Exceptional service from start to finish! U.S. Towing came to my rescue when my car battery died unexpectedly. The technician arrived promptly, jump-started my car efficiently, and even provided helpful tips to prevent future issues. A lifesaver indeed!
Bad customer service NOT reliable. I put in a claim at 10am with my insurance within 15 mins this company was assigned. We received a message saying they were going to be at my location at 11:45 never showed up. I kept calling and my car insurance kept calling no answer. Finally we get a text at 12:45 saying they’re going to be there at 1:30. We ended canceling them! WONT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!
My passenger right front tire blew out , I was on the 99 south, when I pulled over there wasn't enough room, there was a brick wall and the park wasn't big enough, I was close to the highway. Yaseen was the tow truck driver, it didn't take him long to get there, I am as scared with all the traffic going by so fast and it was loud. Yaseen was professional, kind and very experienced. He got my car up to pull to safety to change my tire. I was afraid for him being so close to the street with on coming traffic. He was quick and thorough on what he was doing in no time. We were at 7-Eleven in an area where he could change the tire. Yaseen was friendly and very kind, He did an awesome job, he even gave me pointers on driving on a spare, and how fast to go and be safe. I would recommend this company to everyone, and hopefully you get Yaseen if you are in a panic situation like I was. Thank you Yaseen. God bless you
