The woman that answer the phone was rude, these people are payed to do their job?. I'm not asking for free stuff, and also the man that she pass me to I kinda heard his laugh, this is a business what a joke. Not recomendable very rude customer service and the range price is high.
What are joke of company is this. The women that answered the phone was rude. What the hell is wrong with these people I'm paying for a service I'm not asking for free things. Then she pass me with a male that thought I was joke or what. They pay these people, or they are commit unlawful things and they are doing comunity service there. NOT RECOMENDED.
Had to make a last minute appointment to haul my sub compact tractor. After another company canceled at last minute. These guys handled the job no problem and charged less. Would use these guys. Also the job was to haul my tractor through the gorge into lake isabella. On time courtious and got it done. Thanks joes.
These guys Rock! Got to me in 15 minutes, after I left messages for other companies that never called me back. The Driver was so nice and took great care of the car.
I was calling around for a tow got a quote of 65 to just go up the street and called this company to see if it was a lower price got severe attitude from the lady because supposedly they're the same people even though it's 2 different names and number's so I canceled got someone else for 40 . i do not recommend this company unless you want to be yelled at
Great place to buy a car but i dont think it i called joes towing any mire because i whent back and asked them what was the name and one of the drives said tbey dont have a name
The ibred receptionist is very unprofessional. She asked me for the crossing streets to where I needed to be picked up from and she said "she's not familiar with the street" and stated to "call another company" and hung up.
Edgar did everything possible to tow my vehicle with a great attitude and professionalism. I highly recommend him. He is a n owner operator and knows customer service.

My moms car broke down on her after a long day at work. I called a few towing companies & was quoted $200-250 to tow her 1.8 miles. Thank god for Joe’s towing because they gave me a really reasonable price & got to my mom in less than 20 minutes.
I hope I never need to call a tow company again but if I do it’s definitely going to be Joe’s trucking! Thank you guys!
My family and I were on our way to L.A from the Bay Area and just outside of Bakersfield our car had a breakdown. I called two places before I called Joe's' Towing.
The person I spoke with was very patient with me cause I did t even know my exact location. I told him I'd call back and after a few minutes I called back.
The fee was reasonable and they were patient and friendly. I explained to Randall (the proprietor) that we had two kids with us and if we could just ride in our car as it was being towed. We were far from our destination and uber was charging so much we decided to just ask if we could ride in our car. He said it was OK but advised that it would be bumpy. I was told they'd be there within an hour and for sure they showed up less than an hour.
Not only did the tow truck show up, but Brando came in a minivan to accommodate me and my family!! Can you imagine that??!! He drove us all the way to L.A FOR FREE at 10pm Thursday night!!
It's comforting to know that this world still has good, kind hearted people who just want to help no matter what!

The guys were fast and amazing! He even called a friend of his to find out about my transmission. If it wasnt for this company employees id be paying more out of my pocket for a new transmission. Also only paid 60 when there was alot of complications. They worked with me. Defiantly good service!!!
We broke down just outside of Bakersfield on our way to Oregon, We called Joe's Towing at 2:00 AM and the guy was here in 25 minutes, he was clean and courteous. "First class service"!
