This place tries to make it impossible to get your vehicle out of impound, our son had our truck and got arrested. We had to wait 30 day. The people were so rude . I called and tried to get it out so they knew i was picking it up. They sent a letter after 14 days that said they would auction the truck off on the August 29th. They knew I was trying to get it out their fees are outrageous. They dont even allow you to get anything out of the car.
Let me just say, I don’t know where the negative reviews have come from. The people here have a heart of gold. My car was stolen, recovered by BPD, and towed here. I, like others, read reviews to see what to expect and was nervous because many people had negative things to say. My experience was very different than many.
Christina in the front is super sweet and helpful. In a time when I was very emotional and overwhelmed, she was more than patient. She helped me with advice and with lending a listening ear when I needed to vent. I know that there may be a lot of cars here that are police seizures/impounds so I think it’s important for people to note that she can't really give you advice about those. Based on my experience, I’m sure she would help if she could. I feel blessed that she was nothing like the reviewers try to make her out to be. And you know what? Even both drivers that helped me by taking me to my car were incredibly professional, kind, and helpful. I do not have a bad thing to say about my experience with Barnett’s Towing.

Had my car towed by Travis from Barnetts. He was very professional and had my car loaded in no time. Christina in the office was very helpful and patient when I had to pick my car up. All around had a nice experience with this company and in the future if I happen to have car problems I know who I can call on.
I went here to pay off a balance. The manager had agreed for me to pay only tow fees. The balance had been sent to collections by the time I went to pay. The manager went above and beyond to get my account with collections closed while still honoring our original agreement. She was nice, professional and overall great in handling my issue!
Horrible people. I was very shocked the lady that took my call told me to call the police department and hung up on me. I only knew my car was there because the police department told me. It was late Friday afternoon so now my car will sit there over the weekend. I just do not understand how people can be so bad at their job but still keep it. There are so many unemployed people that would love to have that job and do it well. I will never do business with these people.
Absolutely awful people work at this place! Don't trust a thing they say. My vehicle was impounded for 30 days and I was told by Christina who works there that if I couldn't get the vehicle by Friday (which was two days after I spoke with her) that she would work with me on the storage fees. I couldn't get my vehicle released and I ended up having to wait the full 30 days. I went today to pick up my vehicle and when I reminded Christina about what she said about working with me on the fees, she suddenly couldn't do anything about them and she charged me full price. Christina lied, don't trust her if you speak with her. This business has shown they don't care about personal situations. They made me feel like they would help me as someone else was driving my vehicle when it was impounded. I thought they cared and made me feel like they would work with me but clearly they are in bed with BPD and are all about the money.
