This is a Late review . Bought a steering column from them. Perfect fit .excellent price! I’ll be going back if anything else is needed for my Dodge charger .
Looked up used Ignition coils for my Son's Dodge Avenger SE. This place came up. I called them up. The guy answered , I asked him for the 2 coils that I needed to replace the 2 that were cracked. So I MapQuest the place and wound up almost to Long Beach!! Oh!! I pulled off the 710 and asked for help to find this hole in the wall place. Got there the guys were very helpful, for me in and out in no time. Walked out slapped them bad boys in and cleared the 3 engine codes and that was the end of my list of power on acceleration. And no more check engine light. So folks by the way,.the moral of my story today is beware when using MapQuest, and make sure you check the correct address you are tryn to get to because Long Beach Ave is totally different than Long Beach Blvd
. My mistake, live and learn, won't be using MapQuest any time soon..cost me an hour of being lost.
I had to write this. Don't waste your time. I drive 40 minutes to get to this place and b4 I went called and said they had the part, but was the wrong one. And mentioned the kinda car I had. But when I got there the younger guy said I said another model of car.. which I know what kinda car I drive daily. Didn't say sorry for the inconvenience or wasting my time. When you get there you will see it's a shoe box of afew cars piled on each other. If you don't believe me? Go right ahead and go find out for yourself. Sad thing is? I read the horrible reviews after I went there and learned the hard way. I should have read the reviews..
The guy that answered was bilingual that was a very good thing for a lot of Spanish speakers they ended up not having what I needed but they were very nice
I went to get a part for my car..I have the guys the description of my vehicle..I answered every question about my car and the part I was looking for..I paid 50 dollars for the part..just to get back home and find out I was given the wrong part...I went back just to hear..Well ..Did you show me the used part from your car?? Are serious? First..You give all details about your car..They should know what They are giving you..They declined to even give me something in exchange..of course I didn't ask for my money back .The worst part of my experience...I called O'Reilly auto parts..I found the part .BRAND NEW..For only 17 dollars..
This place only seems to deal with insurance claimed vehicles so this means the vehicles they get are not ones that have bad engines or transmissions, generally speaking. They also track what transmissions come from what cars along with mileage. I located a 66k mile trans for my car at this location. I will update my review after installation. Don't expect a hospital clean environment. This is a dismantler, so people need to realize this. This place is busy with work and the people are helpful. I highly recommend this place.
The guys are really helpful. I got my fan clutch and blades . The blades that I could not find anywhere. Well they have them here ! For my jeep cherokee laredo 2000 . Fantastic

Terrible people. I asked all the questions before I drove 2 hours to pick up a computer for my vehicle when I showed up they change the warranty and told me have a nice day. I ran my business for many years now I never came across this kind of attitude in the industry. Not recommended.
If you don't turn in core with in 15 day you are out of luck. I will take credit for my mistake. How ever now i have a bad transmission and now i have to pay full price for getting a bad transmission in the first place. If you deal with them don't expect them to help you out.
While asking if they have a Dodge body part, the person on the phone kept saying the wrong item. Finally when he said the right part, and I asked if they had it, he hung up in the middle of his own sentence!
Number one dodge connection in the whole city. By far these guy know dodge parts by sharp as a tack everything after market ready in hand. You can call about a part and get greeted with so much detail concerning the job you working on these guys has done whatever you working on hundreds of time. They so generous with info go get your parts it's worth the drive go learn about what you working for great tips and grab a for them or some cause they are friendly with skills

The Good: Have the part available,phone person was knowledgeable and courteous
they deliver it free of charge with in a few hours
The Bad: And this is why they get only 3 stars,the price was a little higher than other places but they were the closest, and the part was really dirty and with oil,they could at least gave it a good clean,overall you did not save as much compared to buy in it new from Amazon were it was for sale for $270 but will take at least a week and I need it fast cause I only have one car,before you buy from them do research online most likely you will find a better deal,unless you are really in a hurry like me
