Unreliable and unprofessional. I would not recommend their services unless you like waiting for nothing and then have them talk to you in an unprofessional manner. I’ve never had a bad experience with any other tow company until now. 0/10 would not recommend
Scheduled a tow, Was stuck at the gas station, literally across the street from my house, but didn’t have no one to help me push. So scheduled a tow they quoted me 95 I said OK that’s fine. They told me 30 minutes, never showed up. I called them. The guy answered and told me my driver went home already. I told him a simple call back would’ve been nice. HE RESPONDED “I DONT KNOW WHAT TO TELL YOU” I had my wife and seven month old baby with me. Luckily, I stood across the way. BAD SERVICE AND UNRELIABLE.
My husband and I have used this company in the past and just today. I got on google looking for a tow truck in panic forgetting about this company & this company is the only one who answered and was there in a reasonable matter. I called 3 other companies and one had the nerve to say. “I’m not OpErAtiNg riGhT Now, it’s ToO hOT” thank god they did that, luckily. Ayalas towing was there to the rescue. And I’m glad no one else answered because we had the pleasant experience with these guys. They don’t charge an arm and a leg, they’re pretty reasonable, compassionate, reliable. & profesional but overall respectable.
We had an AMAZING experience with Eric, when I called he notified me that he could be there in 15-20 minutes (he was there in 15) while other tow companies were hour out. He was very kind and professional if I could and would recommend a tow company I would 100% recommend them! They are fast, reliable, and affordable.
Horrible customer service. Highly unprofessional and immature. Extremely pushy. Swears they have more customers when driver doesn't. The tow truck driver Juan made a scene at my place work making all sorts of unecessary noises and commotion. If I was you, pay the extra $20 or $40 from Golden or Jims.
Just becarful with this company they will quote you a certain price over the phone then you ask them flat rate ? They will tell you yes then after drop off they charge a lil extra for their pocket. That's all I have to say
Did not use towing services because they lacked the equipment. That said, i was politely received and immediately got offered to text me(which was done promptly) a number to someone that was able to help. Friendly, honest, helpful
I gave one star because I had to give a rating in order to leave a review. I don't recommend this company. We had our car hit by a drunk driver. He didn't stay, it was a hit and run. We followed him to his house, which is in our neighborhood. The driver was the son of the owner, who works for his dad. Police did nothing, as usual. Owner came to pick up their bumper and say "sorry". Don't use this company, driver may be drunk!!
Highly, highly recommend this company. A million times better than the first company our insurance sent out. The driver showed up on time, he was really nice and professional. I actually had an issue with a different car so we requested this company. He actually remembered being at our house a couple months prior and he even knew where to tow our car. He is definitely a hard-working man!
They arrived in 30 minutes like they said and Eric was great with everything. Can't beat great service and price, I would definitely recommend their service.

My car broke down on a very busy Street Rosedale Highway and Ayala’s Towing took care of me, super funny Tow truck driver and respectful. I also want to add that they have friendly customer service.
Last time I ever go through Ayala services, had the worst experience ever. I went through them with my Insurance. The tow guy had called me told me to wait an hour he had another car he needed to tow,I said it was fine. An hour later my insurance company calls me to verify my car had been towed already I said no I was still waiting, insurance said ok let us just check the ETA on that, and insurance said like another 25 min and I said that’s fine. 1 min later the tow guy calls me mad and upset with me saying why did I call the insurance company on him, he was very rude and hostile on the phone with me. I tried to explain that the insurance company was just checking on the status of my car when he all he said I better be their in 10 min and hung up. When I arrived he was very rude and hostile complaining about the location of my car. Most unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. Please go somewhere else.
This is the only tow service we use now! Everyone right down to the dispatcher is always super nice and polite. They always come quickly too, and can’t beat the prices!!

Wish I could gave 0.5 stars , they showed up and ask for keys, we showed our registration and insurance all under my name , we don’t have the keys and he just drove away.
My car broke down in Bakersfield while on a cross-country road trip on a holiday weekend Sunday. These guys were there to help - when the driver on duty was delayed, the dispatch guy himself came to get me. They kept me updated throughout the process, and were extremely friendly and helpful. I really appreciated them helping to make the best of a bad situation. Reasonable rates and professional services. I hope to never need them again, but if I do I would 100% call them again.

Today I had to call my Roadside Assistance because my car broke down at Winco... They dispatched someone from Ayala's Towing and he was there in approx 15 minutes... He was polite, kind and just an amazing bright spot in an otherwise bad situation...I can't remember his name as I was very overheated, but you'll know who he is by the location... Thank you so much and I would recommend ya'll to anyone needing a tow service
