My battery left me stranded — even though I had just replaced it — so a friend suggested I stop by O’Reilly Auto Parts in Jackson. Since it was on my way home, I figured it was worth checking out rather than having another stressful morning.
I’m really glad I did. Tony was friendly, helpful, and even came outside to assist with installing the part. What should’ve been a quick fix turned into something a bit more involved, but he stayed with it until everything was working smoothly. Now my car starts reliably again.

I have always used O’Reilly auto parts in different state. This one was exceptional as the man working with me was very professional and they did not have the part I needed. He went on their system and there were none in their local chain but he told me he could have one there by 12:30. I had to be at my destination by 12:00 so was one my way with a smile for his excellent service.
A real auto parts store. Awesome service, extremely friendly - this reminds me of being in a parts store 25 years ago, when they were riddled with professionals. people really know their stuff and Cam the gentleman who helped me out was so very polite and helpful. This will be my go to store from now on.
I was helped by Jim the other evening. He was a major helped I’d been struggling on the same thing for 5 days and within 5 minutes he helped me identify the problem I was running into and gave me a list of possible solutions.
Our O'Reilly's is a good store that has knowledgeable staff and comparable merchandise. I gotta admit that I usually shop at the other guys AZ. That said I have on the spot dropped in here and spent a dime or two. Always had a good experience hands down. One issue for me is the way it's situated I have to turn and go down the road to pull in and call me weird but it just goes against the flow a little. I'm not usually going through that area though I go by quite often. For me it's just off the beaten path.
This place is the best. Basically saved my life. I am so very grateful. They went above and beyond to make sure I got back on the road safely. I can't thank you enough. If there were 10 stars, you would get that from me! Hugs for everyone!
Most helpful group of people I have ever encountered at an auto parts store. Real glad they are my go to local place.
Prices are reasonable and parts are plentiful.

The customer service is superb! My car broke down across the street at the gas station because my battery had horrible corrosion. They came across the street and removed the corrosion. They even stayed after closing time to allow me to buy a new battery and they replaced it for me. I greatly appreciate their efforts. I wasn’t polite enough to get their names but they know who they are! =)
First I went in there and the clerk did not know anything what he was doing then a man that knew something I guess assistant manager or something he helped me with everything I needed told me who to talk to next time I came in I did and got exactly what I wanted in fact they helped me with the oil and everything else I needed some of the staff are not too bright but check out what they're doing and you might find the right part
Jim, the store manager, provides excellent customer service. He sets the bar high and his employees are also always a pleasure. By far, Jim is who has made me a loyal customer for life. He is quite rare and I would have him as an area director. He is too good to only be a manager.
Stacie and Jim had the best customer service some of the best that I've ever had they helped us out with their windshield wiper blade and then both came out to replace them for a super awesome highly recommend this place super quick work together as a team got us a really good deal again I highly recommend
Had to run in here a couple of times in the last 2 days. The helpful service here is why I go back. My job is done easier and correctly because they were able to assist me easily and for all the items I needed. Even got a oil removal demonstration. 👍🏼
So everytime I walk in here they hit me with crazy prices. That's when I pull my phone out and start price check right there in line. 95% of the time I find a better rate and they honor it, the other 5% I go across the street to auto zone
So today I forgot my mask. I live up the hill in Pioneer, and had just pulled up to the store when I realized my masks weren't in the car. So, I decided to call and asked if they would be alright if I could come in if they had disposable ones. The associate (manager?) Said he'd take care of it and did the transaction while I waited. This probably sounds dumb to people, but I really appreciated the effort put forth in helping me out. Next time though, I will have my masks in the car.

Awesome customer service! Jim helped me with my alternator and then went out to help my elderly neighbor that drove me there with his fuse problem! Very nice! Thank you! They beat AutoZone's price by almost $50! I'm going to go here from now on!

Good parts for the most part, great rental tool service but the friendliness of the staff and willingness to help resolve any issues surprised me. Everytime i go here for whatever I needed, I've always got A+ service. Thanks guys and keep it up!
Friendly, helpful people. I was one of four people in line who needed new windshield wipers during this rainy season and they were courteous, changed out the old blades and did it with a smile.
I recently opted to replace a bulb in one of my cars that was unlisted in the book. To make matters worse, the bulb that had been in my car did not match the specs on any other bulb in the store. The helpful staff selected an alternative bulb that ended up working quite nicely offering their assurance that they would take it back if it didn't. For the first time in 6 years, all the lights in my car are operable.
HORRIBLE customer service! One of the guys there was straight saying racist remarks about me and not under his breath! Even implied that I couldn't read because I accidentally picked up the wrong brand of product for a rebate.
Giving ONE star is definitely being generous!
