These people are great. Have never had a problem with customer service and organized and professional!

Service was pretty fast..some times it takes longer.. just depending on the days n time..but everything else was good.. personal was good..prices r decent.. everything is legit 😁🤑💯

Gotta love going to the scrap yard. Almost as awesome as the dump. Everyone should come here so they can see how difficult it is to get metal scrapped. Watching big machines in action always makes me happy

Make sure you have all cans and bottles separated before you go. I’ve never been there and I asked the guy if I could separate really quick and he gave me the dirtiest look I’ve ever seen. No one was in line. But everyone has their own rules. I won’t go there again. Just wanted people to know like me, that’s never been there, to separate before you go. BTW thewoman at the front office was very nice and helpful.

430 am I can't sleep today is one of those days they making so much noise we need to submit paperwork to the court house my kid wakes up .

I came here after getting approved to retire my vehicle through a program called cap. I was confused about where to go and what to do, but the two ladies in the office were so nice and made the process so easy. They got all the paperwork done as fast as they could and wrote my check out on the spot for $1,500.

This facility is one great place. The staff here are excellent. And the environment is superb. I love S & A. When I buy a company. I hope its like this one. Very well put together. Mr George Adams and family should be proud.

I’ve been using SA Recycling for a few years now. They are fairly priced and they keep us informed and updated of any changes so that we are aware of all that is accepted at their facility. They are knowledgeable and the transactions are fairly simple from unloading our recyclables to receiving our funds for them. It’s pretty much self explanatory in operating the cash exchange and they are willing to show you how to retrieve your cash if you ask. I trust them more so than some of these facilities behind market places. I always refer them to friends and family.

If you're a steel recycler like me there's no other place to take your goods! These people make you feel like family and they always have the best prices in town. You have plastic & aluminum cans yeah they take that too! All your non-ferrous materials! Best in Bakersfield! 👍💯

I can't believe these crooks are still in business. Count your recycled items before you take them in I can almost 99.9% gaurentee when you take them in, what ever your calculations may be there numbers will be will be not slightly not a little ,but far less even if you were rounding down. Some people literally recycle to feed them selves and there families...how can you steal from poor people and feel good about it? If I had to recycle my cat I would definitely call SA recycleIt The Communication between dispatch and schedule pickup was awesome I had such an easy and pleasant experience from beginning to end and the price was Fair

The scales are quick, the lady's are nice, and the place has a distinct sent of money to it. Always a pleasure going here.

They keep on working after hrs very loud noise fork lift beeping slamming cars we reported to code inforcement see what they can do or we going to take it to court we pay taxes to is not fair

I used to go to Rick's Recycling on planz.. And then Sierra recycling. I started to go here to SA and what a difference in their staff and structure. Very well organized facility. And best of all they pay the best! Bring your metal here

The staff is always professional and knowledgeable. This is the only recycling center I would use. Pricing is always up to date, area is clean and the staff get you in and out efficiently.I drive an hour to use SA Recycling.

All I can say is this place rocks and one for 3 simple reasons one is John who works the scales most of the time and the fine ladies at the payout office and the fact that they're the only place that buys the material I'm recycling Thanks again guys

My husband has his own tree business for over 20 years every now and then he does side jobs and gets scrap metal to turn in off the job. They always go to SA Recycling we're thay treat them fair and no hassel and good prices. So Tex's tree service gives them a 5 star rating they will always have his business. Thanks SA Recycling. .

Website is very misleading, as I called in to ask if they paid for cardboard, I was told they currently didn't take it. (Called just a few minutes ago at like 9:43 or whatever.) Also I had submitted an online form yesterday, and the person seemed very confused on what I was talking about.

It was a very hot day mind you...we weighed dumped redesigned and had to go through a hassle to get the $11.00. At least there's a place to take it!
