I came in the get a nee battery for my car!! Josh was amazing help, he provided me with the replacement too, without his help I wouldn’t have been able to replace it myself.
My wife and I were out on the road trip from Oregon to Arizona when my wife's check engine light turned on. They were extremely busy but very helpful. Once we downloaded what was needed is when the "fun," started. Due to the part and with us driving so much more, we weren't sure if we should get it fixed immediately. The team here rolled up their sleeves and helped install it right in the parking lot with no problem. The store manager (I believe his name was either Jose, Josh but on the paper I have says June) spent as much time outside in the blistering heat as it took to fix it. I also have to give a shoutout to Jeremy who had a helping hand as well. The entire team while we were here made a stressful situation a lot easier to handle. I cannot thank them enough. Thank you folks!
When my car was dead I had brought my battery to autozone here in Wasco and was welcomed in by Mr Jeremy Cavazos who helped me very quickly and attentively. He let me know my battery was going bad and even helped me get the best deal for a new one.
Went out to start my truck battery was dead. Called autozone, spoke to Preston who eagerly accepted my call. I told him that I couldn't get to the store to get a new battery and wondered if they could deliver it. After a few moments he came back and said certainly. It delivered their battery in short order less than 10 minutes. I had it installed in another 20 and I was good to go. Preston deserves five stars. I would definitely shop there again. Thanks for saving me today AutoZone. Thank you Preston you are awesome.
I came in to buy oil to change the oil in my car, they had so many great deals that included the oil filter, oil filter ring, an oil pan container to catch the old oil. and even the funnel came with it. $32.00 for all that! Fantastic

Josh(the manager I believe)helped me out big time. I was on my way to Texas with my family moving and my brake lights went out. Stopped in and Josh helped his customers quickly and got to me quickly. I got the wrong bulb came back on to get another and he quickly helped me resolve the issue and got me and my family back on the road within 10 mins. Thanks Josh keep up the good work!
A gent named Joshua Esquibel helped me out today. He went above & beyond when compared to other attendants. I went in for a car battery replacement. Not only did he install it for me, but when said new battery turned out to be a dud he wasn’t about to shy away from making sure he took care of the problem that arose. He ran tests & determined the issue & found me another battery that would suit my needs immediately. Throughout his work he continued to explain what was going on informatively & with a friendly professional demeanor that made me feel I was in capable hands. After installing it for me a second & final time he double checked things were as they should be before leaving me. For this reason I will be a repeat customer & will recommend this store specifically in the future. Thank you, again, Joshua!
Brenda provided me with great customer service. She is very friendly and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and provided me with different options when it came to my vehicles parts. I will definitely continue to shop at this AutoZone.
First off cleanest Autozone I have been into. I had went into the store for windshield wipers and wasn't sure how to install to them. Angelica was such a huge help and nice as well!
Auto zone is awesome. Angelica helped me find all the parts i needed. She was quick friendly. She treated me with respect. Anytime I need car parts I only go to AutoZone they're awesome there.

We visited the AutoZone on HWY 46 when our battery died on our way out of town. Leo J, the store manager, helped us get set up with a new battery and even installed it himself. He was very friendly and efficient and helped us get back on the road quickly!
On 7-28-20 I called to verify part availability. Leo the manager answered and provided me with quick service. He told me to hold a minute which I did, I didn’t know he was going to grab the part. I told him I’d be on my way to pick it and make sure it was already at front counter. He said it’s already here just give associate your telephone number. His excellent service in preparing everything before I even asked is customer service that keeps me coming back. Also I had a part under warranty and he looked up to verify and exchanged hassle free. I will be coming back when they have my parts that I need at this store.

My rented car had some battery issues, Executive named 'Leo' helped me with free checkup and diagnosed that it was issue with alternator. Showed me how it works on computer, and showed it to me in my car. He advised me how to get it fixed.
This was my first ever visit to an AutoZone, and they won my heart with their service & helping nature.
