They’re efficient, but dishonest with their counting. They’ll type 2.7 as 2.1, etc. Scamming $1 here and there off each of the customers adds up for them at the end of the day.
I personally can’t walk up and turn in my recycles so I sent my 11 year old and they made it easy for her! It’s clean and the men were so kind and understanding of my condition. We took two big bags and got close to 40$! You need to bring your recycles here! I’m new to the area and I’m so glad I found this place.
Don't weigh in the cans, but count them to get your crv back.
I received $1 less than by counts.
That's like 20 cans worth!!!

Extremely rude and threatening behavior. Began screaming at me and waving for me to hurry up and finish even though I had to park in the parking lot kind of far from the recycling center. I'm never going back to this unprofessional lazy establishment. They should have told me from the get-go instead of throwing a tantrum.
These guys always have terrible service. If you show up 10-15 mins before they say they actually close, they'll just go ahead tell you they're already closed even if no one is in line and it'll only take 5 mins for the entire process of unloading, separating, and checking out.
This place didn’t follow the CRV regulations. Asked for a manual count, as I had just a small quantity of CRV containers (up to 50 count can request manual count for full CRV refund). They counted my cans but still measured the glass bottles by weight so got their discounted refund value.
No waiting (I may have gotten lucky), they were quick, plenty of bins, i was able to separate glass from aluminum, etc at the car. Quick clean etc. However I got much less in return than I imagined. I plan on weighing everything before I go as way of keeping them honest.
Avoid this place. They will rip you off. They pocket some of your money. Every time we’ve been here, we receive significantly less than other recycling places. They should be held accountable. Something is going on. Read some of the other reviews.
Rude people . They’ll let their customers stand under the sun for 20 minutes while they are inside taking care of their paperwork . They talk loud at their customers and always try to give out as much Pennies as possible . Be aware of the tall guy who runs the place .
First time here. Beat the line. If you make eye contact and greet them in Spanish with an Hola it will help you out. I’m Asian. This is behind the Korean H-Mart store. They were honest. I had 7.3 pounds at $1.66 per pound. I was paid $12.12. They actually “rounded up” from $12.118.
Make sure you arrive with your recyclables sorted properly or they will ask you to do it without them helping you. Other than that, they are quick to weigh your recyclables and hand you your money. Best times to go are weekday mornings when there is hardly anyone bringing in items. Expect a line and wait on weekends.
It’s fast, they will help if don’t have other customers and will give u tips of how to sort materials but I feel like I don’t get all that’s owed when I go. I wouldn’t want to say dishonest but according to the figures it doesn’t add up
My first time at a recycling center.
Primary language spoken here is Spanish, but they knew enough English to get the job done.
Lines moved quickly.
I had 1 not full barrel of Aluminum cans, 1 full barrel of plastic Water Bottles, 1 Half full barrel of juice containers and 12 full barrels of plastic soda bottles. They counted all of the plastic as #1PET at 46 pounds for $62.31.
In comparison, a woman in front of me, had three barrels of only plastic water bottles and she received $12 plus some change.
The four men working didn't talk a lot. None of them volunteered information when I told them it was my first time. I had to ask them, "Do I need to sort these into different barrels". Would have been helpful if they had a sign saying to sort everything differently by type. One rude woman who cut in front of me, they made resort her items because she mixed cans, wine bottles and plastic bottles together.
Parking was available behind the recycling area, where there were barrels available to be used for sorting.
They wouldn't take my larger multi-gallon sized plastic water bottle, the kind used at an office water cooler.
They have a sign on the wall that said something about them being able to reduce the amount they payout. I didn't read it in detail. Probably should have. I was just happy to get rid of 5 years worth of collecting plastic soda and water bottles.
I met 3 really nice women there, one indifferent woman, and one seriously rude woman who cut in front of me and told me to "Chill Out" when I asked her if she could please move a little to the side. She had walked up and stood in front of the back area where I was placing my 14 barrels out of everyone's way.
I let everyone who came up while I was there, go in front of me, and assisted an older woman who was also there for the first time. Ironically, the rude woman, who was the last person I was letting go in front of me, actually turned and snarled, "It's my turn next!", when I began moving a couple of barrels from the back, closer to the front. Despite my letting her and the other four people who came up while I was in line go in front of me, I Ignored her comment. People who are that inconsiderate of other peoples kindness, have deep troubles inside and hate. Difficult to know if she was rude because of my ethnicity or if she were just a bitter person.
Over all, it was a good experience.
Very quick simple straight to the point. Friendly staff to help guide you to what needs to be done. I will definitely come again. Highly recommend the recycling center.
I’m very happy with this recycling center. They are very fast, friendly and pay you right on the spot.
Make sure you have all your bottles, plastic separated before you go just to save you some time.
You have to watch them, they will cheat u. Have a calculator, watch the scale, and count your buckets. They are thives, recycling hustlers, a@#⁹ holes. You're a big LOSER when u got to steal from people who recycle. I will never be back . Less than Zero's!
Really happy with my experience. Super friendly workers. As long as they are not too busy, they are willing to help. Will be coming back next time I need to recycle.
When you take you items here make sure you do NOT pass it forward until you are able to check the numbers on the computer screen. Make sure you are able to take a picture of it or record it because you they are so quick with your items an 8.3 could be typed in as a 3.3.
Be careful.Be very careful. They have done this with my items so they look very moving things and talking because it’s all a distraction.

When I asked they got very very defensive and said “oh I don’t know what is the number # 5 plastic”
What?? So if there is a # 5 and a # 7 then they pay you a # 7
They are cheating people! Be careful!
Came here recently at 410pm, and another time at 415pm. Both times they turned me away saying they were closed, despite their closing hour time listed as 430pm. I told them they should change their hours then to reflect that and the guy there was incredibly rude (both times), saying “Yeah yeah I know we are closed.” I told him it wasn’t 430 yet, in which he then said “Ok but we are closed, come next time”... I understand they are providing our community with this service, and I applaud them for that, but their false advertising of operating hours is downright poor, frustrating, and incredibly unprofessional. And for the record, I would come here earlier if not for my job and its unpredictable hours.
This recycling center deserves 5 star. Very clean, organized....I got in this morning, they took care of me right away and paid me in person. Definitely recommend....
