By far the worst customer service I have ever seen. On 7/17 at 8:28am I called to inquire about a fender, and spoke with a man at the front desk named Luis. I explained that I would be driving from San Jose, which is almost 4 hours so I asked if they could confirm there was no damages to the panel before I paid for it and drove all the way out there. Unfortunately, that was quickly shut down and was told I had to pay for it, and the part needed to be picked before anyone else laid eyes on it. Luis then told me that he could send over pictures of the fender, and if I didn’t like the quality then they would send the money back. He sent me the link to pay for it and quickly rushed me off the phone. Since the prices were good, I went ahead and purchased the fender at 8:37 AM through the link that was sent to me. I called back at 1:02 PM to see if the fender has been picked, and if I could receive the pictures. Luis seemed frustrated and told me that the fender has not been pulled yet and when asked when it would be, he said he had no idea. Since I felt rushed off the phone again, I lastly asked if I would receive the pictures by the end today 7/17. He said yes and we hung up. SUPRISE SUPEISE it is now the end of the day, and I have still not received any photos of the fender I paid for earlier that morning. Now that the business is closed (past 5pm), I could not call. This did not make me feel comfortable knowing I was waking up early and driving four hours to go pick it up. When 8 AM the next day rolled around, I was about halfway there And decided to call them. I was very polite and explained that I never received the pictures which were promised the day before, and just asked them to simply look at the fender to verify there are no damages that way I can at least turn around. Luis declined to help me whatsoever once again. He said angrily I told you that it would take 24 hours for when the order was placed. I responded well that’s in 30 minutes and he said no it’s not “you ordered it in the early afternoon” which was completely incorrect! I placed the order and have the receipt which says 8:37 AM…. We did not continue the conversation after that and he said “we’ll see you when you get here”. I continue to drive another two hours, and still never received any pictures or communication on the fender. I show up and luckily the fender was in good condition, and I was in and out in about 60 seconds. When calling your business, there is a prompt that says this audio is being recorded for training purposes. I recommend reviewing my calls from 7/17 and 7/18 to coach Luis on how to treat customers. It was very unprofessional and disrespectful the way I was treated here. If you read the other reviews, there are many that will say the same thing. I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone! Side note: when I walked in to Higgins Auto Parts all three people at the front desk were sitting on their phones. You must’ve been so busy that you couldn’t even ask somebody or go get a picture of my fender to help a customer that has paid for a part and is driving four hours. Thanks for nothing!

Professional experienced and very nice staff(Juan)! It was well worth my 3-hour drive to find the part since I couldn't find it here in the high desert. This place was super clean, extremely organized! Mr. Juan Hernandez went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. GIVE THAT DUDE A RAISE!! If not for Juan that long trip out there would have been a complete waste of my time!! He made things right! 😁 THANKS!!!
