Excellent customer service. I went into the AutoZone across the parking lot from O’Reilly and waited and waited for someone to help me. Finally left and went to O’Reillys, got prompt service. I had to buy new windshield wipers and the guy who helped me, who was super friendly and service oriented, offered to install the wipers for me.

Customer service was amazing. David helped me install a battery (which he didn’t have to) and even helped me pick out new wiper blades. Some of these reviews are kinda crazy.. what man doesn’t know how to install his own battery. Well anyways! 5 stars all around will be coming back if I need anything else

Isaac told me it was up to him or not if he wanted to exchange my battery. He did not want to take out the battery even though he ran the test and said it was bad. I’m a girl a with a bad back I can’t lift that. Terrible customer service.

Quick service at opening! I bought new headlight bulbs and sadly the employee said he couldn’t assist w/installment because Volvo bulbs were too hard to do. I ended up figuring it out in 5 min. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Website says they offer battery installation. I call to confirm. Drive over and go to pay and ask them if they need to inspect anything before install. Employee says they won’t do install. I cancel the purchase of the battery and leave. Employee runs out to tell me he can do it for some cash on the side….. scummy place. Won’t be returning

Two guys that work there, rude as can be. My mom had an issue with an item she bought and whoever rang up her order didn't put in her number so no trace of a transaction. Anyway, they all but called her an outright liar. No time for people like that, can ruin the reputation of a store. Will travel further for better service!!

Generally a good location but one of the older employees is a bit rough around the edges. The other employee noticed his behavior and assisted instead. I come here often and they have a good selection of parts and supplies.

10/10 would recommend if you like being treated differently as a customer over some petty. Do better

I’ve been coming to this O’Reilly’s for the last 15 years and they have always treated me the best they have the parts and if they don’t they get them by the next day.

Update in early 2022: full store hours are back!This is one of the O'Reilly's that I think gives just a bit more. I've met some quite experienced members of the trade working behind the counter on occasion, and the store culture is one of helpfulness tempered with respect for the customer and an almost universally high knowledge level among the staff (my perspective is that of a former professional wrench). The display stock seems well curated, with an edge toward what the semi-pro or serious enthusiast might choose. If I'm not buying through old-school professional channels I think O'Reilly's delivers a lot of value in general (they seem to be about fixing things, as opposed to the mindless sales bent of at least one other major chain) - and this store has consistently solved problems for me.

Great location. Super friendly crew. Doug helped scan my car for a check engine light that popped up. Plenty of parking.

Went to their other store and couldn't get served, went here and they were fully staffed and the store is large and stocked. Got taken care of immediately by a great guy, friendly and efficient!

I have been helped two different days by Douglas, he was courteous, polite and knowledgeable , I can’t say enough good things about him. He needs a raise!

Great place. Very helpful staff. Has everything they are supposed to have. Even had a few tools, I didn't know they carried-- that I bought.

I had to go once to change my car battery. They did help to charge my battery for free even suggested if it works i shouldn't get a new one. Helped to change my battery for free. so they are helpful and nice.

Annette was professional and cordial. The parts arrived as promised, and I returned to pick them up. Better than online where you may get the wrong part.

They have some parts. Are happy to order it but like all parts stores the person behind the counter may or may not know car parts. I go here and other locations frequently.

Amazing people works there, but they don't look too enthusiastic to do that kind of job, I was there trying to buy a battery for my pick up and takes me forever, but when they finally got ready to help me, they suddenly changed their actitude, I will come back in the future, is my closest auto-parts store lol. J/k I will do it because I completely understand that people has good/bad days at work, I hope next time will be better and faster...

I came in to replace my headlight bulb, Chris looked up the part and helped me install the bulbs, it is a very nice store, great customer service!

Needed help selecting a radiator and heater core. The store manager was quick and efficient and had my items in that afternoon. All the staff were very helpful.
