Nelson made the experience so easy. In 10 years, my windshield has never had a crack. The first one cracked across the driver side. For transparency, I found this place while trying to find another repair place. I told Nelson I could come back another day since I didn't call ahead. He said they could replace it the same day in less than 2 hours. The facility and waiting area are very clean, and you can watch your car being worked on. A variety of vehicles were being serviced, even a large semi truck. You can catch a bite at the taco place that's in the same lot. Nelson gave me a quote for tinting and fixing up a window, and pricing was so fair. I'll be back for those services soon. Solo young lady approved.
Mike's Auto Glass offered excellent service! From the moment I called early in the morning, I received detailed and informative assistance. The turnaround time to change the window was impressive, and they meticulously ensured all the shattered glass was vacuumed out behind the door panel. Plus, they have a waiting area and coffee. We were referred to this place by our mechanic. I brought both our cars here without a problem. I was there about 2 wks ago with my second car, and I asked for a quote for my uncles car. The person I was talking to quoted me $185. I even wrote it down on the business card and handed it to my uncle. My uncle goes this morning to get it done, and now they are saying that there is no way they would've quoted me that much, they are charging $265. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the person who helped me. The person that I spoke with today was very rude. Saying well, it's too bad that I didn't come to point out the person that I spoke to. I don't see why it matters who it was that helped me. He worked there, and they should honor the price they gave and reprimand the person that messed up. I have notified my mechanic to no longer refer people here, and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau because this is bs.
The guys at Mike's are top notch. ALL of them... they told me how long I have to wait and that's exactly what I waited. My Tire needed air and they didn't hesitate. My mom, uncles and my son come here.
I recently contacted Mikes Auto Glass to inquire about a specific part for my car. They confirmed they had the part and quoted me a price of $450. However, when I arrived the next day, I was initially treated as if I was in the wrong place and told they didn't install the part I needed. After some back-and-forth, they eventually confirmed they had the part and asked me to pull my car up for inspection.
I also noticed signs indicating that they only accepted cash, which meant I had to make a trip to the ATM. While I was doing that, I discovered Wholesale Brother Auto Glass Inc. next door. A lady there confirmed they had the part I needed for $350 and accepted cash, debit, or Zelle. I decided to go with them instead. Since they made it clear that they take Zelle. I was in and out within an hour. The service was fast, and the customer service was excellent.
Based on my experience, I recommend shopping around the area before committing to a particular shop, especially if the shop seems disorganized or unclear about their services after confirming details over the phone. I was able to save $100, just by going next door.
Called the day before to get a price and the following day I get there and he tells me he didn’t give me that price on the phone and tried adding another 40 dollars to it. Denied that he didn’t say that price. Be straight up when people call and not have them drive out for no reason
I typically leave good reviews! I wish I could leave Mike a phenomenal review! This man is the only person to help me when my car was broken into! BMW gave me a 60day wait for a new window! Mike came up with a brilliant idea to replace it with plexiglass!

Had my windshield replaced today. Very professional. Ask the gentleman a few questions, he answered back with no hesitation. 5 stars. Quick service. I ordered the windshield, they text me and told me glass is ready. I took my car in and drove away within minutes. For warranty i was told as long as i own the vehicle i am covered. I was concerned about the seal and getting water leaks in the future. I would recommend to everyone. Thank you for your service Mikes Auto Glass.

Cons: When it was time to pay, the guy told me it was $275. I asked him to repeat it, and he said $275 again. I had to correct him that I was told $225. Fast and friendly, but maybe not trustworthy.
Mike was super Nice and helpful. I called in the morning to ask if they had my window which they did it took them around an hour or less only because I also had to get an overall experience. They’re all professional makes you feel welcome great price. I’m not the type of person to carry cash, but they are cash only, so I would suggest for you to take out anything . Hopefully I don’t have to come again, but if I do Id come back to Mike lol.
I tried their service based on a friend's recommendation to replace one of my windows. They arrived promptly, replaced the window efficiently, and I found it reasonably priced compared to other options I considered. However, I gave a three-star review because they didn't connect the door controls correctly. Although the window functions well, pressing the lock button doesn't lock the window, and it still rolls down. Despite this, their service and personnel were excellent.
Very professional, clean and friendly. The only repair shop that asked for the vin to double check accuracy of parts. I was given an estimate time of 2 hrs and the car was ready in 1 hr. Excellent customer service.

If you've read any of my other reviews you know I love sharing a good find! That being said, I came here because my window stopped rolling up. I spoke with Omar and was told if it was the switch it would be $150 or if it was the full piece it be $175, but he'd charge me $150, either way he'd let me know what the problem was. I saw them begin to take the panel apart to check everything, about 30 min later I was told the window was fixed and to go see Omar. Omar smiled and said the repair was $300. I was confused at the price, and wasn't told what the problem was or what the full price would be before the repair was made. As Omar stated when I arrived "I'll let you know what the problem is, before we assume or repair anything". I just paid the $300 and was given a year warranty. Hope this review was informative
