This deserves 0 stars if that was an option. I dotn normally leave reviews or needed to talk to the manager but my recent transaction with this place warranted for one so that no body else experiences what I had went through.
I came in for oil and oil filter, and the only cashier at the time of Wednesday at 6pm was Edwin, who was currently helping a different cashier a African American woman who was outside fixing their personal car. Not sure why the employees were working on their personal cars on company time but I was told to wait until they were done doing their own thing.
Once I was being serviced I asked the cashier to find me engine oil and filter for my car. Edwin for some reason was confrontational from the start. He was extremely rude and was pissed off for helping me. All I came in for was for two products but he was just too pissed off befusse ge needed to help me find those two things. He was extremely confrontational when and just kept telling me to pick it up myself.
For some reason he wouldn't stop trying to argue with me, all I asked for was what type of oil and filter i needed and he kept trying to argue at me. I kept trying to end the argument but he just kept going like he just wanted to argue. I don't know this person, I didn't do anything to warrant such a response, he was just an employee that just wanted to start a fight with a customer. At multiple points I just told him I needed to speak to a manager but every single time he just wanted to stir up another argument.
I had to wait several minutes while Edwin tried stating an argument while I kept my cool and silence waiting for the manager. I rarely ever have to speak to a manager nad have never had to experience an employee statt fights with customers until now. The employees name was Edwin a 5/10 hispanic male with tattoos on his arm sleeves. Please avoid talking to this employee and just go to a different store.
I've shopped here on different occasions and never had a problem with any of there employees nor customer service. Why I wrote this review because online it says they open at 7:30 am but they really open at 8:00am.
The supervisor or manager has no type respect or common courtesy to help a customer out.
As a reoccurring customer that needs help there’s no good customer service. If you are in line common sense, somebody either needs help or is going to pay for their item whether it’s parts that they’re purchasing or asking for or a different item that they will still pay. I guess they can let anyone be supervisor or wanna be managers nowadays.
The manager or guy with braids is inconsiderate and unprofessional, waited for 15 minutes in line and he attended everyone but me, had to go to another store
AutoZone WILL pay you 10 cents per quart (up to 20 quarts) for bring in your used oil. For some reason it's the 'best kept secret in town' and most employees don't even know it exists.

I knew it existed and got stonewalled at 2 of my local AutoZone stores. I had to call the Regional Manager (whose number is posted on the window of ALL stores) and surprisingly she called me back after informing both stores that the policy existed and to honor my payout. I went back and got my $2 for my 20 quarts!
Yesterday I went to return two 5 quart jugs of used oil and the first thing the Manager said was, "We only take up to 5 quarts a visit". Knowing this was incorrect I treaded lightly and asked, "If I can show you on your computer that it says 'Max 20 quarts' would you be open to seeing it?" He said yes and followed the prompts shown on the photo below and paid me for my 10 quarts!

I give this place one star because 0 stars isn't an option. HORRIBLE service. I wouldn't recommend coming to this place at all, in fact, please stop coming here so this place gets shut down. I came here in with my 12 year old daughter after picking her up from school. I had brought 3 gallons of oil and a battery all which were very heavy. To all the auto zones I've ever been to this was the first one where no one had offered to bring them in for me? But sure, I could get passed that as there were many customers and just one cashier...?
Then I speak to one of the women in front named Michelle. I asked about what I had to do with the gallons of oil and the battery in which she explained but sounded extremely unsure and just gave up and told me to wait until someone else explained it for me before disappearing into the back? Soon this black man who was at the other cashier (I wasn't able to catch his name) took me and my daughter to the back and once again saw I was struggling with the gallons and simply walked away without offering help? Then I had to dump the oil in which he again offered no help while seeing me struggle. I'm a very short woman and these gallons were bigger than my head.
After we had emptied out the gallons we had gone back to the front to check if I could sell them the battery in which he decided to tend to Three customers. Soon this man had asked me if I was looking to buy another battery in which I responded no I was just looking to get rid of this one. (Mind you the cashier almost nothing of Spanish and my English isn't really that well but I understand it perfectly) Then this white man in the line had said something to the cashier in which the cashier rudely make a comment "I don't know what she's thinking, no one's gonna buy this junk for more than ten" in which he proceeded to humiliate me along with the white man even though neither of them knew what me and the other man had spoken about as once again, they knew nothing of Spanish. The only reason I had known of this was because my daughter was eavesdropping, I was distracted but if I hadn't been I wouldn't have stayed quiet.
Please get these workers in check.
I’ve had a few bad experiences in this location but I’m giving it 5 stars today because Edward was being genuinely helpful saving me money and choosing the best options for my vehicle without overspending. Thank you!

I want to Thank the Autozone employees for providing excellent customer service and for being nice and respectful. The store was clean and organized. Would recommend this location for purchasers.
Went to get an air filter and asked to use the bathroom. I was the first customer of the day. The manager a small rotunda of a woman who was in her 20s but had the hardness of life painted on her scowling face like a 50 year old prison stud. She did not greet me good morning. Looked as if she did not want to be there and was very unkind about the restrooms being not for the public. I have shopped there on many occasions and witnessed the male Hispanics speak in Spanish asking to use the bathroom and was granted permission. This type of treatment by this type of woman and many like her towards nonHispanics is pervasive and is analogous to the Jim Crow Era now being perpetrated by Hispanics who have become the overwhelming majority in this city. The preferential treatment is nothing new but I am truly grateful exhausted from the indifference and micro aggression. By the way my father is Hispanic, I just don’t look it!
Shout out to to William, Yahir and Chris for their amazing service to me. I work on some old cars so don’t expect to ever find everything I need at autozone but same day and next day VDP’S saved me from having my AE86 down for a week waiting on parts from Japan. I appreciate the knowledge and customer these young men have offered me as well as the creative and knowledgeable atmosphere these young men create. I love when Autozone hires car enthusiasts because their passion in their work really shows as well as their knowledge and drive to help others. Thank you gentlemen once again for everything.
I recently had an incredibly unpleasant encounter at my local AutoZone store that left me thoroughly disappointed with their level of service. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff was more interested in engaging in disrespectful conversations with each other than attending to customers.
Upon entering the store, I observed a female clerk engaged in a conversation with another customer. However, instead of maintaining a professional demeanor, she was being downright disrespectful and seemed completely uninterested in providing any sort of assistance. It was disheartening to witness such unprofessional behavior in a retail environment.
After waiting for what felt like an eternity, the clerk finally turned her attention towards me. However, I quickly realized that she hadn't abandoned her negative attitude towards the previous customer. While begrudgingly helping me, she continued to bad-mouth and gossip about the individual she had just interacted with. This made me extremely uncomfortable and created an unwelcoming atmosphere.
To make matters worse, I received no personal attention or assistance during my transaction. The clerk seemed more interested in rushing through the process rather than ensuring that my needs were met. It was evident that providing quality customer service was not a priority for her.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and receive prompt assistance when visiting a store. Unfortunately, my experience at AutoZone failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service. The unprofessional behavior, disrespectful conversation, and lack of personal attention during my transaction were highly disappointing.
I had hoped to rely on AutoZone as a reliable automotive parts supplier, but based on this experience, I will seriously reconsider my options. It is crucial for AutoZone to address these issues promptly and ensure that their employees adhere to professional conduct, treating customers with the respect and attention they deserve.
Overall, I strongly advise against visiting the AutoZone store I encountered. Their lack of professionalism and disrespectful behavior make it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.
HUGE shoutout to Paez and Bahir for saving my life! My tire completely popped on the freeway and this Autozone was the closest car related store around. Paez was so so kind and helped me borrow all necessary tools to change my tire. Bahir later, on his break, checked out the tire and made sure it was good to go. Paez directed me to the nearest tire store to get it replaced ASAP. Thank you to these kind souls!

i went to pick up a part for my MALIBU 2017 THESE AUTO ZONE IS ONE OF THE BEST AUTOZONE I BEEN too the young ladies that works here and the employees the whole staff are great 👍 😃 at there job an helped me with a purchase that was made online a reservoir and they helped my mom with the purchase too no hassle and let me borrow a tool to loosen up a 🪛 screw and of course returned it back lol 😆 an i definitely recommend this place is HATER FREE REAL PROS AT THESE .. Went into this location this morning trying to find a part for my 2002 Ford windstar, Agent Carlos Jen Carlos who was assisting me to me was relentless and trying to find the exact part that I was in need of I want to thank him very much for not giving up or giving me something that was just not going to work good job Carlos.
Everyone I was sent here by my mechanic Mario and their line was no long. They have great customer service and Edgar helped me with my car. Come here for your check engine light!

If I could give a negative star I would! Very rude and argumentative on the phone as I was simply trying to find out if they had the proper windshield wiper in stock before coming to the store. Not sure what was wrong with the guy, but he was a real jerk. I won't be buying anything at this store in the future.
