Came here to get my new wheel bearing pressed in because I would always have them do it back when I lived near by, I noticed the prices went up which is okay, but I thought maybe they would still do a good job. I was wrong they somehow managed to push in the ABS ring. I didn't notice because I was confident they did it right. I put the knuckle and almost hit a wall because the brake pedal went all the way down. I thought maybe I messed with the brakes, but the mechanic who checked it out said the ring was dented causing the abs system to malfunction. Waste of time and money. They don't do work like they used to.

Bad business I brought a starter thought I had a good price compared to autozone but the starter was faulty I had to replace and pay a macanic to fix again now a second starter faulty I have to pay again I don't recommend this place they should be closed down for good

Don't bother coming here if you need parts; they just take your money and waste your time. I came here on a Monday, spoke to a worker, and explained that I needed a throttle body for my vehicle. He said, "No problem, we can have it for you the next day," and I had to pay beforehand. So I came the next day to see if the throttle body arrived, just for a worker to tell me that they didn't place the order, so if I wanted, I could place it then. So I have to wait 3-7 days to get a refund.

Went all AutoZone ,other auto parts, no one had or the right part for my minivan, until I came here and Mr Humberto, very cordial and happy guy. Just by looking the picture of the broken part he found it and sold at reasonable price. Recommending this place. I am a happy customer

DO NOT DO NOT COME HEAR. All the previous comments of their rudeness clicking on you doing something without telling you charging you like if it were to be a new part all these bad experiences are true this place should be reported to the department of bureau automotive repair BAR if you have ur receipts file a complaint. They should be held accountable for not being honest with their work or word I had ordered a new part confirmed that the ordered was placed and cost and all to find out all they did was weld the part without telling me then they had the nerve to say oh if we ordered a new part it will cost more and take a long time to get hear making that decision without consulting me I called and ask why that wasn’t clarified a worker said don’t worry bring the part will return the money and when I go they said no they refuse and said the job was done a job I did not request and they do not take responsibility . The business they conduct is fraudulent scamming people for a quick buck idk if they pay for a good review but listen they will scan you and u will wish u read reviews and listen to them before coming hear I don’t it unfair because am still unable to use the part they welded because it won’t work I went to Acura dealer ship and they sold me the same part new for the same price how can. They scam how would they feel of their loved ones are being scammed idk how people conduct business like this

Don't recommend coming here they take for ever rude staff crazy old Asian man screaming at employees. Better shop out there and cheaper. Over an hour and a half to press a bearing when store was empty

was used that store for years to do wheel bearings this time brought 2 new bearings and hubs they broke one bearing and didnt want to accept their fault after talking to the owner they agreet that it were broken and without letting me know tey put cheap china bearing and cut hub and spacer during replacement, in general cheap parts, odd customer service, not professional technitians not recommend at all unless you really short on money

Call 1st and ask about the part you're looking for and make sure they have it there very helpful and quick service. Joke around with the serpent's descendants are pretty funny.....!

Don't go here they sell used parts like they are new, and bad customer service, very bad customer service, the worst. The boss needs to fire all of this workers and get new workers that know how to do their job and treat people nicely and not lie. I'm being very honest.

I wouldn't recommend this place for tools, but I was taken to this place, because an older male neighbor thought it would be better to go to am auto part store than a tool store, which I was trying to tell him to do, but because of me being a young, in his eyes, and female, he stated that a tool store isn't going to know what to do with a weakened oil filter. So he brought me to this place which turned out to be unsuccessful to because not only did they not know what to do, they didn't have a tool that would help. I showed the guy at the counter a picture of the tool I was thinking would help and asked him if he knew what I was talking about and he stated" yes I do, because you showed me the picture" and I looked at him like to oh, ok!
Then I asked if he had any suggestions on how to remove a punctured oil filter and of course being an AUTO PART STORE, had no idea. Smh.

Destroyed my bros upgraded bushing kit … bent and not pushed in all the way in the way it’s supposed to be. Too bad he’s gotta pay somewhere professional to do it. Don’t take performance parts here. They don’t know hot to install correctly.

Don’t ever leave reviews much but for these guys I’ll do it they literally had a part I needed for my old Toyota lol auto zone and orielly didn’t have the part I needed near me the closest was Gardena and if you live in south central you know it’s far and to put the cherry on top they were trying to charge a crazy amount when these guys literally had it in stock and literally half the price auto zone and O’Reillys would charge thanks for the great service y’all

Don't go to this place. I bought an item and returned it the next day and they didn't return my full money. They kept fourty dollars as per them they had to keep 20%.

I used go here for light machineshop work for years bearing, ball joints, rotor kinda Cv joint kinda thing. But after some poor work on their end I don't think I'll be back even for parts. They have a bad return policy ( 30% OR HIGHER IF THEY EVEN TAKE THE RETURN AT ALL) high prices compared with competition and Bad customer service both on the phone and in person ( like others have said). I get they are usually very busy and maybe they don't like their jobs or something idk.. but they are worse than the High school kids that work at autozone or o'reilly. When you go there you get the feeling they don't even want your money and are doing you a favor by taking your business. Turn around time is long too usually usually 3-5 hours for even basic jobs. Place I go to now is friendly always happy to take my money/business and turn around time is less than 1hr usually 30mins for less money.

Don’t bother paying the extra fee to return your item because they won’t take it back.
Absolutely horrible customer service!!! I’ve never had experience such a service like this before.
Be careful because they won’t tell you if the parts you’re purchasing are new or reconstructed!! Make sure you ask them before purchasing.
Please read other customers reviews for this place as well! A lot of bad service. This is very disappointing.

These ppl have minimum amount of customer service when you call!!! They will leave you on hold longer then the IRS* I DON'T CARE HOW BUSY YOU ARE IN STORE____ YOU SHOULDN'T SHOW YOUR CALLERS LESS CUSTOMER SERVICE SIMPLY BECAUSE YOU HAVE PPL IN STORE! They lack knowledge on Valve adjustments took my 02 v8 Toyota sequoia heads 4 times to them because the valve clearance was wrong it was to tight had to take them else were only one guy that is asian and bulky he's the best of the bunch good dude but the rest lack parts knowledge and there machinnest suck there only good to turn rotors that's it.

I bought rear bearing for my ford explorer. Their Machine shop charge me 20 dollars. But they damage my rear hub. Took it back they replaced the bearing and charge me 15 dollars more. Not even a month. The bearing got damage and i had to buy a bearing and the hub. Their parts are cheap but wont last. Not going back to buy parts again.
