Don’t recommend this place. It’s kind of an easy process, but they pay you really little for what you bring. I brought 400lbs of stuff got $20 for it. Yeah use that as reference. Staff is nice but they don’t help you unload your car either. Take that in mind too. Again don’t recommend this place.
Our home was destroyed in the Palisades Fire and we finally decided to part with some burned sentimental items but did not want to just toss in the trash. I’ve never been to Ekco Metals before and had a great experience. Got a fair price for the metals I brought in. They were very organized, helpful and competent. Big shout out to Greg Lopez! Best place by far to recycle your metals. Friendly service and honest buyers. I drove 45min to sell my scrap, and got payed more than the other buyers would pay in the IE. 8/26/24 always come here because of good prices but today I was disappointed got payed $1.29 per pound same material 2 weeks before they payed $2,50. I guess I'll just stay and sell in the IE .
Great place, staff is friendly and certainly helpful best prices in town. Super organized. Just a tip pre sort metals at home or shop to make the visit shorter than it has to be.
Fast, efficient, good prices, helpful staff. Parking is a little messy, but I didn't know what I was doing and a staff member brought me a cart and pointed me the right direction. They pay cash instead of check and their value was over double the place at the end of the 710fwy. They even gave an straight price over the phone. 100% recommend Ekco.
Took a lot of aluminum, wanted to give me a ridiculous amount of money..took my business elsewhere where they payed me the fair amount I was looking for..if you want fair price for your merchandise go elsewhere..
