Hi there,
I had an amazing experience with Alpine Auto House Inc. every single time I bring my cars for repairs.
My Mercedes Benz E 350 convertible need new transmission and they changed and now runs like new with no problems for over 2 years now.
My Audi SQ5 had several problems with the electrical system. Dealer from Downtown couldn’t found what the problems was.
Until I brought the car to Alpine Auto house and they were able to fix it in no time. Last week i brought the Audi SQ5 again to replace the water pump and the belts.
As before, the results was super excellent.
I totally recommend Alpine Auto House for all your mechanical needs. They are very serious about their quality of work and service to customers.
Prices are very reasonable and at the same time I want to Thank Stephanie and Steve for being so helpful and mindful about my time and money.

I don’t appreciate the lack of effort received from a female who picked up the phone who claims to be Steve’s assistant. I showed up in person and left my number for a return call in which she never related the message. I was finally able to get ahold of Steve the day of and he told me to call him back at 8am the following day. I did so and the clown female (his assistant) who picked up again once again gave me the run around that he was not there and has been giving me the run around all morning. Then she had the nerve to lie and tell me she contacted him and he told her to bring my car in two weeks from now. I had just spoken w him the day before and he stated to call him with the vin # so he could look into the parts. Very unprofessional customer service. It’s a disappointment to have to take my business elsewhere when I’ve done business with this establishment many times before in the past.
If I can input 6 stars I would. Sevak and his team always do an amazing job on my 04 bmw 325i. They removed and replaced my Oil pan Gasket. My car is running so smoothly like it never happened. I have been taking my vehicle here for about 3 years now whether if it’s for an oil change , brakes or engine service . And on top of that the customer service is awesome . I will only trust Alpine LA with my BMW.
The Alpine staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Pricing was very good and I have peace of mind knowing that their mechanics are BMW experts. I will definitely return for future repairs and highly recommend them.
I have to revise my review … a couple of days after the completed brake job I started hearing squeaking again … I called them , they said bring it around we’ll take care of it … my gut said get a second opinion so I took it in to the bmw dealer who called later and said the brakes were put on backwards . Dealer took care of it . I called alpine , told them and sent the bmw diagnostic video
… never heard back .possible I missed their call but I have to change the five star to a one … and until I find a mechanic I can trust I’ll

I took my breaks in to be replaced and I absolutely love Alpine Auto House. Steve’s is so transparent and very experienced with BMW’s which is rare these days. He doesn’t just keep it completely honest with you, he educates you as well about your car and how things actually work. You will actually drive away knowing how to maintain your car after talking to him. got my breaks fixed and my new go to shop is definitely Alpine I feel like I can trust this shop more then an actual BMW shop . Definitely 5 stars customer service as well .
As always phenomenal work from Steve & his team! They helped get my daughter’s car back on the road when one of the valves burnt. & definitely didn’t cost us an arm and a leg

Steve the owner may be the most knowledgeable and honest individual in the BMW repair industry that I’ve met in my 30 years owning BMWs from 5 Series to 7 Series Alpinas. This was the first time I’ve used Alpine Auto House because I’m from out of state visiting family in LA, and based on a referral from someone who has tried all the top rated BMW Indy repair shops in LA and the San Fernando Valley. The BMW techs at Alpine Auto House are excellent. Alpine Auto House replaced both left and right motor mounts that were collapsed and recommended for replacement according to diagnosis by BMW of Sherman Oaks resulting in engine vibration, and located and sealed a slow oil leak. Alpine Auto House got my 750iL Alpina in and out as promised on a day’s notice, saved me time and money for a price well below the dealership quote, and below the other top BMW Indy repair shop phone quotes including the out of state Indy I normally use. The car now runs and feels like new with no noise from engine vibration and no oil leaks. I highly recommend Alpine Auto House and Steve for BMW repairs and an exceptional customer service experience that will save you time and money. They also have a parts shop for getting the right OEM parts quickly and for you DIYers.

My brakes were beyond squeaking, actually yelling at this point. I’m such a procrastinator so when I called on a Friday morning they took me right away, told me what they’re were doing, the cost and had the nerve to have my car ready in 3 hours! Like where do you get service like that? I’ll tell you, Alpine! Paulo took care of my car and now everyone isn’t staring at the lady with the loud brakes in my parking structure.

Honestly, these are the best BMW specialist that I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. Before meeting these guys I’ve taken my five series to multiple so-called BMW specialist and they couldn’t figure out what was going on with my car. Over a year and a half of headaches blood sweat and tears with different so-called specialists still the same result.
That was until I met Steve at Alpine Auto House. He told me that he can diagnose my car within a day or two! I got it fixed within three days And he gave me a very reasonable price as well. Honestly, if you are looking for a very qualified, trust worthy, and cost-effective car mechanic doesn’t matter of the American, European or Japanese. These are the guys that you should definitely look into.
My first impression if you need something they'll get it done for you in a timely manner Ask for Pablo no bull straight to the point.
And if you're looking for used parts ask for Tony you can't ask for anything better all star team for BMW.

I had an extremely negative experience due to poor customer service and unprofessional behavior at this establishment. The handling of transactions here raises serious concerns, leading me to question their integrity. SEVAK SINANIAN, also known as Steve, was particularly disrespectful. His approach was not only verbally aggressive but also included the use of profanity directed at customers and disparaging comments about their vehicles. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for those seeking respectful and professional car repair services. I strongly advise against using this business if you wish to be treated with the dignity and respect every customer deserves.
I ran into a problem with my 2013 X3 and the fantastic team at Alpine fixed every issue and had the car back to me incredibly fast. Their knowledgeable and friendly staff made drop-off and pick-up a breeze. I highly recommend Alpine for all of your BMW repairs.
They are absolutely fabulous. I'm so glad I found them. I had taken my car to two other places for a repair and got VERY high quotes, so I was looking for other estimates. Alpine diagnosed the same problem, but quoted significantly less money. The car is running beautifully now. Very happy and highly recommend.
I have mad love for my guys at alpine I brought in my 528i and it was knocking loud as fuuuhh after getting ridiculous quotes all over the city ,my guys at alpine said they will take a care of me and so they did with fast service .everyone told me to give up on my car to junk it and with alpine support I'm back on the road they worked with me and they did a little extra for me .I'm definitely coming back for any service next day out the shop it passed smog no problem after having it sitting for 2 years besides that I received very welcoming customer service thanks guys
Extremely happy with the service. Took my BMW in and they were easily able to diagnose the problem. You can tell they’re very knowledgeable about euro cars that are known to be hard to work on. Furthermore, they’re respectful and also try to save you money as best as they can. Definitely a trustworthy and reputable shop. I will be going here from now on!
Tony and his staff did a great job with my BMW and gave me a great deal for the repairs... I have bought parts here before and Jose in parts gave me great customer service.
