Bought a radio for my car. Found out that the radio had a short in it and shorted out my subs and amp. Spoke to sales rep, and was told since the radio comes on, there's nothing they can do. Out of over 2k due to buying a radio that was in a car involved in a car wreck. You get what you pay for. Never dealing with this place again

I bought a part they had listed on eBay last Wednesday. It was a passenger side steering knuckle for an f350 super duty. Only one listed online I could find. I probably could have scoured the local slavage yards and recyclers, but theirs was available and a good price shipped to my house. This particular part is obsolete from Ford so I was very thankful they sold this part to me at a very fair price. Shipping from Bakersfield to Fort Worth, TX was pretty quick too considering the distance and a day of handling. Ordered Wednesday got part first thing Monday morning. Had truck back up running by lunchtime. Also for how heavy and odd shaped the part was they packaged very well. They communicated very well also. Need a recycler like them close me, thanks!

I ordered a knee airbag, which arrived without the cover. I called and spoke to Mary. At first, she said that was how it was listed, but I pointed out that it was listed as Grade A without a photo showing that there was no cover, nor was there a description stating the absence of a cover. After some back and forth, the manager was finally able to locate a cover for my knee airbag, and they sent it out. Thank you for resolving the issue with the order; I appreciate it!
General manager, Juan Fernandez did a phenomenal job helping me today. We’re getting this taken care of. They all started at 9 o’clock this morning when I arrived in my little Camry asking for the purchase of the door, they brought it to me quick after I pre-ordered the day before Washed it up, and even assisted me with installing it an making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The part was exactly what I needed. An looked exactly how they showed it online. The part was in storage for more then a year an is in mint condition. They helped restore my dodge Durango SRT 392 . They deliver parts to multiple different auto parts store so when you need something check here first most likely they sell to your first thought place to get parts. I needed one wheel for my car that had been damaged. Higgins had one available for a fair price, shipped it out to me quickly, nicely packaged. It was cheaper than having my curbed wheels refinished.
I purchased a used Nissan Pathfinder rim from eBay from this company. Although it was used, it was perfect! If I need to buy parts for my truck in the future, I will buy them from Higgins. Note: They even packed the rim perfectly.
I ordered a center console part for my wife’s 2018 ford expedition on eBay. I received a call from someone who works there and we talked about what exactly I needed. After figuring out what I needed he cancelled my eBay order and set me up with an order for what I needed for a lower cost! The part was pretty much brand new and customer service was excellent!!
I bought a used Tahoe that had door damage. Out of curiosity, I searched for doors online and was surprised to find Higgins ebay store with my door, exact color and a great price. I emailed with my VIN to confirm the match and they responded same day and confirmed. I drove 5 hour round trip to pick it up. It was a fast and easy transaction and the guys were super friendly and even loaded it in my vehicle for me.

Auto part shops like this usually have bad reputations, but I was blown away by the cleanliness and customer service that made my experience with Higgins Auto Parts very smooth, will definitely be returning. Also wanted to acknowledge Luis Medina for the great customer service, he helped me find the right fuel pump for my truck and helped me step by step to purchase and receive the part.
Great customer service. I was looking for a part for my jeep gladiator that I couldn’t find anywhere else in stock and Luis was able to help me find the proper part for my vehicle and have it ready the same day. He was really attentive with earning my business I will definitely be recommending to friends and family.
I know a little bit about cars and was doing research online. Luis was extremely helpful, patient and helped me understand the process. I bought just under a thousand dollars of parts, Luis and his team helped load them and explained the warranty process. Very easy and professional team to deal with.

Higgins Auto Parts is one of the if not the cleanest auto recycling/wrecking yard there is! They have great quality parts and stand by their customers! Their warranty program is unbeatable. They have a standard 6month warranty on every single part that leaves their facility. If you want to get an extended warranty with them, not a problem at all! They offer a 1 year, 2 year, & 5 year warranty on their parts for an extra cost, but it is meant to protect your investment. They also have a labor warranty in place that allows customers to receive a labor check on the installment of their vehicles if it is purchased. The way it was explained to me, if you need labor coverage and it is $1,000 they will only charge a quarter of what is needed for the labor coverage. In this case it would be $250.00. If you need any OEM parts for your vehicle or a vehicle that is at your shop, do not hesitate to bring these guys business. They do a phenomenal job from start to finish! Their parts are high quality and have been providing great quality and awesome customer service since 1951! People are not perfect obviously but no matter what part I am looking for they are always willing to help! These people are fantastic! If you run into a problem at all, they are always willing to help out!
EXCELLENT experience from beginning to end with Higgins Auto Parts!! First contacted Tony who was awesome in helping me to surprise my son with this purchase. He was pleasant to speak with and very accommodating. Second contact was with Juan the General Mgr. who was SO very kind and helpful to me as I was worried about pick up. He went ABOVE & BEYOND my expectations in helping me with delivery instead. It took SO much stress off me and I am beyond GRATEFUL! UPDATE: Increasing from one star to three. I decided to call back a few hours later in hopes that the first employee was just an outlier, and thankfully both staff members I spoke to were actually helpful and willing to get me answers and updates. The shipping liaison was particularly helpful and actually seemed to care. There’s always bad apples, sadly my first call routed to one…
Terrible experience all around with Higgins, only worsened by the condescending attitude of their dismissive employee. Found a part on eBay, and wanted to confirm comparability and availability so I called the store directly. The women I spoke with confirmed w everything, and recommended I order on eBay versus over the phone. Purchased and paid for the part on 10/21, label created 10/25…and now on 10/27 still not shipped. Messaged via eBay, no response. Called Higgins to inquire as the part is urgently needed, and the gentleman could not have been ruder or more dismissive. Said he sees nothing in his system, I shouldn’t have ordered through eBay, and said he was “done helping me just call eBay”. Would not take the time to look up the vehicle or part, literally refused. I’m in customer service and sales, and can’t fathom punting a customer and telling them “not my problem call eBay” as this gentleman repeatedly did. Terrible experience with no resolution and no support from the seller.
Professional experienced and very nice staff(Juan)! It was well worth my 3-hour drive to find the part since I couldn't find it here in the high desert. This place was super clean, extremely organized! Mr. Juan Hernandez went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. GIVE THAT DUDE A RAISE!! If not for Juan that long trip out there would have been a complete waste of my time!! He made things right! THANKS!!!
