First time for me at this location and all I can say is that they have great customer service and fast service too,was hesitant when I saw the reviews but decided to give them a shot.
Showed up at 10:00 workers didn't get here till 10:30 and I don't know how they do their hiring process but dude you got working there seems like he doesn't even want to work and starts complaining about how many glass bottles I brought last time I checked this was the recycling place and you bring glass or aluminum anyways his attitude is crap makes me feel like I should never come back I know the owner should do a better job hiring bro
This center ripped me off multiple times . The main person running it is a young adult. He alway pretends to look at the scale and add up the amount. He doesn't even let the scale stop before having his assistance move the trash can to another. I will be reporting them .If you do end up going to them I recommend you record them and the scale.
This place doesn't deserve 3.9 stars. Where else can you take your sorted CRV and basically drop it off at the door and they handle the rest? Nowhere!
All the young dudes have good customer service and are polite. I have, however, seen customers expect and demand to be helped with an attitude and guess what they get back. Attitude. Be respectful and you will be respected.
The people running the place are cool as long as you are cool. Never had an issue. I drive out from EC to this place because they are that friendly. 5 ⭐️
