My car was parked at an angle and couldn’t pull gas into the engine. They came within 30 minutes and had us up and running. Doug the tech was professional and extremely nice. AAA connected me to AA Tech roadside solutions and hands down from the dispatcher Luz and the driver Justin, made the experience as comfortable and less stressful than it already was! AA tech had the best customer service during one of the most stressful nights of my life. We were towing a vehicle with our SUV when it caught fire, at night, on a very busy highway, 100 miles from home. We used them to tow both vehicles off the freeway and store for the night. We then decided to use them to tow our vehicles home as well. Tiffany took our call and was so helpful, sweet and patient with me. Her communication was clear and she got back to us about everything. The driver Justin was great too! So professional, friendly, and willing to call and accommodate our needs when he delivered our vehicle home. And the owner, Adam, was so willing to help us out and explain everything to us and sent pictures and videos of the vehicles. Towing is always going to have a high cost, so the fact that the customer service was top notch and we felt we could trust everyone we worked with put us at ease A LOT. Highly recommend!

Triple A routed my call for help on in infamous I5 “Grapevine section”. Trucks were wizzing by my vintage VW bus that just stopped just on side of I5. The operator of the truck was extraordinarily efficient, polite and professional. Justin had my Bus on board the flat bed in minutes with security lines tightened by a well experienced technician. It all was smooth and reassuring. Great job!

Great service. I was very glad that we had help after being stuck at the freeway. If it wasn't for the driver we would've had to cancel our trip in such a short notice. He was very helpful and fun to interact with. I thank him alot.

I was stuck on the side of highway 5 and the representative of tech roadside solutions was very helpful and assisting me in my time of need he was also able to work with me as far as payment arrangements for that emergency situation which was very generous and kind during that stressful time. Trust me no one has to do that for you and being on the road over an hour and no one pulling over for you is a pretty good feeling thank you AA Tech roadside solutions.

Super fast service for a dead battery at 330am in dangerous spot on the I5 Grapevine. Adam was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and got me warmed up and to a safe spot withing 30-45 minutes of my call. Highly recommend.

Exemplary service provided by Adam (owner). TLDR; we were stranded on the grapveine in CA due to Castaic towing (horrendous company, don't ever call them) cancelling mid-trip. The AA team arrived as promptly as possible the eve of Thanksgiving at 2 am and completed a 175 mile trip to get our vehicle and us safely to our destination. This is a family business that understands the nuance of top tier customer service and empathy. Adam - thank you for your stellar service. Cannot say enough good things.

I am so grateful for AA Roadside Solutions. My daughter and her friend were stranded on the wrong side of the freeway with a flat tire at a dangerous incline. As a mom, I was panicked thinking about their safety and AA Roadside Solution went above and beyond to make sure they were safe, helped with the tire, and stayed to ensure they had a plan to get back on the road. It is incredibly reassuring to know that there are people who go out of their way to help strangers in need, especially frighten young girls. As a mother, I cannot thank them enough for turning a frightening situation into one where my daughter felt safe. Truly an outstanding act of kindness from AA Roadside Solutions.

This is the greatest towing company I've ever used in my life. I'm so happy with the service I received that I'm actually glad that my car broke down. The owner is not just an expert at what he does, but he's also a good man. To him it's not a just a job, it's a way of life. He has compassion and dedication to what he does that would be the envy of any professional. I'd give 10 stars if I could. I got stuck during the storm a week ago along The Grapevine in the worst weather I've ever seen in my life in Southern California. It was raining, freezing, foggy and even semis couldn't make it over the pass. As far as I'm concerned this company saved my life. They went out of their way to help me out despite all of the other calls they were getting from all of the accidents that were shutting down the entire area. On top of this they gave me a significant discount on the service. I had the greatest, most friendly and interesting conversation with the driver that I've ever had in my life. He did everything he could to help me. These people are total pros. If I had a choice, no matter the situation or the location, these are the people that I would want to back me up and take care of me. I can't emphasize enough how well run and how fair and how humanistic this company is and the people working for it. I could write a novel of praise for every aspect of what they did for me. If they were doing combat search and rescue instead of towing we wouldn't have left any POWs back in Vietnam. If you're ever in trouble these are the guys you want to call. No matter what situation you're in these guys will show up and make it better. Don't even bother considering any other towing company. These guys will work with you and do everything in their power to make sure that you and your vehicle get to where it needs to go safely. God bless them.

Our technician was amazing. He helped us get out of an unsafe location on the free way, and then helped us drive our car back home when we were originally unable to. He went above and beyond to help us out and made us feel comfortable. He also got to us in a very short amount of time and offered to help us at any moment if we experienced another problem with an hour left in our drive.

5 stars are not enough. Brother Adam and his son, Douglas are amazing. We got stranded on the climb up the grapevine at 1am. He saved us and towed our car to Santa Clarita. We got an uber, but he offered to even drop off the car and gave us a ride if Uber couldnt find us. (We had an uber cancelation).

Adam came to my rescue when I blew out a tire on a very rural mountain road at night. my other front tire wasn’t in very good shape either so Adam followed me back home to make sure I got there OK. I really appreciate him coming out, we called seven other tow companies and no one would go out that way. His price was very reasonable to swap out my tire and if he had’t come I would have been stuck all night. eight people drove past me and even though I had my Emergency blinkers on no one slowed down to stop, so I really appreciate him making the trip out and helping to get me safely home!

This towing service rescued me off of the side of the road on the Grapevine. The tow truck arrived before the time they promise. Adam was the driver in the owner of the tow company. He was very helpful and quickly gave me a warm place to sit while he loaded the car. He talked with me the whole time from Lebec to the Burbank Airport. I highly recommend this company.

we were on our way to disneyland when my car started to break down on the grapevine. we pulled over into an unfamiliar truck stop and contacted this company. they arrived within 10 mins and got us safely to our familys house near by. they even checked on us afterwards to make sure we were okay. Listen, you won’t find a better tow company this side of the Mississippi. Adam, the owner, is a great dude who has really put in the time and effort to become an expert in his field. He showed up right on time, lifted my car in under 5min, and drove me the 75 miles back to LA in time to still catch my flight. AA Tech solutions is an incredible Tow company. A rock hit the bottom of our cars gas tank coming down the grapevine. Parked in a safe location but it was past midnight and was worried that there would t be anyone to help get my car towed and they came and picked up my car. The owner was so professional and reassured me that my car would make it back safe and walked me through the process. THANK YOU AA TECH SOLUTIONS!!!!!
