Hands Down the best service I have ever had! We came in today and were assisted by Fabian. He was super welcoming and treated us like family! I usually hate going to the dealership and was talking about it on the way in. But Fabian really turned that around for us! He was great! We will make sure to ask for him the next time as well! Fabian in the service department is the man!

Overall, my experience buying my car was great. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the process smooth from start to finish. The customer service really stood out and I appreciated how quickly everything was handled. That being said, being forced to pay for add-ons and extra protection packages that I didn’t necessarily want wasn’t a good look. It would’ve made the experience even better if those options were clearly presented as optional instead of feeling mandatory. Great service overall — just wish there was more transparency and flexibility with the extras.

Alex was awesome! Very patient and thorough. Steven was wonderful. Buying a car can be stressful but they both made it very easy. Alliance the staff were very friendly.

I got there at 8:30 and I was seen within 5 minutes. Everyone was fast prompt and friendly. Jason was very nice and efficient. My experience was great at Autonation Honda of Fremont. The dealership had an overall good selection of vehicles compared to other dealerships I had gone in the past. I liked the cleanliness and the employees were exceptionally very helpful. I would like to give good feedback to my salesperson Victor for helping me through the whole process and being calm and professional even when we hit a rough patch with the bank not accepting the loan at first. Also, I would like to thank him for helping get the best deal possible and for doing everything in his power to help me out with my financial situation. All in all I would give him a 10/10 for the whole process of me getting the vehicle. I’m in love with my new vehicle, thank you for everyone that helped me out in the process.

Just picked up my Honda CR-V and had a genuinely great experience at the dealership. Huge shout-out to Sami Asmatullah From the start they reserved the exact car for us, patiently walked us through paperwork, financing, features, and also did a proper test drive and delivery walkthrough. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured. We were treated with a lot of respect and real hospitality, which made the whole buying process surprisingly smooth. The Honda CR-V Hybrid itself ticked all our boxes. The hybrid efficiency, strong resale value, reasonable maintenance expectations, and the interior space made it an easy decision for us. I had previously visited Envision Honda and Capitol Honda, and unfortunately those experiences were very disappointing in comparison. This one was the complete opposite. Because of how professionally and thoughtfully everything was handled, I would absolutely recommend working with Sami to my friends, family, and colleagues. Buying a car can be stressful. Right from the first text with my sales person to the final paper work the process went smoothly with no pressure to rush our decisions. And sales person produced the exact model and style we were looking for. Maybe a little longer than expected waiting at the dealer during finalizing, but considering we had a trade-in to get inspected, it's understandable. Were satisfied with price quoted out the door. All staff very friendly as well.

I had a really great experience with victor the salesman. He even waited for us after his shift, he was very friendly and helpful. The process felt very different and simple and really easy which is crazy to think about because I’ve never had an experience that positive. He worked with us and tried to get us the best deal. What I really liked was that when we got there his first response to us was “ let’s look at the car and see if you even like it “ I will be coming back in the future.

They have been doing an excellent job servicing my car. Service advisor Francisco has been amazing. I have also had excellent experience with sales in the past. I bought two accords from them in the past and both were very good deals. I have tried many Honda dealers in the Bay-area no one comes close.

I had a great experience servicing my Honda Fit here. Francisco was my advisor and was incredibly helpful. He walked me through the various service options and explained what each one was, helping me figure out what I actually needed rather than pushing the most expensive repairs. I also really appreciated the video overview of the multi-point inspection. I know it's a standard part of the service, but the technician Peter Huang made his video very easy to follow and understand. The checklist itself was also a helpful breakdown.

I recently had my tires replaced here and overall had a good experience. The service representative, Francisco, was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. I appreciated the complimentary multi-point inspection, especially the videos explaining items that may need future attention. My only concern was the wait time. I was initially told it would take 1–2 hours, but it ended up taking over 3 hours. Clearer expectations around timing would have made the experience even better.

I recently bought my Honda Civic Sport Touring Hybrid from AutoNation Fremont Honda and had a smooth experience end-to-end. I appreciate Don, Chi, and Daniel for making everything seamless and comfortable. Being a first time car owner, they were super patient, really listened to what I wanted, and took the time to walk me through a full inspection of the car - engine, trunk, interior, infotainment, key fob controls and more. They also explained all the autonomy features in great detail, especially things like adaptive cruise control and the different driving assistance. Some of the tech is really impressive, and they made sure I actually understood how to use it. With my fam and Don, we took a nice long test drive and assessed the parking sensors, which really helped me feel confident about my decision. When it came to care packages and add-ons, the conversations with Daniel were informative and felt very collaborative, not pushy at all. I am a first time car buyer. A lot of the things were new for me. Yes, it took a long time to navigate the different steps but that was because I did not have insurance before. After the long and thorough series of steps, I drove off the Touring feeling informed, confident, and excited about my new car. Would definitely recommend the team here if you are planning to buy a sturdy, reliable, eco-conscious Honda. Don, Chi and Daniel are a solid team!

I’ve brought most of my inner circle To this dealership for their cars as well. Solely because of the staff. There’s many options in the area. However, the staff here has always taken care of us when we come by. Knowledgeable, realistic, informative, and the won’t give up until you find the best deal and one that fits your needs/budget. Sami is our guy that has helped me get my last 3 cars my husbands car my mom and her sisters car. Ms Sofi crunches numbers and provides breakdowns. She is wonderful friendly and remembers you from your previous visit. Henry! Is our document processor and makes the magic happen with the bank. They’re so committed to their customers and make you feel taken care of. Thank you so much for your commitment to helping me find my new car yesterday.

I had another great experience at the Honda service department! Jason helped me this time, and he was very fast, professional, and informative. He kept me updated through text messages about when my car was being reviewed, what needed to be done, and when it would be ready. The communication was excellent and made the whole process stress-free. At this location, I always receive great service from the department, which is why I continue to come back. Got a oil change and tire patch up but the tire blew up on my way home. Went back the next day and they had the audacity to sell me another tire. Updates: left mutiple message to the general manager and service manager but never heard back. Result: do not recommend.

I want to say Charles Inman was a pleasure to work with. We started communicating thru email and was quick with his response. Sent me info I needed. I went same day to look at vehicle and ask for some extra charges to be removed and your team accepted. So I went ahead and proceeded to lease the vehicle. I appreciate the no hassle treatment.

I made an appointment the night before And scheduled an oil change at 1pm the next day. Once I drove up, then I waited about 1 minute maximum, and Jason greeted me. He was friendly, fast and answered all my questions. They even gave me a free car wash here. I was in and out about 1.5 hours, which was a nice surprised. I was able to get free coffee, water, tea & etc. I normally go to Berkeley Honda, but there is a longer wait time and no free car wash. Also they do not offer anything free compare to Fremont Honda. It’s nice to be acknowledged and served so quickly. Not sure if the appointment helped, but I plan on to become a returning customer. Thank you Honda!
