did I want a flatbed truck. I pleasantly told her that’s what I requested. Long story short if you deal with AAA in Los Angeles and they send you intercity towing as your provider, PLEASE make sure you tell AAA to put your request in ALL CAPS , so you don’t get left waiting over 2 hours for a 12 miles Tow

  They picked up our 24' commercial vehicle in an impossible spot. The driver Jose (Pepe) was very accommodating and worked with us in a difficult location. Other drivers would have made us push the vehicle into the street. The whole experience was a very good one. I would highly recommend using them again.

  Our limo broke down on the freeway and after calling several tow companies that could not help, Hugh at City Terrace Towing, reassured us that he would be there to help us as soon as possible. The job Hugh did was spectacular and the way he reassured us that it would all be fine, was exceptionally calming and professional!

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THESE THIEVES !!!! We left the car parked in a commercial plaza for half an hour. THERE WAS NOBODY TO PAY THE PARKING OR ANYONE WHO TELLED US THAT THEY COULD NOT PARK THERE AND THEY WERE TAKEN. They take my car with my money inside, phone charger etc, thank God I had a 1% battery in my phone to call these shameless thieves and ask for an Uber to recover my unfortunate car !!! Charging us $ 400 !!! We are tourists and they are thieves, everything is in the hands of lawyers now !!! you are not ashamed! My daughter crying and leaving us abandoned in Los Angeles.

  The worst people I dealt with. After they towed my car they broke my suspension, so the wheels were looking to the side like at 30 degrees. They told me they will repair the damage, but they left me without the car and they claiming that they will not reimburse any expenses related to my transportation without my car. Also they are not in a hurry to fix my car, by saying that they have business to take care. But when you screw somebody’s car because of poor work, you have to take responsibility for that. If you got towed by this place make sure double check your car, because people who work there don’t know what they are doing.
