Purchased wiper blades for my car from the Torrance location. However there were parts missing from the packages. After two trips to my local store on Central Ave was able to get complete sets

I came a couple days ago and purchased a part that I needed to exchange for a different part. His service was excellent the first time yet even better this time around not only did he remember me he also remembered the make and model of my car making the exchange quick and smooth

I have been to this Auto Zone a few times to meet my cars needs and the staff here has always been very attentive and helpful. Cesar has always gone above and beyond to help me & his customer service is wonderful. Come here for all of your cars needs you will no be disappointed. Coolant warning signal for 2012 VW Beetle came on arrived at this location at 8:40 am employee Donovan Hogan was extremely helpful , I purchased the coolant that was suggested for my vehicle and was given instructions to allow my vehicle to cool before using to avoid any possible risk...Donovan showed me where the coolant tank for filling was and assisted me, within 25 minutes I was on my way, Thank you again Donovan , great customer service ?

This was 9 days ago: Ceasar was absolutely amazing today--he saved me! I originally came in to get the right bulbs for my car's side markers, and a helpful woman assisted me. But I still needed someone to install them. I found a mobile auto service on Yelp, but when they tried to install the bulbs, they said they didn't fit the white plug and left for another job. I returned to the store and explained the situation. That's when Ceasar stepped in. He checked the system for the right bulbs, and I even considered just ordering them online, I was desperate! But after doing some research, Ceasar offered to take a look at my car himself. I told him what the mobile service said, and after checking it out, he realized the original bulbs were actually correct. He installed them for me and fixed everything! On top of that, he also helped me find the right wiper blade size and even installed those too. Ceasar truly went above and beyond. Thanks to him, I feel much more confident coming to this store for car parts--especially as a woman who's been taken advantage of before. Thank you, Ceasar--I really appreciate your help!

I felt it is important to share my experience specifically at this store. After purchasing a pricy car battery, and swapping it out with warranty before getting the chance to reinstall the new battery, my vehicle was set on fire therefore I reached out back out to the store to inquire if there was any options to return the battery given I had no use for it any longer and which was still brand new to avoid wasting. At first I was told there was no options for assistance however I later contacted corporate and Jorge the district manager called me back promptly. Jorge was very empathetic to my situation and extremely helpful. He allowed return of the battery for store credit which was very helpful given I had already endured such a big loss with the Arson situation. The very next day, I received a call from Donovan who advised I could return the battery for store credit which I did. While at the store Jorge approached me and greeted himself as the DM who helped out. I was so very appreciative and for his professionalism! Donovan helped complete the transaction which was fast and hassle free. I highly recommend this store because the professional and helpfulness i received is truly remarkable! Thank you Compton location, you helped out in more ways than I can express here! And a very special thank you to Jorge! Very appreciative!

Donovan store Manager was so helpful. He assisted me with replacing my turn signal light bulb. I am so grateful and thankful that Donavan the Store Manager is always pleasant and happy to help me every time I visit this Autozone on Artesia and Central next to the 91 Freeway in Compton. One day I came in and I needed a new battery and Donovan Installed my new Battery. Awesome service here

This 5-star review is only for Adam he's the homie he helped me with my car very nice very cool did his job well and beyond saw him treat all customers nicely and did his best to help everyone with whatever they needed to the best of the ability..... Besides him honestly just like all places the staff are hit and miss but if you see a dude with glasses about 5'7 named Adam black hair your in good hands

**Terrible Service and Unprofessional Behavior** I had an awful experience at this AutoZone location. When I went in to have my car battery charged, which AutoZone offers as a free service, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. They lied, claiming they couldn't charge lead-acid batteries, even though that's the most common type of battery out there. To make matters worse, they lent me a jumper pack that was unfilled and completely uncharged, so it didn't work. When I asked about purchasing a regular jumper pack, they handed me an already opened unit but refused to let me test it on my vehicle. The service was horrendous, and I can't help but wonder if my treatment had something to do with the fact that I'm Black or perhaps because I didn’t look like their typical customer. Regardless, there is no excuse for this kind of behavior. I strongly urge others not to patronize this location. The staff here either need to be retrained or replaced entirely. Avoid this place at all costs.

Went here to replace battery. Asked for some assistance and Ramon came out with experience, expertise, wisdom and a great attitude. Thanks to Ramon I learned a lot and also got the right battery replacement. I know Ramon is eager to assist anyone and everyone in need of assistance. When you call or go to this location, ask for Ramon and you’ll be good!

This place is one the most poor stores, Very bad customer service, lasy people, they not help you ,.. Was my experience. Cero cero starts.

I'm not a hands on person but after learning that it was easy to change my own engine filter I decided to do so for my 2010 Toyota RAV4. All was going well with the filter replacement until I couldn't clip back one side of the latch after the installation. Everyone I called who could help were unavailable (some friends they are!l So I decided to return to this AutoZone although it had been a few weeks since I bought the filter and I had no receipt. I explained to Miguel, the Sales Associate, my situation and asked how long could I last with one clip in place. Miguel immediately asked if I had the car with me. Miguel was so nice! He went with me outside to the car and helped me secure the filter with both clips. I asked if I had done something wrong and he said no, I just needed some force. :). Thanks Miguel!

Want to thank AutoZone for their patience and professionalism in answering our request and fixing our car battery. Especially, Sandra for putting a new battery in our car and testing the diagnostic. The manager Adam was friendly as well. Great job! ????‍♂️

I had recently acquired a used car and needed to get new wipers and flat repair kit. Donovan was great. He was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude. I asked him if he would install the wiper blades and he didn't hesitate. Since I work in the hospitality industry, service really matters to me and i am happy to see others still care about doing a job at a high level.

I had a great experience going to this autozone thanks to Donovan. He helped me understand the parts I would need for my vehicle and actually walked with me in the aisle to further assist me. After I payed he even placed my windshield wipers on my car. Because of him I got the best experience and i can see clearly through my windshield on this rainy day. He also talked to me about which breaks I will be needing and how much it will cost. He gave me a better understanding about my vehicle and I will be definitely returning because of his hard work and dedication he shows his customers. Keep up the good work.

Cameron made my experience at this autozone location very easy and pleasant. As soon as I entered the store he greeted me with a warm smile. He truly went out of his way to not only help me with the parts I needed but also to educate me on how to use them. He’s very knowledgeable and willing to help. I have poor car skills but resolved my urgent car issue effortlessly. Although I found this autozone location serendipitously, but I will definitely be coming back for future car needs and recommending to my friends and family.

I thought as I came to AutoZone, that it was going to be a terrible experience, but the hospitality of Cam changed my opinion. He is a great worker, and helped me replace my battery, and told me about how the battery grease and washers will prevent corrosion on it. Best guy in the business so far, we need more people like him in the workplace.

Not happy with service, one week they price match parts the next week they don’t very dry attitude by the lady assistant manager. NOT A ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE HERE. THEY GET MAD BECAUSE YOU FOUND THE PRODUCT CHEAPER. FYI the computer has an option for other competitors venders that’s not listed.

Perfect service over here! All the staff are respectful and polite and take the time to listen. I had an issue with my alternator and the the staff at the auto shop I go the work done at was giving me problems with the warranty. Autozone employee Jay took the time to give me tips and pointers, and even called the auto shop himself to make sure my issue got handled. He was knowledgeable about different issues along the way, too.
