I came across a listing from Our Next Car for a 2011 Toyota Sienna with only 44K miles for $12,999, and honestly thought it had to be too good to be true. We had been hoping to find an affordable, clean, and reliable Sienna after a bad experience with a previous dealership.
The same day we came in to test drive the vehicle, I told Will that we wanted to move forward with the purchase. When we returned the very next day, he already had all of the paperwork prepared and ready for us to sign. We completed the purchase that day and also dropped off two other vehicles we needed to sell, after Will let us know he could help us with that as well.
Working with Will has been a completely different experience from what we’ve had elsewhere. He was honest, straightforward, and respectful of our time. The vehicle was genuinely in fantastic condition, the paperwork process was efficient, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. He also made it clear that if anything came up after the purchase, we could reach out and they would take care of it, which meant a lot to us.
Will listed our other vehicles right away and even handles the detailing—either as a paid service or by deducting it from the sale price. He’s very transparent about his pricing and only makes $500 on trade-ins, which feels more than fair given the convenience and the amount of work involved. It truly feels like a one-stop shop, and we really appreciate how seamless everything has been.

Best kept secret in town. Just bought a 2019 Hyundai Kona in pristine condition. All the dealers gave me the run around and never came close to my personal offer. At Our Next Car they heard our counter offer, adjusted the price, and Bam we had a deal. These guys are honest, reasonable, and their repair work is top notch. Couldn't be more happy with the purchase.

I believe the man I spoke with was Frank. Very rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Got upset I didn’t offer a service to him for free and began trying to belittle me even as far to say I didn’t believe in myself because I wouldn’t pay for his advertising lol The inside of the office almost looked like a storage room with desks covered in piles of paper and some piles of paper were had small tool sets on them. I’m not sure if I caught him on a bad day but regardless this isn’t any way to do business.
Had a good experience overall. The place seems to be run by a one man show with mechanics in the back. Was not expecting a salvage title purchase but am satisfied with the process and vehicle. Highly recommend if you are looking for a teenager’s start-up car. Got a civic for thousands less.
Found a great car here listed online. Called three times to confirm it was available. Was told all three times that the car was still available. The third time I called was less than an hour before going to see it.
And wouldn't you know it, the car was not available when I arrived. Instead I was shown a car that was 3 years newer and thousands of dollars more expensive. They claimed they were "confused" by which car I meant despite clearly articulating the make, model, color, year, and price in ALL THREE calls.
So my only conclusion is that these guys are either dishonest or bad at their jobs. Neither option is an especially good one.
Went to go check out a car I was interested in with this dealership, they didn't really seem interested in interacting with my family when we went to go see it. It really helps to be friendly and engaging with customers when they are interested in a car.
Wow - great car dealer. I bought an as-is car from them, got it home and discovered problems I had not noticed. I asked if I could return the car and they instantly agreed. I am delighted with them. Will, my sales rep, was always responsive and available.
Bad customer service! Website showed a vehicle was still available to purchase so I drove 2 hours to check out a vehicle and Waited almost 30 mins and asked for a sales person multiple times and no one showed up so I called both numbers about 6 times and nothing until 7th call and ended up that the car was sold when the website showed it was still available.
Highly recommended place to buy a vehicle. They stand by their word when something is wrong and do everything they can to make it right. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received.
Good customer service and affordable price. I visited for vehicle registration and inspection. They explained to me exactly what I was missing and process my registration with plates on the spot. I would definitely recommend this place.

Most of the cars they sell are salvage title cars. But they are all pretty new. So no worn out parts! And the damaged parts are replaced. I have had a car I got there with 18,000 miles on it. It now has 65,000. Will is the guy to talk to!
We have bought several cars from Will and our friends have also bought several cars from him. We have been to his business and he is completely legit and the cars have all been great vehicles. I am shocked to see the one reviews but after reading them I see they have nothing to do with the cars or Will.
I was shopping for a used Prius and came across Our Next Car on Auto Trader. There were before pictures of a Prius that had been in an accident, but when I went to see it the vehicle had been repaired and looked very clean. To be completely honest, I have never purchased a salvage title before and was extremely skeptical. My main concerns were regarding financing, insurance, and vehicle reliability. Ultimately, the online reviews and Will's clear answers to all my questions made me comfortable enough to go through with it. There are a lot of misconceptions when it comes to insurance title vehicles but Will was very patient and professional throughout the entire process. They use CAPA certified parts, the car is inspected by the California Highway Patrol, and they provide a warranty better than most used car dealers that gave me peace of mind. It's been over 2 months since my purchase and so far so good. Thanks Will!
Called to ask for a car in Facebook marketplace. Rude unhelpful guy answered. Has a post on Facebook marketplace for a car he probably never sold. And his address goes to a house. Not shady at all.

I went to OurNextCar from over 150 miles away. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, hands down. The finance company the owner sent me through had me approved within 10 minutes no joke, and no hassle in the days that followed. From when I walked on the lot knowing what I was buying, it took only 30 minutes to finalize the paperwork. They sent me some parts they promised, unlike some dealers who promise but never deliver.
Most dealerships you leave feeling like they are rip-off artists and con men that you survived dealing with, but not Will and OurNextCar. The experience left me feeling and knowing that the owner is a person of integrity, is honest, committed to customer service, and though they are there to make money, I can't hep[ but know they want to serve peoples best interests in the process.
In a country full of inept businesses, this one stands out in the crowd and is among the best of the best in the business.

Will is straightforward and warm. He told us about the damage and repairs made to the car, was honest about whether or not we should get an extended warranty and just overall genuine. We noticed a few issues after we drove off the lot, and Will quickly turned it around and fixed it. About a month in and we couldn't be more satisfied!
