terrible store to buy auto parts.Today I went to inquire for a vehicle part, and they seem to be busy but talking and of course they don't like to be interrupted Last year they sold me the wrong auto part, in conclusion they are very unprofessional and they should have open a bar or liquor store instead so everybody should gather for chatting.

Very bad experience non professional at all Have requested a part online for my car, and guess what, they sent a wrong part and they charged too much for shipping like 180 in the same state. Return process very complicated you need to call or send an email to get a return authorization number and you need to stay at the phone for a while to get an answer. After returning I have requested the part another time this request took two weeks to be confirmed and shipped and at the end they sent wrong color and broken item. After that I called them and they simply asked for return to get refund. And till now no refund even for the first request. I don’t know if there is a worst than this!!!!

They had the steering column needed but the wait to pick it up was long. Only one person in front of me and waited 42 min.

No transporter signs just pull in and wait for forklift. Pretty simple. Turning around with a long trailer can be tricky but doable

Everyone was courteous, only issue that I have is you pay at the front counter and then you have to drive around back to pick up your parts, there's no way you can inspect the parts before they let you go around back, I would like to inspect the part or parts that I'm purchasing before hand.

Could be a little more helpful to the man off the street. They mainly deal with recently salvaged vehicles nothing going back past 10 years I believe.

Amanda is my Customer service rep. She is the only one who I have talked to personally that has told me everything right. I give her 5 *****. Everyone else who helped me gave me false information. Please check with multiple people before making a final choice at this location.

My daughter delivery a part for exchange, it leak a little bit of oil on the counter one of the g cashier give my daughter a rag and tell her to clean it. I don't think that was professional I think that's part of the cashier's job

Service is horrible. they told me my part would be in on Friday And they lost my part so they had to reorder it and I will be in next week when I already had the core out and now I can't drive my car until the part comes in. by far my worst experience ever.

Asked for a part on the phone, guy immediately said he didn't have it. Pretty phenomenal to have your entire stock memorized...at least pretend to look it up. Jeez. Humor me.

Right of a shaddy business. They charge you a $3.00 admission fee to get in. On top of that an extra $2.00 to look at the newer cars. They say that they dont have a list of the cars but thats BS.
