I visited recently & had a great experience, the employee that helped me was very friendly & helped me find exactly what I needed. I will definitely be returning for all my auto part needs
I had a rough experience at this store over a year ago, but I’m happy to say they’ve completely turned things around! The store feels refreshed, and the team is friendly and helpful. My son is refurbishing his vehicle, so we’ve been visiting often for parts and advice, and the customer service especially from the new manager, Jhonatan has been outstanding. It’s great knowing my son has a reliable, honest place to go for help. Huge improvement!
Went in to return a item but couldn't find my receipt. Rather than help me the manager was extremely resistant, and told me to call the store it was purchased at, or they wouldn't help me. When I called the Redding location they were instantly able to find my information via my phone number. After going back in they gave me a list of excuses why they weren't able to help me and asked for the invoice number 3 times before returning my item. Never acknowledging they don't know how to use their system and instead blaming me.
The time before this I went in and stood in a empty store at the counter for 5 minutes before leaving unhelped.
The time before that I called for parts, the manager was extremely rude, and wouldn't order parts from a sku #. I called the Oroville location and they instantly helped me.
I do not understand how this location stays open with untrained, unpleasant, and unreasonable employees. Now it makes sense why there's never more than one other person in the store.
Allen was awesome! We needed to go back for different reasons and he was there and went the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. We will share this with our friends and neighbors. Thanks again Allen!
Every time I shop at this O'Reillys I receive Awesome Customer Service. Today ✨️ was the best with Associate at front counter Saeed. He far exceeded my expectations & made sure all my parts & Battery install were precise.

Worst auto parts store I’ve been to yet. The staff literally was not helpful. Both employees were very lazy. The lady pointed me to the headlamps and the guy said we’re probably out. Neither one would leave the counter when I was the only customer in the store
One of the best places in town to find your automotive needs. Prices are reasonable staff are helpful and knowledgeable i never go anywhere else even for the smallest auto need this is my first stop and my last. If they dont have it chances are no one does if you can wait place a order and give it a day or two.
I think I have an issue with my alternator I called O’Reilly’s in gridley and they said to come in and they could test it. When I got here the employee said he couldn’t find the tester I’m not sure who’s fault that is exactly but regardless it’s unacceptable. There was another employee there as well she didn’t bother to even try to help look for it. Lazy and unprofessional in my opinion. I will never come here again.
It's a pretty good store for everything you need automotive they can order parts for you and usually have it the next day the only thing I didn't like is they had hubcaps for 17 inch and I wanted them to order them for me the same ones in 15 in and they couldn't I went over to AutoZone and they were able to do that
This is the O'Reilly's in gridley California awesome store my situation was is that I changed my own oil and literally had three oil changes in the back of my suburban trying to recycle the oil for over 6 months and could not find nowhere would take my recycle oil but this O'Reilly said yes we will take it and recycle it for you but you have to dispose of your containers which I didn't kind of understand but it's still going in our landfilled but otherwise love the store great attitude thank you.👽
They said they could price match a battery with Walmart. Walmart had a 3 year warranty and Oreileys had a 6 month warranty. They then came back with a counter offer of 25 dollars over the price. Because they offer less of a warranty... makes no sense!
The girl that helped me was pleasant to talk to very helpful and allowed me to look at the computer and see the pictures of items which was helpful in making sure I got the right item
I was having trouble with my car and didn't know if it was the battery or the alternator. I took the battery in to be tested but was told they would need to charge it first and then test it to make sure it can hold a charge. I left it with them over night and went back the next day to discover that they lost my battery. They told me that the best they could do is give me a discount on a new battery. I was very upset but at the time I felt like my only options were to either go somewhere else and get a new battery at full price or get a new battery at a discounted price even though THEY were the ones that lost my battery. Turns out, my original battery was good and it was the alternator that needed replacing. I went somewhere else for the alternator and will never go back to O'Reilly's again. Watch out, they might lose your stuff and make you buy it new.
Every time I go in Darin always seems to go that extra little mile with his customer service! Definitely my favorite O'Reilly's to go to havent had any problems with them at all

The customer service here is great and the staff is professional. They're very knowledgeable and were helpful in answering all of my car questions. They took the time to listen and make sure I had the answers and correct parts I needed. They even offered to call a competitor to try and find a specific part that they didn't have in stock at the time. Great store, helpful staff, and a variety of selections.
I really like O'Reilly's Auto Parts I always have a lot of accessories. Cheapest place to get oil in town good price for parts. A very courteous staff that are always willing to help. They have a lot of meat Aftermarket accessories for my pick up as well.
Always get what I need there. I shop there often for parts for my many cars and the staff all know me well. Wouldn't go any other place. Great employees.
Since this O'Reilly store is located in the heart of a farming community, they are used to getting odd requests for parts. I have always found that, even when ordering unusual parts, parts that need to be ordered from other stores or warehouses typically arrive the next day. I have had some entertaining experiences trying to order a replacement part and being told that the part sitting on the counter doesn't exist, but management gives employees the necessary training to ensure the correct part is provided. I have never had a part purchased at O'Reilly not fit my vehicle.
