They were amazing. I came in to get my car checked out and they diagnosed the issue immediately, and only did the work I asked for. They found two other issues and asked me if I wanted to fix them, and gave me an explanation of what the issues were. They were super kind and receptive the entire time. I will 100% be returning with my business. I recommend paying with cash.
After not being able to inflate a tire at 2 gas stations because it won't latch on (other tires worked fine), I brought a rental here to get a tire checked out. I thought there was an issue with the pressure guage latch. The gentleman there was able to quickly inspect and confirmed no leakage and inflated the tire for me in seconds. Will consider taking my car here in the future if anything needs to be fixed.
This place is reputable. I've been to many places but this is the best. Reasonable price, enthusiastic, a good experience...and the guys there good talk. His name is Tam, he is professional.
On our way from Fremont to San Francisco, our car suddenly broke down. Since it was Sunday, we contacted several repair shops, but none had available technicians to fix it. Finally, we found ZBT on the map. We called them just to give it a try—to our surprise, they not only took the job right away but also provided fast and friendly service. They were a lifesaver!
Had an awesome service at ZBT auto shop for two of my car. BMW and VW they are both taken care well. Did oil change and coolant very quick. Very knowledgeable mechanic.
Took my car to ZBT for car repair after approving the diagnostic they fixed my car that same day they replaced the spark plugs. Before ZBT I had taken it Driven Auto Care for the same problem they sold me two diffrent repairs and the problem continued so I decided to take it elsewhere Im so glad I did because my car is running now with no issues plus your prices are much better. Oh and thank you for advicing me about the fuel pump. Now I do my 2hr commute both ways every day with no issues.

Definitely recommend ZBT over guessing diagnostics and high prices Driven Auto Care. Posted a 1 Star review and can't seem to see it anymore I wonder what happend I tried diffrent devices because I wanted to reply to there's but it cant see, just thought I shared with your clients so they can be careful when deciding where to take their cars for repairs.
Good price and high quality service! I replaced a MAF sensor there, they charge 62$ where another place asks for 152$, and explained well that I need to run 50 miles before the engine light goes off, luckily my engine light goes off immediately I leave the store!!

I was told my car oil change would be the same price as my brother's, wasn't satisfied of the price, but they did my service in a quick and organized manner and time is more important than money at times.

Great service, I got my transmission fluid changed in an hour and was even informed on some worn suspension parts I had on a new used car. Dealership replaced parts for free but I wouldn’t ever of known if it wasn’t for Z. Super impressed with the service and their attention to detail, not to mention they’re very reasonable/affordable compared to other mechanics in the Bay Area. I would highly recommend you go here, I travelled an hour out and found it 100% worth it.
It was my first visit to ZBT and they replaced both wheel cylinders at a great price with quick turnaround time. I liked how quick he is to respond with price quotes and inquiries. I trust Thach and his team to work on my cars in the future. Highly recommend and will plan on going back since they have a list of repair services available. Z was really nice and gave a quick oil change. Honored the Groupon price without a groupon. He was honest about how my car fluids were leaking everywhere, didn’t try to get more money from me but suggested I get a new car since it was so old and had a ton of issues. He filled the air in one of my tires upon request.
