2 workers with Lit cigarettes in the building and one I have the pleasure of seeking help from doesnt want to explain how I can get the most out of my recyclables. They paid me .03 cent a pound. Waste of time.

Used to trust this place b4 but just recently experienced being ripped off incredibly myself. I had preweighed my copper at home had 48 lbs. Had been really busy to go recycle it my self so I asked my brother to go for me come to find out he only got paid for 40lbs exact. How? Who knows but never trusting this place again no longer bringing my metals here. Dont trust this place.
First time here and im never coming back. The hell you gonna charge 2% when you already skim off the top from all the scrap. Freaking Thieves. Never coming back. Should have gone to tuxford rrcycling. A little far from my house but they dont skimp you and dont rob you by charging you 2% of whatever you sell. Garbage place. They don't weigh things properly. Other places ive been they remove your product put it on a scale and weigh it by itself. These guys cheat you with their tare weight system. Guessing how much their carts weigh since they dont have the proper weight writen on them. They in the business of stealing from you beware

Always, always packed no matter what hour of day it is. Their prices are 13% higher than most local businesses and all the employee's I have met working there so far, TOP NOTCH and super helpful.
