Took my truck in for the neutral safety switch (p0705) 97 Ford expedition. Got charged 80.00 for a ten minute job. As I pulled out, BAM CHECK ENGINE LIGHT p0705. They didn't check the wiring harness to the sensor. If they had they would have seen the loom had burned away and the wires from the sensor to the TCM (transmission control module) were stuck to each other. Causing the problem . It would have taken maybe 15 mins to correct. But no. And then the wanted 75.00 more to verify what my girlfriend saw THROUGH THE WHEEL WELL these guys should stick to pulling parts. Fixing cars isn't their wheelhouse

Got engine work done. Didnt install correctly car didnt turn on like it use to. It would shake and check engine light kept coming on dip stick was missing. Called in and one main guy ruined the owners good customer service cuz the worker gave attitude through the phone. Had to bring it back 2 more time cuz they never put the bolts back on the engine only on the top. It still shook and enlight still was on every time. Workers werent accurate on the time they said it would be done. They kept saying the next day, the next day and the next day untill finally the four.th time they finally got it right and did do the work they were suppose to do that was originally suppose to take about 3hrs
I had made a deal to sell my vehicle. I waited two hours for them to respond that they were running late. I didn’t mind so much but they said they were leaving in 15 minutes. They never left and my vehicle remains unsold. Very unprofessional. I was stood up and lied to. Do not do business with these ppl.
This place is always good on prices and finishes the job in a timely manner. My trucks water pump went out and they replaced it in one hour and a half with a fair and honest price. Thank you guys very good service
