I’ve been dealing with them for years now and when I tell you they get the job done they get it done. I’m young and a girl don’t know too much about cars and they are fair they never tried to get over on me like most shops.
The team at Alpine Auto were very helpful and knowledgable. Stephanie helped facilitate getting my car fixed and their tech Fernando even came out when I picked it up to explain what he had done and what the underlying issues were. I'll be going back to them the next time my BMW needs work.

Brought my BMW X1 to Alpine. Steve, the owner, was very knowledgeable about BMWs, and took the time to explain in details I could understand. Great turnaround on repair time. It feels good to have an auto shop you can trust and rely on.

Steve and the mechanics at Alpine took good care of my 1970 Karmann Ghia. They accurately identified the problem and used quality parts. They also noticed smaller issues that needed to be addressed and did so. Steve kept me updated along the way and charged a fair price - it actually ended up being below the initial estimate. I also appreciated that the mechanic took the time at the end to properly tune the timing and carb and was careful not to damage any paint or tins while removing and reinstalling the engine. All seals and insulation were properly reinstalled too. Car came back to me running better than ever. Thank you Steve!
Had a great experience at Alpine Auto House with my 2014 BMW i3. A few other repair shops refused to work on my EV, but Alpine took it in without hesitation. Steve, the technician, was excellent — knowledgeable, professional, and clearly experienced with electric vehicles. The repair was done quickly and correctly, and my car is running great again. Highly recommend Alpine, especially if you have an EV and want it in the right hands.
BEWARE of Alpine Auto House Inc This auto parts shop is a scam. They sold me 4 broken BMW injectors and then refused any return or refund. The so-called “customer service” is rude and unhelpful — they act friendly until you pay, then disappear. On top of that, they cover themselves with fake 5-star reviews to trick people into trusting them. Don’t fall for it. If you want honest service and real quality auto parts, stay far away from Alpine Auto House Inc.
I had my headlight go out on my BMW 328i and I brought it in to Alpine to get a new one installed. I already had purchased a new bulb, but none of my friends were able to figure out how to install! Alpine immediately took my car in and diagnosed the wiring problem after 15 minutes and were able to install the new bulb correctly. What is amazing is they didn't charge me for it! It is the second time I've come in for a small correction and they take care of it for free. I will of course always turn to Alpine for my more serious BMW needs as they have gone above and beyond for me and all with a smile! Highly recommend!!!
Great Team here at Alpine. I have returned for parts & Service for my vehicle multiple times. They are time efficient, professionals, and share real time feed back for quick turn around. Service department was fast and efficient. Stephanie in the office was awesome!! Had to take car back because of misfiring. Needed a new engine. They negotiated with the warranty company and did an amazing job. I had my car back only 1 week later. I couldn't be happier with the service I received there. I won't take my car anywhere else!!!!

Hi there, I had an amazing experience with Alpine Auto House Inc. every single time I bring my cars for repairs. My Mercedes Benz E 350 convertible need new transmission and they changed and now runs like new with no problems for over 2 years now. My Audi SQ5 had several problems with the electrical system. Dealer from Downtown couldn’t found what the problems was. Until I brought the car to Alpine Auto house and they were able to fix it in no time. Last week i brought the Audi SQ5 again to replace the water pump and the belts. As before, the results was super excellent. I totally recommend Alpine Auto House for all your mechanical needs. They are very serious about their quality of work and service to customers. If I can input 6 stars I would. Sevak and his team always do an amazing job on my 04 bmw 325i. They removed and replaced my Oil pan Gasket. My car is running so smoothly like it never happened. I have been taking my vehicle here for about 3 years now whether if it’s for an oil change , brakes or engine service . And on top of that the customer service is awesome . I will only trust Alpine LA with my BMW.
The Alpine staff were all very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Pricing was very good and I have peace of mind knowing that their mechanics are BMW experts. I will definitely return for future repairs and highly recommend them.
I have to revise my review … a couple of days after the completed brake job I started hearing squeaking again … I called them , they said bring it around we’ll take care of it … my gut said get a second opinion so I took it in to the bmw dealer who called later and said the brakes were put on backwards . Dealer took care of it . I called alpine , told them and sent the bmw diagnostic video … never heard back .possible I missed their call but I have to change the five star to a one … and until I find a mechanic I can trust I’ll Stick with the dealer
I took my breaks in to be replaced and I absolutely love Alpine Auto House. Steve’s is so transparent and very experienced with BMW’s which is rare these days. He doesn’t just keep it completely honest with you, he educates you as well about your car and how things actually work. You will actually drive away knowing how to maintain your car after talking to him. got my breaks fixed and my new go to shop is definitely Alpine I feel like I can trust this shop more then an actual BMW shop . Definitely 5 stars customer service as well .

I have mad love for my guys at alpine I brought in my 528i and it was knocking loud as fuuuhh after getting ridiculous quotes all over the city ,my guys at alpine said they will take a care of me and so they did with fast service .everyone told me to give up on my car to junk it and with alpine support I'm back on the road they worked with me and they did a little extra for me .I'm definitely coming back for any service next day out the shop it passed smog no problem after having it sitting for 2 years besides that I received very welcoming customer service thanks guys
Tony and his staff did a great job with my BMW and gave me a great deal for the repairs... I have bought parts here before and Jose in parts gave me great customer service.
