I frankly never wrote reviews but Kyle really saved our day today and everyone should know this outfit is 5 stars.
After being stranded on the side of the 395 with my oversized sprinter van on the way home from a camp trip, my roadside service was unable to even tell me how long it would be before they could find a provider. They said it could be hours. It was 95 degree weather, and we had our dog, and we’re on the side of very busy hwy with no help in sight.
We decided to call around. We were frankly in the middle of nowhere and had a 2.5 hour tow to get us to the nearest certified shop and not close to any major city. It was a tall job in poor circumstances.
After calling around Kyle was not the closest, but he was the fastest to get to us, super responsive, great communicating, reasonably priced for how annoying our job was, and honestly a pleasure to work with. He even followed our tow truck 2 hours away to make sure our vehicle was able to be unloaded without issue.
Couldn’t give enough stars to this Pro Tow crew. Grateful to have them save our day today honestly. Appreciate you guys.
Pro tow couldn’t have been more helpful in navigating a roadside issue encountered with my Rivian. Kyle was a total professional and was even willing to watch a couple YouTube videos to navigate rebooting what is basically a 5,000 pound computer. I’m writing this review while at the charging station he helped me get to. So grateful for the help. Thanks again, Kyle!

Above and beyond. My truck with camper broke down in death valley which is about the worst place to have that happen. Kyle picked me up and was generous to help me navigate the town and even transfer my camper so I was no longer stranded. Highly recommend!
These fellows are awesome. Kyle sent one of his guys to tow our 5th wheel while our truck was being taken to a repair facility arranged by our roadside assistance. Since timing couldn’t get our 5th wheel towed to arrive with the truck, he set us up inside his towing compound for the night and had a driver finish the tow the next morning. Super nice, friendly and knowledgeable guys. Definite A+ recommendation.
We have used Pro Tow many times in the past and have never had a bad experience!! Both Kyle and Scott were very nice and extremely responsive when we needed to tow our vehicle to the dealership. Cannot recommend Pro Tow enough to anyone needing this type of service.
My Ram Promaster camper van ECS system acted up and we got stranded in the middle of nowhere in the Eastern Sierra during the Indepdence Day holiday week. I contacted multiple towing compaires including Chrysler Roadside Assistance for having it towed to a dealer in Bakersfiield, which I thought was the cleast Ram dealer's from where we were. To make a long story short, none of the calls yielded good results except Pro Tow & Recovery, which responded to our call right away in no time. My wife and I were happy to see their sturdy flatbed truck tow the van to a dealer in Lancaster which turned out to be the closest dealer. They not only dropped off my van at the dealer's but also waited for us to do paperwork there at the dealder's and drove us to the Exnterprise car rental so that we could rent a car. Thanks to them we were able to get home that day. Otherwise I would have been stranded there under the hot sun much longer in the van. Thank you guys for your professional work and excellent service! My kitty cat meows to agree with me. Lol.
After waiting 16 hours through Verizon roadside assistance and claiming no one would come at 11:30pm last night and finding 1 company "Chaves towing" but due to the high cost of $395 for a jump start, at 3am this morning I said forget it and waited until I woke up and called again and got pro tow here so fast and they would have came last night but Verizon said no one else was available and they called everyone... ??? I don't believe it. Pro Tow was fast, professional and he was on for last night and his boss got no call. Needless to say do not trust Verizon roadside or call yourself if they are claiming no one is available. Definitely recommend PRO TOW. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ENDING THIS NIGHTMARE THAT KEPT ME UP ALL NIGHT FOR NOTHING. DRIVER WAS FRIENDLY FAST AND PROFESSIONAL. JUMPED MY CAR IN LESS THEN A MINUTE.
Pro Tow is hands down THE BEST service around! We will not use anyone else. They have clients for life in us. Great guys, great family! Just the best to work with!
Pro tow is awesome. We’ve had to use them twice now. Kyle was super nice unlocked our truck and even helped me look for the keys inside. Second time truck had to be towed to auto shop. They were here super fast and towed it over. Our insurance covered both times. They make it so easy. Would definitely use them every time I need towing or assistance.
They helped me tow my rv trailer into town after my brakes on the trailer messed up going down and 9% grade. We had one more to go so I called this company after I found them online. He used his personal truck to hook up to it and bring it to town. I'm thankful they were able to and it went well. My only regret is not checking other places and their prices before letting this company bring it in. This company charged me $900 when $600 to $700 for would have been plenty for the time to go get it and drive it back in. I was from out of town and needed help so I feel like they took advantage of that. Shop around before you use them is my opinion.
Van broke down about 1 1/2 hours away from his shop. Gave us a tow and ride into Ridgecrest. Was a pleasure doing business with Kyle and speaking with him on the ride.
These guys are fantastic. I had some car issues out near Trona Pinnacles (an OHV road off the highway). These guys came out within an hour and hauled the car to a local shop at around 8pm on a moments noticee.
Friendly, quick, efficient. They were awesome!
Kyle from Pro Tow saved the day and my weekend trip to the Big Pine Lakes! My car broke down on the SR395 going north, and I was left with no options late on a Friday evening. When I reached out to Pro Tow, they were quick to respond, helped me out on my insurance and professional in their tow service to Ridgecrest. All of this was within one hour.
Moreover, he went above and beyond to hold on to my keys, drop them off at a nearby car shop and update me while I hiked up in the Sierras. Once down, I had recieved a message that my car was fixed and I could come collect it. When I said I would be there on Sunday, Kyle ensured that the shop was open and my car ready for me to drive back to San Diego the very same day. It was a wonderful experience!
I can not say enough nice things about NIck. I broke down on the side of the 395 in the desert, 400 miles from home. He was there promptly. Got me and my son situated for the night. Called the next morning to help me again with my car. Towed my car 94 miles to the dealer, made sure I had a rental car to get home. Exceptional customer service from this man and this company. I would highly recommend! In this environment of negativity he was very personable and pleasant!
Nick towed our Tacoma from Towne Pass to Pahrump, NV. Aside from the expense it was a great experience. They have top notch equipment, are highly skilled, very safety conscious and offer fair prices. I can’ Imagine locating a better towing service in the Death Valley area.

I broke down in the middle of nowhere on the 395 road worn and weary. I was quoted about an hour for the truck to arrive. Nick Pokol showed up within a half hour with a friendly smile and a demeanor set towards making this experience the best it can be. He towed me 90 miles to the closest Chevy dealer in Lancaster in a clean air conditioned flat bed. The service department was closed for the holiday and I was still a long way from home so I had to spend the night in my truck because it was loaded with gear. Though I wished I had more I only had $20 dollars left to tip Nick .. He was concerned that I was giving him my last 20, we shook hands and said goodbye. I had one beer a bottle of water and a half bag of crushed chips... it was going to be a long night in my truck. Within 20 minutes I looked up so see Nick again he returned with a Burger Fries and a large Coke for me. This act of kindness was unexpected and rare these days. To say Nick went out of his way to turn around a bad situation would be a understatement not to mention they had the BEST price by a LONG SHOT. Nick in a time of need you saved me and I won't forget it. You my friend are definitely one of the good guy's.
Pro Tow & Recovery surpassed all of our expectations of a great tow company! After our accident, they went Above and Beyond in making us feel comfortable and secure. When we couldn't secure a car rental because all car rental businesses were closed the owner made sure we made it home because he knew our children needed to get home. We were so pleased and thrilled to have this company be the ones to come and help us in our time of need. Thank you Pro Tow!
