My T680 fuel pump took a crap yesterday right after going down the grapevine/Tejon pass going northbound.
You call around trying to find a tow service and these other guys BS you with $250-300 an hour and don’t give you an exact quote price because it depends on “this” and “that”….JUST GIVE ME A DAMN PRICE!
Big Rig tow did exactly that, told me the price and boom they showed up. These guys handled the job, upfront, and were very professional. Thank you to Perry and his brother. 10/10, Highly recommend.
Hi, my truck break down on route 58w and I call early morning by google search. Sir Perry pickup call right away and start conversation regarding my truck tow with loaded trailer with full gross. I can't say how their towing service is. I called them and was told that they could help, but they would've taken a long time as they were booked with pick-ups far away. They recommended me to a competitor as they should be available. A company that apologies for how busy they are and still provides support by sending business to someone else they recommended is a business that appreciates their customer base. They company they recommended provided service beyond expectations. I would call Big Rig again and give them a chance for my business if needed in the area.
I wish that there are more people like Perry.

Turbo on my rig gave out on me for the 3rd time leaving me stranded in Bakersfield for 2 days after getting my trailer repowered by a buddy i was able to give Perry a call. We went over some details he gave me a price and i expressed to him my situation and he was able to work with my budget very fair. Upon arrival Perry was cool, chill, and down to earth he got my rig loaded up properly and we were on our way. Thanks again Perry, hopefully i don’t have to see you anytime soon but if i do ever need another tow I’ll be sure to call you.
Perry is amazing! Our trailer bearing came off and he was helping someone else in the same area and he totally came over to help us. He was amazing super professional and very knowledgeable. He has a big heart to help us while broken down. He even called to check up on us once we were on the road to make sure everything was smooth sailing. Amazing service amazing person amazing heart! Our motor home broke down on the highway, stranding my daughter, granddaughter & horses. We called Big Rig Service, Perry answered and said he would be on his way shortly. Someone else picked up my granddaughter and horses, leaving my daughter alone on the side of the highway. Perry arrived very timely, his professionalism and good manners made my daughter feel totally comfortable in his company. He brought our daughter and rig home safe and sound.

At the last moment while dropping my trailer I realized I forgot to drop my landing gear

what could of been massive in price and time consuming I First called a competitor of Perry”s Big Rig Towing who was going to charge me double and take twice as long to get to me

Don't even think of calling anyone else if there anytime your in need of repairs or a tow. Perry goes above and beyond what you would expect from any tow company. Towed me from Bakersfield to Fontana, "truck and trailer". Quoted me a very fair price on the phone and stuck to it. Ever heard the term you've got a friend in the business well with Perry you will. Prompt, courteous service. Dealing with Perry was like a friend helping rather than being a customer. Perry tried to see if he could fix the problem to save me the expense of having the truck towed . Unfortunately the truck had to be towed. Perry made my frustrating situation a lot less stressful. Would highly recommend this company.

After sitting all day on side of the road and TA charging 440 bucks for literally nothing we called for a tow and Perry showed up fast and had us hooked up in no time. We spent the next 40 minutes on the trip to freightliner with Perry telling us about cool places and things around Bakersfield..was a great experience even though was crappy the truck broke down...I highly recommend them....
