Undeniably the best quality and the most cost effective shop to get your Toyota parts...I purchased a throttle body for my prius from them and it ended up not being the part I needed and they let me return it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SPOT!
I would definitely recommend this place. I had great experience. I purchased a parts for my car and i checked the other junk yards kindly was expensive but Auto Dismantlers help me a lot to found my parts. Honestly I’m very satisfied with my purchased . The owner was very helpful and he is very professional and knowledgeable about the cars and parts . For sure I’ll recommend to everyone who needs a parts to call them. You won’t regret.
I called for a part and I was told they had it but to hurry before somebody else got it... I rush and get there in 10 mins. At first, they didn't know who I was. 45 mins later I was walked to the back where they had a car like mine but not the part. Horrible customer service. A bunch of tweakers running around pulling parts.
This is good place if you are looking for used parts and the owner is a nice guy. He always supportive and nice. You only need to walking over there. Totally I had a great experience at Japanese Auto Diamantlers.
I cannot imagine a less helpful or knowledgeable person answering the phone here. No idea what they have. No idea how to be remotely helpful. No interest in figuring out what a customer wants.
If your application is remotely out of the box, this is not your junk yard.
Not at all what I am used to with dealing with scrappers, who are often somewhat resourceful. Not this shop.
This places is horrible! Worse customer service ever! The person who answer was having a bad so he decided to take it out on the customer by dropping the F bomb! Do no buy any parts from this shop!!

So i called in looking for a transmission and the guy on the phone said he didn't have any but gave me a number from another shop. So, when i was writing down the number he said it too fast and i couldn't get most of it. When i asked again he said, "can't you just write a simple number for f@$& sakes" i was about to badmouth this guy but i couldn't because i was infront of other people. Instead, i just said thank you for being rude. Dont do business with these type of people who are arrogant and dishonest. I wish i could go to his shop and have him speak to me like that... i am not one to wish anything bad for any one, but with this type of attitude i doubt this shop will be open for long.
Horrid service, they called in, and later dropped off a part we had already gotten from a different distributor, and communicated was no longer needed from them. They had their delivery guy show up even when we had mentioned that we had the part already. Afterwards the owner alley in swearing up and down the river at our employees. Avoid this dismantler unless you're looking to be treated horribly.
Extremely rude phone service . Called and asked for pricing on an engine. Guy say okay heres the number. I told him okaygive me a second ill save it in my phone. His reply what do you mean one second you call for info and your not ready and hangs up. If there phone service is bad i cant trust there warranties would be any different
First off, they had exactly the part I was looking for and the owner and assistant were friendly and helpful. Quick and easy. They have tons of parts available.

IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE MONEY, NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH JAPANESE AUTO DISMANTLE. I do not recommend this auto wrecking to any repair shop or individual because they are not honest in terms of mileage, warranty on the parts. When they sell they try to be nice but it comes to return and warranty, they make it very difficult and finally they do not accept return. I rather doing business with other wrecking yard owners who are trustworthy than this Japanese Auto Dismantle. The owner did not respect and care his customers and even swear on the phone. He thought once he made a sale and he did not care any more. Don't fall in his trap. He might nice when he tries to sell but he will be ugly when it comes to return and warranty.
Super easy pick up. I called to check if they had the part I needed (a replacement side mirror for a '10 Impreza). The nice man answered & quoted me a price when I asked. I also asked him how long he needed to have the part & he gave me a fair estimate.
When I arrived I got lucky to find street parking. If it's the weekend, expect to walk up to a block; no parking lot, but that's not their fault. The transaction was smooth. I don't think I was there more than 15 minutes.
I've been here 3-4 times for various parts. Every time has been a pleasant experience. The pricing is fair-slightly above average, but I'm pretty sure you can haggle if you want. For me, quick pick up & thorough customer service are worth every penny.
If I have a need for ANY japanese car part, they are the first people I call.
They had all the parts I needed for my Honda Civic for a reasonable cost and not only was it cheap it had good service and I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family.
Rude people always in a hurry. Called on a windshield and asked if they can double check that it is not broken. The guy said he will pass on me and that he was very busy. Hope this wrecking yard goes out of business. Not willing to provide good customer service.
I called a day before to see if they had a part so I drove the next day and there was a nice man in the front desk he call a guy in so he can bring the part he came in screaming and yelling and telling me he was busy and to come back in 2 hours.. this place suckes and they are very pricey on my way back I found another place better customer service and cheaper I saved $35.00 and its two block's away
I was looking for a car part online, and I came across Japanese Auto Dismantlers. I decided to check out the reviews before I called. They were decent like any other wrecking yard. I finally called them and I felt like I was being rushed. I went to their shop to pick up the part that I needed. All of employees were multi tasking! Answering multiple phone calls, listening to the radio from other wrecking yards, looking at their inventory, all at the same time! I can't help to say that I was VERY impressed. Now that I've seen with my own eyes how busy they were, I understand why I was rushed. They also provided pretty good service to me.
Called them with a question about a part. The fellow I spoke with was incredibly rude, telling me that I need to hurry with my question becuase "they get thousands of" calls. So if my call was to much of a bother then they don't need my business.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received in Japanese Auto Dismantlers. I needed a bumper for my Toyota Camry and I needed a replacement. I didn't want to go to the dealer and pay expensive prices for a new one. I called Japanese Auto Dismantlers and they told me to come and check if I liked it or not. The bumper looked as if it were new! They had a great price and I've been going there ever since.
Wow, how rude can you possibly get! The owner of this location is a complete idiot. He treats potential customers like trash and is a horrible person. I understand the fact that no money, no parts, for those whom might be a small untrustworthy shop is one thing. But, to not know whom you are talking too and say things like;” what kind of business do you run” and “look moron you order a part and can’t pay for it” to a shop of our caliber is UN called for. I am from a larger collision repair facility that turns close to 100 cars a month and know a lot of shops in his surrounding areas. He has no idea what is in store for his ignorance. It is people like this that should not be allowed in this country yet alone service our industry that is based around pride of workmanship and customer service. I will spread the word of his inaccurate translations of life and business. He needs to take a look at his surroundings and thank all of us for what he has. Have a nice life! Jerk!
totally not worth it terrible place and location ,overcharged ,,disgusting quality ,,,,,go to pick your part and tell somebody there to take the part out you need,,, way cheaper ,,or take it out yourself
Horrible place to go if your looking for a small part came from so far just for them to tell me they don't just sell the part I needed but everything else attached and all I needed was 2 screws
