The lady in who runs the office seems genuinely concerned for you to get your vehicle but it's just an act unfortunately, because after having to pay over $900.00 and her getting my boyfriend's debit card locked from swiping it over and over and over again, we came to realize that they are just jerks. My truck got towed Saturday night we were there Sunday afternoon and she gave us the quote of how much to release the vehicle $845.00 and then said I know DMV isn't open so I will waive the storage fee if you get your vehicle by Monday afternoon. Which we thought was a fair deal. NOPE! Not only did she charged the storage fee she then told my boyfriend that she didn't add the other 2 days of storage fees and that it had to be paid... So then why the hell did you specifically write on a sticky note the amount you wanted but still decided to knowingly swindle us out of money that you know should never have been charged! I hope noone I know gets towed by this company. There was no reason my fee should have been my whole savings when it was a simple impound and we got it out in 27 hours! Y'all are crooks!
They’re just doing their job great customer service .. my car got towed here for unlicensed driver , 536$ to come home with in 24hrs then it goes up by the day ..
This place was very costly to get my daughter's car out!! On the day it was taken from her it was late when and when she went to get it was by the end of the day before closing time we went to get it out, she tried earlier but for some reason their debit machine wasn't letting her pay to release car, so that took time, she had to go back home, which was in another city, then went back and same problem, so then it was getting late, so she googled to find out where their was her bank closes to the towing yard drove all the way to the bank which was the long distance, and got the funds went back got the car out if was just on time before the yard closed, and another fee would be added to $700.00 charge.. out rages very high price to release the car????
