They had my car battery for 3 days to recharge it and when they came back for it no one gave me an answer as to what had happened, they just didn't know if it worked because they hadn't charged it. Many workers without offering good service.
Don't fall for the reward points on their bs windshield wiper promotions. Spent over $177.23 on wipers this past winter 12/28/22 and just went to use the rewards and was told I had none.
The 3 stars are because most employees have been helpful in the past.
My car had to be jumped every time it started so I went to Auto Zone. Bryan came out tested my battery, it was dead. He pulled it out for me and replaced it all for free, telling me it was covered under warranty. He also went ahead and tested my starter and alternator to make sure they were good as well. He went above and beyond what I expected to help me out.
I'm in AutoZoner we work hard to find you the bright price we may mistakes sometimes but we're only human we love to save you money on prices if you got a lower price for somebody else bring us some proof and we'll match it
Even with the computer, sold us the wrong battery. Had to show them which one it was. I use to work here and not impressed. It was a manager that helped us.
This store has great customer service! The store manager and her team are great and helpful. If they can’t get a product they will do there best to get it in a timely manner!

This AutoZone is by far the best .thanks to Amanda always knows what we need and delivering the parts when she doesn't have to she's outstanding worker and she's motivated to make sales an always checking up to see if we need anything.
Every time I need to stop in for parts this store has great customer service. I am especially grateful for David Lovett who has gone the "extra mile" for me more than once by helping with a battery installation and getting the coolant level right. They definitely care for their customers.
Came in cause I locked my keys in my car. They all took the time out of their work shift to help me find the cheapest and quickest way to get back into my car and back onto the road.
Was greated right as I walked in😁 very nice and friendly personnel. They were very helpful in telling me the difference between 2 products that were some what similar. Which helped me decide which one was best. I felt very welcomed and wasn't hovered over or rushed while I was deciding on what to get.
Was taken very good care of. Another location told me they didn't have the tool I was looking for and I would have to go to this location they found out that the location originally did have it and called and made sure that it was there very pleasant to deal with.
