I purchased shock absorbers for my truck.
Gave the vin# to be certain that I got the right parts.
They were wrong. I didn't get around to installing them for over a month. Went to return them for correct parts and was informed that I cannot return parts after 30 days. Even though they gave me wrong parts, even though they had them in stock and didn't have to order them.
I try to do business locally but I cannot afford to eat over $300 in wrong parts.
I guess I'll have to go elsewhere.
They went above and beyond to find us a part we needed. We were in a pickle and they were dedicated to helping us find a solution by any means possible. So grateful!
This place was crude and simple didn't have the tire chains I needed and the employee didn't wear a mask which tells me he doesn't really care about helping others
They always have a great variety of parts. I'm always there looking for parts and I usually take them home. They are able to order parts if not in stock and it's just a matter of overnight or a day and you can pick it up.
The few times that I have been there , every visit has been ok. I just don't like it when the young kid and his girlfriend are working I'm not sure if its because i'm a girl or if its because of his girlfriend but there has been a few different times I have gone in there while they are there and he is not knowing what to do or how to be anything but rude her as well... Other then that I have no complaints about the place .... Everyone els that works there is always helpful and can answer all my questions ... and also it could be better if they were open a little later on weekends... lol.... ?
Payed for parts up front. The same guy that sold me the parts.don't remember me.so they want me to pay again. They would not even look it up.take my business elsewhere.
