This auto zone is awesome! My truck unfortunately broke down near their town and they were able to help me find a new battery and get my alternator replaced at a great price.
Friendly place to shop and get advice from the staff. I feel comfortable walking in knowing that the staff can help and guide me. As a female, I need all of the information and knowledge I can get, to understand what I'm buying and what the function is. Thank you
The staff at the Holtville location is amazing and has always been extremely helpful every time I have went in there for help. I have a variety of vehicles I have come in for over the years from older to newer and they have always assisted even when I have said it’s ok, I can take care of it. Even in a bind, they will do whatever they can to get you in the road again!
What can I say about this team? Our dog literally would have died if it weren't for this team. Our AC stopped working and all warning lights were on while we were in line for 2 hours at the border crossing. We rushed to AutoZone since we knew they test the battery and can troubleshoot.
Right when we arrived, our 11 year-old dog was likely minutes from dying of exhaustion/dehydration. My partner Randi carried in our dog Griffin and the team helped make him comfortable while Randi helped cool down his core and got him to drink water again.
During this time, a member of the team tested the battery (100%), AC was working now, and provided the tools so I could remove the battery cables and put them back on to reset the system (everything worked perfectly).
Since we didn't need to buy anything, we bought the boys pizzas from George's pizza. Thanks for everything; you're the best!!
Great staff, very friendly, and definitely a Holtville vibe . My tasks have never been complex. My auto issues I’ve dealt with personally are below medium difficulty. As for their knowledge and experience, I cannot comment, although it seems when I go, every interaction is straight and too the point, and customers are at least content!
A nice store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They actually take the time to help you get everything you need. If they don't have it, they will look into finding it, and getting ordered. By far better than the other auto parts store down the road.
As soon as I walk in I was greeted and ask if I need any help and was help with what I was there for. This was the holtville location. Will definitely be back
I like visiting different AutoZone Auto Parts Store's because in my opinion they aren't all the same. So far I've seen different displays selling items that are somewhat in relation to a vehicle and (in my choice of labeling) items known as: The Come in Handy, The Better Safe Than Sorry, and the one we all know I. C. E (In Case of Emergency). These products/items can be found in the beginning entrance of the stores either under the Customer Service Countertops, or in a short isle across from the Customer Service Countertops.

The service of the guy who helped me to choose the right spark plugs for my car was amazing i will say that he went above and beyond his core job responsibilities to help me and i really appreciate tons because i don’t nothing about cars other than juts drive
this place has a very low kind of management they have 5 employees working at any given time , however only one or two are really working with customers the rest in back room doing lord knows what, and when you trie to get help on live chat ,, you better ask your question in less than 10 m seconds otherwise you will be disconected,,,, i rather use chieffs o really or find some other provider
Great service bought some wind shield wipers and they put them on for me.. Not that I couldn't do it he offered and figured he could do it quicker since it was raining
