Terrible customer service so many employees and none willing to help was asked what i needed and i told the guy at the computer a drive axle and he said ok 15 minutes later hes just sitting down not looking or picking the part terrible service avoid coming here go to another local salvage yard
Found the part I needed online and communicated with one of the staff. He was helpful and responsive. Showed up to see the part, and the guys were very helpful. They even let me use their tools to install the part onsite.
Very very very Bad customer service, rude people, when I called them and I ask who I’m talking to aloof them said Johnny. I spoke to three representative and three of them said my name is Johnny. Very rude and unprofessional, and disrespectful. scam. guys. need to be aware of them.
Great service!!! The guy said that he couldn't make any promess about the color of the part I was looking for. Still, he took the time to make sure that he searched well. And yes, he found one just like I needed. I recommend!
