Too many cars get their engines taken out by the junkyard to sell seperately. How are we going to find parts from cars with no engines in them. Anybody else notice this?
I went to this junkyard looking for a part for my car, and honestly, I was quite disappointed. The prices are sky-high, way more expensive than on eBay or Amazon! And to top it off, some used parts cost almost the same as new, original ones. It's better to compare prices online before coming here, you'll save a lot of money! Also, ask for the price before they remove the part, you might end up wasting your time and money!"
Not as good as it used to be. Prices are much higher, security is more strict, entrance fee is now 4$.
This used to be a great places to shop for low cost parts , I remember 5-6 years ago small stuff used to be like 5-10$ but prices now seem to be on par or higher than " Pick your parts" making it kind pointless to go here.
As " Pick your parts" has a much larger selection of cars entrance fee is only 1$ more. Prices seem about the same if not higher went to buy a used Grille and a latch. Charged me 70$ no warranty "PYP" sells for 45$ Ebay for 75$ ( 30 day warranty, free shipping) .
Might be good for an emergency but don't think I'll be going back anymore. I don't know why it got so bad I suspect change of management but it looks the same.
I also called trying junk a car a few times but they kept telling me " guy who buys cars isn't here". So idk... such a shame, what happened to this place.
The staff was unbelievable unfriendly towards me and my brother who went there looking for donut tires. Not only were the staff unfriendly, they were also unhelpful as they wouldn't answer basic questions. It felt like there was some racial profiling was going on there.
Avoid this dump and spend your gasoline going elsewhere.
This place has been here as long as I remember. The iconic hanging car . After 37 years I finally had a reason to go in and i found what I needed. Also borrowed a tool from a nice stranger he came through
My experience there was not good me and my uncle went there yesterday to get a part for my grandmother's car and we brought the part with us the guy there was not helpful was very attitudeish assume that we stole apart that we brought in to make sure that we got the right part and did not have their decency to apologize to my uncle for him assuming that he stole something that he did and then turned around and said that everybody's a liar and that people lie and sometimes you can't believe other people well we're not all people and they're still good people out here in this world that do tell the truth and that do keep it real whatever person that he encountered those days that that what they were lying we weren't those people and I didn't appreciate that so I would never go back there or recommend anyone to go there
Went to buy the the crv rear table and when I went to the window to check out they denied the sale and said we don't sell em and when I asked why don't you sell them them the only answer I got was "we don't sell them "followed with a ugly smirk/smile they sell all the junk and trash in cars and will gladly charge you for junk but will refuse the sale of a actual car part remember people get your moneys worth and he'd to the junk yard in long Beach better service and bigger lot better prices trust this place basura
I just called to get information on how this location works. The gentleman that answered the phone was short and had 0 patience for a novice. I apologized and explained that I have never done this before and just want to make sure I understand the process. So he repeated his response to a question I didn’t ask. Then he suggested I go to a website. I asked if I order the part on the website can I pick the part up at that location. His response was.. it’s a website. So I repeated my question. He responded after an exaggerated breath… that it’s a website and they are not connected. I thanked him and hung up. I still have 3 stars because he did point me in a direction for self service.
Worst management I paid and went in with tool bags with old clips from some sensors I had took from cars I previously fixed they emptied the bag and wanted to keep all the little parts I had inside check the picture I didn’t let them keep anything grabbed my stuff and parts from him and left and don’t have cameras to prove that they went through my tool bag

LKQ monopolized nearly every self junkyard in SoCal and raised the prices astronomically. Glad this yard was spared. Good staff, and very reasonable prices. Always a pleasant experience whenever a car I need pops up!
I went by myself and I am a 36 year old woman and I was able to pick my part by my self they told me the row it was in and I got my part I came for plus something extra for my car I know just bring my own tools next time.
AutoZone on Broadway in Manchester they have a young man by the name of Emilio he was very helpful and courteous he took time with me and really really helped out a lot made me feel comfortable to remind me of back during the days when you was in the mom and pops out of shop all I can say is it was a very good experience
Really nice place small, you think you are not going to find what you looking for — but for the price of the entry fee is — it wasn’t so bad — I found what I was looking for —but - just take more tools — I couldn’t get what I wanted — good luck
Their dispatchers are great, kind, respectful. NOT THE DRIVER THAT ONE DEALS WITH. The driver they sent was rude, not well mannered and when asked to please do his job effectively and prompt, he refused stating that he was being yelled at (clearly wasn't, witnesses around) and took off.
Great place to save on parts, friendly staff, from the sign in office to the helpful cashier to yard guys. I always had good experiences. Cool to go just to check out cars even if not looking for parts, they got from classic cars to late model beamers and other luxury cars, I'm heading there now
My husband and I went there today and it was our very first time experience at a pick and pull. The gentleman behind the counter doesn't speak much but you can tell he's done this a very long time, the fee was $3 to enter but it may change so don't quote me. The gentleman that helped direct us to the man behind the counter was very polite, courteous and professional. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for their own parts for a very reasonable price. Oh and ladies if you want to accompany your spouse or significant other be sure to wear tennis shoes because they don't allow any open toes and I was wearing sandals. I was bummed about that but nonetheless a great place.
The companies website stated they are open until 5pm. I drive 20 miles, about 40 minutes. I arrived at 4:28 and they are closed.
The employee stated that they close at 4:30 and will not let me in to get what I need.
I had a project due and needed this last part to finish. Now it is too late to go anywhere else and my project is screwed.
This day in age, having accurate information listed on your website is important to your customers. Do your business a favor and hire someone to keep your information updated.
This is by far the worst experience ive ever had at any store.. auto parts, groceries, clothing.. these are the most rude and inexperienced people who shouldnt be allowed to have a customer service business... first, they lied about having the car i called about before i drive all the way down there which they didnt have when i got there... when i get there and ask them about the car nobody knows nothing... so they gave me my $3 back but my time and gas was wasted... then after they gave me my money back they run out to my car and tell me i didnt pay the main entrance fee even though i have a stamp on my hand and want to argue me down like im lying.. i told them to play the surveillance tape over which they didnt want to do... I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL ESPECIALLY IF YOURE SHORT TEMPERED
