Usually O'Reilly's is pretty competent, this location not so much. Both employees were no help in getting a marine battery and neither had a clue what a cranking/starting battery was and kept recommending a deep cycle, which I repeatedly said was not correct. Went across the street to AutoZone and I was out the door in 5 minutes with my new starter battery, go there for more knowledgeable employees.

Great service normally no wait time

I usually have nothing but good experiences with orielly auto parts until I went to have a set of rotors turned. They told me two hours. Two hours later I come to the store to check on them and they hadn't even looked at them yet. So I leave and then get a call saying they don't have the right adapters. So after wasting over two hours of my day they can't even get the job done. I'm a customer paying for a service if your employees are too lazy to do something as simple as machine a rotor then don't offer the service. Now after wasting over 2 hours of my day I have to explain to my customer why they can't get their car back today when I had already told them they would. Looks like auto zone will be receiving my hard earned money from now on.

Always get great service at this location. Christopher was very helpful and attentive.

Almost always have the exact part I need and if not only a one day order away. All the staff are very helpful in store and knowledgeable with tips and tricks about how to make the repairs your doing easier and faster.

I've got to give major props to Valley Springs O'Reilly Auto parts..J.P... I'm camping at New Hogan Lake and my Battery dies.. I purchased it a year ago in Stockton.. I had no way to get there.. He, in his personal vehicle brought me out a replacement battery. Rare to find that kind of customer care... Thank you J.P.

Friendly and helpful staff. I just bought some auto accessory and a new battery for my 2005 Honda Odyssey van and Nic carefully installed the battery for me outside (in the cold ) , while I waited inside the store where it was warmer . I appreciated that .

went to the zone place across the street, looking for oil for a 2 stroke boat engine. They tried to sell me gear oil 90w. people here knew exactly what I wanted and took me right to the right product.

Was ok didn't have either thing I was looking for a socket the bulb goes in the taillight housing for a trailer light, and the other a transmission dipstick for my 1998 jeep Cherokee xj wasn't in stock an would've cost me 3-4x what I found on line of course .

Very helpful. And when the cashier forgot about what I was in there for another of his coworkers reminded him. Great teamwork! Very helpful.

This location in Valley Springs is amazing. The staff and everyone there are friendly and super helpful. I highly recommend them if you're in need of their supplies or services. I had to get a jumpstart on my car after my shift at work, and not knowing what was going on with my car after already dropping $1000 into it the previous week. I brought it there to get my battery tested, they not only did that, they cleaned the terminals of my battery as it had corrosion on one, tested the battery, the alternator, and the electric system in general. They did all this for no charge and everything ended up being ok, my issue was the corrosion on the terminal. They were the most helpful, I really wish I had carried cash on me and may do so after this so I can at least tip people like this when they totally deserve it as they did all this for free since I didn't need any parts.

Employees are great. Store is clean and always well stocked. Much better than the Jackson store.

Almost always get the wrong part in the first attempt. The kids in there don't know much about vehicles. You can do just as good of a job searching their website yourself.

Very Helpful and Knowledgeable Staff, they even helped with a removal and replacement of the battery I had purchased. They also took the extra step to find a reservoir cap for my power steering!

People here are great, helpful and friendly. Had to take a star because of limited inventory. Seems like they don't have it, but they'll get it.

Being older with physical limitations I so appreciated the young man putting my new windshield wipers on for me and installing my new car battery when I got it. The store is always so clean and the people so nice to me.

I needed a battery for my tractor. I called O'Reilly's local store to order one.I was told that they needed to call their corporate office to get me an estimated time of delivery. They took my name and number and now 5 days later I have heard absolutely nothing from them. This is a newer store in a very small community. They will learn soon that if they burn the locals they are not going to be very successful.

Better parts, better prices, guaranteed, lol. No, seriously, I do prefer their parts, staff are always friendly and helpful. As a former assistant store manager, I just like to remind people that parts store staff are not mechanics generally, and can only offer ideas, they cant troubleshoot or diagnose your problems.

Our family gets parts for our families vehicles there all the time the staff is always willing to help find what your looking for

Great service. Alisha was knowledgeable and friendly. Fast service with a smile. It was refreshing to see an Auto parts store that hasn't given up. Didn't try to upsell me, just sold me what I wanted.

best auto place in valley springs. the guys and gals that work there are so helpful they go out of there way to help us with finding the right car parts ect. good prices too.

The newness has warn off. Not very attentive or friendly. Kind of how Napa was and look where they ended up. Next time I need something I am going accross the street.

Terrible customer service. After telling the sales associate I had received inadequate help and that I wouldn't be back he told me "your three dollars won't make or break the store we are the only auto parts store in town so..." I wished him good luck and left.
