Mike is awesome. He helped me and a friend change a tire on the side of the road and we didn't even call him. Just stopped and helped, no charge. Awesome guy. Im calling him if I need help again.
I had a wonderful experience from 5 star towing. I had become stranded where there was no cell phone service between Calistoga and Napa. These good folks heard about me from passers by and came to get me and tow me in to Middletown. And even brought me the auto parts needed to get me fixed the next morning at a motel in Middletown . That's incredibly good service my opinion .
THE WORST
STAYYYYYY AWAYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!
So got car towed litterally across the st and they not only charged $500.00
But their driver Steve stole everything he could get hands on. And sold it. IT IS A VERY shady place. The owner took no responsibility and I had to contact bbb and file a small bussiness claim. They had my personal stuff in their office.
Stay away use anybody else!

I work at a local business in Middletown and while driving home late at night hit black ice and had an accident. I parked the car on a turn out and left it overnight. When I came back in the morning it had been towed by Five stare towing. When I got to the tow yard they had just got the car of the truck. The driver was amazing, but the owner turned out to be another lake county rip off artist. He had the nerve to charge me 300 dollar for a less than 1 mile tow. S
Brandon stormy was great and so helpful. He let me know when he was close and checked my car for damage before I drove off. He was so nice and patient. Thank you for going above and beyond that extra mile.
