I recommend R&R towing; their service was timely and professional with strong communication, including prompt and timely text updates and responses, which was reassuring. They are also very familiar with Tesla cars, and were able to perform the tow without me waiting at the car. Highly recommend

When everyone else was quoting me upwards of $500 for a tow, R&R’s quote was half of all the others. Quick response and resolution, got me and my car home safely and quickly. Shoutout to Harry for the amazing service, conversation, and music!

Horrific service and horrible workers! I called for a tow truck to pick up my car at my house. The driver is sitting in front of my house. I ran down like hey I called the car is in the parking lot. I walked back to the parking lot thinking he would follow and he took off. I called the number provided and the guy who answered was just as rude and incompetent as the worker . He lied and said they tried calling me and he ended up hanging up in my face. DO NOT USE this tow company. If I could go lower tha a 1 star I would. I also will be contacting a supervisor and the BBB on this company.

Harry arrived 20 minutes before the ETA to tow my Mustang GT. My Mustang was lowered and Harry made sure my car doesn’t get damaged. R&R Towing got my car towed without any problems and super fast. I would recommend them to anyone with any type of vehicle.

Had a wonderful experience with having my car towed by BK. He skillfully was able to tow a very heavy car out of a tight driveway/hilly road situation. He was very detail oriented about his preparation and I trusted his judgement. I knew he was different because he asked for photos of the car and approach before deciding which truck to bring. Would highly recommend! Hopefully I never need another tow again, but I would especially request him moving forward.

I’ve had to use R&R towing a few times now for towing my race car to various shops for unexpected issues and I can’t speak more highly of the experience I’ve had with Aman, Harry and the rest of the team. They’ve always been extremely careful to not damage the car given how low it is, really communicative during the pickup process, and overall just immensely helpful and nice people. While I hope I don’t have to get towed more, it’s great having them here to support me if anything comes up. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Not a fun way to start a Monday when your car won’t start. The first towing company didn’t work out, so R&R towing came to my rescue. BK was amazing! He communicated immediately when he got the call to tow my car. After dropping off my car at the service center he provided pictures of the whole process. I would absolutely recommend this company!

I have Geico insurance and they connected me with R&R roadside assistance to change my flat tire. I got a text with an eta from R&R within a few minutes and a follow up call from BK to confirm my location. He arrived quickly and was super kind. He had my spare on in 10 minutes and made sure I felt safe to drive before leaving. This company is the best I’ve worked with, their customer service is unmatched!

After a few reminders I went in for servicing. Oil change etc. I asked Raj to tell me if I needed anything done preventatively, now and in the future as my husband passed and I don’t have anyone else for feedback on my car. He said yes he would do that . That’s the kind of service I like, someone who’s looking out for my car and for me. No unnecessary work, but an assessment of what needs to be done. Reasonable pricing too.

Have had multiple services and repairs on two different cars. Always get excellent work done and can trust them to not do unnecessary work or over charge me. Quick to finish the job and sometimes the cost may be lower than the estimate. Honest , polite , explain things clearly, get you in and out same day or next day. Have already got my son and roommate referred to them , won't overcharge you , recommend R&R to everyone.

Good people at this company, I highly recommend! I explained to boss man at 11pm that my elderly parents were stranded on the side of the road with three blown tires.Boss man explained cost details and told me Josh would call me. Josh called and was very polite told me he was on his way. He arrived and had me look underneath car to see some minor damage that had also occurred from the incident. He noted also at the time that there didn't appear to be any leaks. We were appreciative of that extra care he gave us. Thank you both for the kindness of helping and being good people, especially so late at night and on a Saturday!

I had a problem with my emissions system on a 2016 Colorado. I stopped by R&R and talked to RJ. He hooked up computer to my truck and quickly diagnosed problem. Ordered the part same day and fixed it on a Saturday morning (when it was convenient for me). Fix was completed quickly and final invoice was $50 under estimate. R&R recently towed my rental SUV which had experienced a tire puncture. They/Harry were responsive, professional, communicative and tremendously helpful when we discovered my son had left his wallet in a rear seat cup holder. They promptly found it and coordinated a return. So, great integrity too!

I pulled up unannounced no appointment after going to two different places first and was greeted by RJ he was the only one out of all three shops that actually came out and talk to me and asked me what was happening. He made it easy and convenient for me to drop my car off the next morning and called me at work and told me what was going on and fixed it. Excellent service excellent work, highly recommend

BK was great from start to finish. He missed my call but promptly called back. Even responded to my texts as well. Was timely and arrived at expected time. I had special requests and BK was very reasonable and accomodating. Their trucks are very clean and professional as well. They took extra care to not damage your car and restrained it safely. If you ever get a dispatch from these guys, expect excellent service.

My U-Haul truck had a blow out on the freeway and R&R Towing were not only swift in reaching out, but also had us back on the road within 10 mins of arrival. BK was the one to help us out and highly recommend their service.

R&R Towing was awesome on a Friday night, showing up an hour earlier than other tow services were estimating. BK was extremely communicative through calls and texts letting me know how soon he was arriving, so pleasant and expert in getting my car onto the flatbed. BK from R&R took great care of our Model X when it needed to be towed to the Berkeley Tesla Service Center. He carefully loaded the car onto the flatbed truck in front of me and unloaded at the service center without damaging the wrap or the car. Would use again (but hopefully won't have to).
