Nate was extremely helpful throughout my entire career experience. My car’s wheel was disconnected from the body and made moving the car nearly impossible and he worked with me for over an hour to get it on, off the truck and into my driveway.
You have a 50/50 chance of getting into a fight if you call this tow company.
AAA contacted them for me, and the first guy that arrived, right out of the gate hated me, his job, and the entire world.
I had the car in tow mode, with tow hook installed, and he goes “I can’t tow backwards”… why?
After I explain to him that the car only has tow spots in the back, he agrees to tow it backwards. Then he proceeds to strap chains on my rims. So I ask him, “can you use the straps that you got there, as to not damage the rims?” The guy’s response, “what is your problem? I either do it like this, or lower the car” he then proceeds to lower the car and leaves.
So his approach is: screw you and your car, because I have leverage over you, I get to damage your car, and you can’t ask for modicum of customer service.
To the company’s credit, the second guy they sent… great. He had no issues with towing backwards, or using fabric straps for tie-downs.
The reason for the 1 star: what if the first guy happens to tow a car of a woman? (broken down, alone, on the side of the road)
And he proceeds to abuse his leverage like he tried with me. Under no circumstance I’d be OK with this guy interacting with my wife or mother.
He needs either a serious attitude readjustment, or to be fired.
My car needed to be towed from my job in glendale to my house. Gregory was my tow truck driver. He was extremely nice and funny. He worked efficiently. He also had patience when looking for a place to drop my car. The estimated time for arrival was about an hour however he arrived with 30 mins.
My rental car broke down in the middle of a busy intersection. Hector just happened to be driving by. Even though the rental company wanted to use a different tow service, he pulled me to the curb out of traffic and helped troubleshoot the issue. Didn't even ask for payment. Thanks Hector!
Called AAA for a battery jump, and Jose with Eagle Rock Club Service was the service provider. I did a replacement battery because I knew my battery was defective. I was trying to wait until it gave out for replacement. Jose was professional, polite, and did excellent work within 10 minutes.
My battery died so I called AAA...He arrived within 10 minutes!! Checked my battery..it had only 3% of life left in it! I asked him if he could install a new battery & he did...all finished in less than half an hour! Super grateful and happy. Thank you so much for the excellent service!
I’m extremely disappointed that AAA would work with a company like Eagle Rock Club Service. Their conduct was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
I contacted AAA to have my parents’ car towed into my driveway. However, the driver, Walter, refused and claimed he couldn’t do that under AAA policy. He then took advantage of my elderly mother by convincing her that the car needed to be towed to a yard so insurance could pick it up. He assured her she wouldn’t have to pay anything. This turned out to be completely false. My mother was later hit with a $2,000 bill to retrieve the vehicle.
This is a serious case of misinformation and manipulation, especially toward an elderly customer. AAA should not be affiliated with a company that treats its members this way. I hope this issue is addressed immediately and appropriately
We were stuck on the 134 Freeway and along came Hector! He was fantastic! He took such goodcare of us to insure our safety and then cheerfully changed our tire and sent us on our way!
Ivan operating the long bed tow truck is a competent guy who takes pride in his work. Appreciate your help. Some tow truck operators and companies are incompetent, but this place was solid.
Yesterday I scheduled a tow, the driver showed up, decided on his own he didn't want to tow my car and left without communicating to me, nor to AAA. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Sent a driver out without tools who then gave a high schooler a bunch of unsolicited advice about driving on a leaking tire vs changing it. Then refused to change tire as they couldnt remove the plastic clips covering the spare. 4 hours later sent another driver who had tools and changed the tire. Avoid this cluster at all costs.
Arturo from Eagle Rock Club service did an outstanding job when he came to start my car… he was SO mechanically astute, knowledgeable and was able to tell me what the problem was and knew the part name-serpentine something- and cautioned me about how to avoid being overcharged for the repair-only need one part of the serpentine part, not both. OK, this just happened. II ran out of gas!! My fault for not paying attention , But Eagle rock club service really helped me out! I could tell just by talking to them on the phone., they were a honest and straight shooting company. Other companies wanted to rip me off and charge over two hundred dollars to bring me gas ten minutes away, But these guys gave me a fair and honest price, saved my day. Thank You! This is the way businesses used to operate in this country,l ong ago, glad to see there's still some good guys out there.
They were so quick in getting to help my daughter when she was locked out of her car. Her 2 dogs were in the car too so she panicked. When I called dispatch and explained the situation, he got on the radio right away while I was on the phone. I can hear the dispatcher calling the driver for his ETA. That was a job that LA Tow didn't done well cause me to waste my time more than 2 hours, they initially come to tow my car but put some air and said it has slow leak and you can drive it to the tireshop nearby...I didn't wanna bargain... drove and suddenly dropped air and had to pull out with flat tire and call triple AAA again.

They came out yesterday to jump my battery and they were fast, friendly, professional, and honestly, just a super nice and knowledgeable guy. I would definitely use them again. I didn't catch his name, but whoever was working yesterday and jumped my car, you deserve kudos for being GREAT! The level of service was unusually efficient! A breath of fresh air!
Because of the Customer Service I received from these guys, 5 stars. AAA needs to get rid of the automated updater that told me 830 ETA then 947 then Battery Tech showed up at 928! Also the dispatcher from the shop called me to help with my mazda6 issue when changing batteries. I explained to the battery tech that I was having minor window issues and CEL came on. That was great customer service from the relay of info to the shop. Thanks Jose and Jason for calling me right away!

Not only that he showed up on time but was actually 10 minutes before expected time. I had an excellent experience with the technician that came out to help me with opening up my lock car with dead battery. He checked my battery condition, jumped start it and checked the alternator function. And explained what I needed to do to remedy future occurrence.
Never had a fast and great service like this one before.

They offered to call and text me with updates. I knew when they dispatched their truck to my location. It was a challenge to find my location but they called me on my cell and I was able to guide them to my location. Mark was professional, kind and helpful. He told us about our battery warranty and because of the info he gave us, we went to Autozone after the jump and had the battery replaced for free. Overall, great experience, thank you!
AAA dispatched them to do a battery jump on my car and the guy came in clearly having a bad day. He told me the jump would not work, said he was not going use his exspensive device, and did not charge my battery for more then 5minutes. A battery must charge for at least 15 minutes to run on a jump. With his attitude and un-willingness to provide the service i pay for with my insurance, there was no point in him even bothering to come. I had to call AAA again, and of course i requested a different service provider....
Very dissapointed with this experience.
Update: i called eagle rock tow and the persob who answered the phone was apologetic. They sent out another technician and he was nicer, and gave me more information. Bumping up the review to three stars
amazing service ! I woke up to a nail in my tire and they came out within half an hour of me calling triple a and changed the tire right away. I was barely late for work ! the man who helped me was incredibly nice and made sure I knew that the tire was patchable so that no one would swindle me into buying a whole new tire. efficient, kind, and personable. really nice folks all around :)
I made the mistake of leaving my keys inside my car and it locked! I immediately called AAA and within 20 minutes driver Mario arrived and opened my car. I used Eagle Rock Club service for moving my disabled vehicle from the street to my backyard. Even though I initially thought the flat fee of $85 was a little steep, they definitely earned it. I live on a hill top and my driveway is steep. They were able to assist me and able to complete my request. Driver was professional, friendly, and helpful.
