Andrew and Manuel, They are very kind and had good customer services.They knew what I want. Both car ( bmw x3 and Honda accord) alignment quality were very accurate. I did not know they repair bmw car oil change and etc. Andrew recommended my bmw x3 oil change and I did it. I've had my vehicle aligned multiple times over the course of five years at this location and appointments seem to mean nothing. It always take them at least two hours from your appointment time for them to finally begin working on your car. I had a 3:00 pm appointment for a lifetime wheel alignment service. I had recently rotated the tires and it just needed an alignment. Nothing else needed to be serviced on the car. I called them ahead to tell them that I would be a little late, whether I can change my appointment to 3:30 or 4:00 pm, and they said no problem. I arrived at the location and had my vehicle checked in at 3:20 pm. I stayed in the waiting room the whole time and they didn't start working on my car until 5:40 pm. They finished my car by 6:05 pm. I hope to eventually learn my lesson on how this location runs: either don't expect them to accommodate you if you arrive a bit late, or don't hold your breath and expect them to service your vehicle at the time of your appointment.
Raymond at Firestone was really nice and helpful. He greeted me at the door and assisted me with my service and right away. He was very knowledgeable when I explained the issue with my car. The woman I spoke with over the phone was also very helpful and, despite being busy, attended to my question quickly. Overall, a great experience.
These guys are great. My car was serviced and battery replaced a bit pricey but they were quick especially since I took it in on new years eve so I really appreciated that they were open. Martin helped me out he had great customer service
I’ve been here a few times and I know I’ll keep coming back. I had to have my car towed today and I brought it here after it stalled out. Raymond helped us with understanding what needed to be done and he was so patient, it really eased the nervousness we felt about how bad of shape our car was in. I’d recommend this place to anyone and everyone because of how genuine the people who work here are

I’ve been coming to the Downey Firestone for about seven years for all my car maintenance and tire services, and the customer service has been excellent every single time. Priscilla, in particular, has been amazing. She always takes the time to clearly explain any service my car needs and consistently goes out of her way to make sure I leave satisfied. The prices are great, the work is high-quality, and I truly appreciate the honesty and care they provide. I highly recommend this location.

I am HUGE on customer service, and this particular location never disappoints. Raymond greeted me with smile and was radiant with positivity (even when he was transparent about the wait time). When I came back, there was another young lady (I can’t remember her name) that picked up the torch and carried the positivity.
This has been consistent at this location for the past few years. We are never going anywhere else!
Ray is super helpful and was very patient. There were a lot of people in line but he addressed us and that was nice because I personally felt like I was getting attention, cuz I hate feeling ignored. It’s service like this that makes me feel good about where I leave my car and also makes continue to come back.
Quick, great customer service. Able to walk in without an appointment and get my car serviced same day, done within a few hours. Able to accommodate my tire requests from another store without any significant change in service time or having to go to another store. Highly recommend

Highly recommend this Firestone. The customer service was a 10/10. Carlos helped me out, and handled everything awesome and professional. I’ve been to a couple Firestones, and have one close by home. This Firestone is one I would travel a couple extra miles to just for the excellent customer service.

Made an appointment to have my vehicle service, oil change and a flat tire, I was given a 3 hr. Time frame. 2 and a half 6 later, my vehicle was still in the place I had left it. At that point, I decided to wait for the vehicle, but I knew they would not meet the time frame. After 3 hours and 45 minutes later, nd the tech knowing I was waiting for the vehicle and had already pointed out to the rep that he was talking too much with other coworkers, decided not to take inconsideration I was waiting for my vehicle. After he was done and knew I had complained, he parked the vehicle as far as he could without making too obvious that he was doing on purpose. All other vehicles were brought to the front for the customer. As you can appreciate from the pictures, he failed to tighten the oil plug and failed to clean the oil stains from the vehicle. I stained a customers property and drove over 200 miles before I realized that I had a problem. When I called the Whittier location to get the problem fixed, ( because I did not want to take my vehicle back to the same location) and I believe I would be taken care of. I was told that I could take my vehicle back the following day. What a lack of disregard for the business and clients. I wonder what they would have said if I had I not paid attention or drove a long distance? What a failed service. Never again.
