Experience wasn’t great. Only went through with purchase because I really liked the car, which had a difficult to find spec. Najib was great, friendly, patient. Was going well until another sales person Ali joined in and immediately tried to apply high pressure sales tactics, and frankly got aggressive when I wouldn’t take the lowball on my trade-in compared to other Toyota dealers, and went to walk (even talked poorly about the other Toyota dealerships). At this point their sales manager Mike stepped in, and met me in the middle on pricing to get the deal over the line. If I had dealt with only Najib/Mike I’d give 5-stars, but Ali really soured the experience with his fake friendly attitude, turned aggressive demeanour.

I had a great experience during my recent service visit at Fremont Toyota. A huge thank you to Maria, who was incredibly helpful. She took the time to listen and made sure all of my concerns were fully resolved. Highly recommend asking for her.

Hands down best dealer experience I've ever had. Service advisor CD made this experience easy and fast. My 2004 tacoma brakes gave out and I couldn't find any leaks, they found the leak fast and got me the parts I needed and was back on the road in no time and at a good price. Thank you to the Toyota Team!

We walked out that day with the just right car for us. Michael was helpful, kind, knowledgeable and personable. This review is for the service department. I've brought a white Toyota Camry in to be painted. For this white pearl color, I've read that paint peeling can be common, but Toyota extended a 10-year warranty. I brought the car in when it's only a month from being 10 year old. I was helped by service advisor Ramiro Orozco, Jay from the body shop. Everything happened as Mr. Orozco said it would. They reached out to Toyota that approved the paint job. I was lent a car while they took 2 weeks to paint the car. The body shop did a fantastic job, including not touching any items I left in the car, including an Apple XR phone I forgot about. I'm very contented with the experience. Also thanks the the lady from the car rental department. Kudos to all involved in servicing my car!

I’ve worked in the automotive industry for a long time and I’ve bought many cars….i haven’t had a red carpet experience quite like this in a long time. Pero was fantastic. Tim and Michael checked in often to ensure I was being taken care of and I rolled out with a brand new Tacoma that I’m in love with. I’ll gladly drive an hour away and right past several other Toyota dealers to bring them my future business.

I went in on Saturday to test drive the 2026 BZ EV at the Fremont Dealership and salesperson, Tan Hoang, helped with the process from beginning to end. I cannot say enough good things about Tan. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and personable. When I told him this was my first time getting an EV, he walked me through how to use the charging cables, setting up the Toyota app, and making sure I understood how to properly use the car’s interface system. I especially appreciated him telling me what to do in the event my adapter should get stuck at a Tesla charging station. He said, “Don’t panic just remember to use your fob and hit the unlock key”. I really appreciated all this helpful advice. Tan went above and beyond to get me a great deal and answered all my questions. It made me feel that he wasn’t there just to lease me a vehicle but to make sure I had all the necessary information to have an enjoyable experience with my new EV. I would definitely recommend Tan to both friends and family when it's time for them to get their next car.

I came in for a recall advisory that required a software update, and the service team went above and beyond by also completing my 5K service since it was coming up. That saved me an extra trip, which I really appreciated. Even with an appointment, the check-in and check-out process was quick and seamless. Sanad and Antonio were both extremely helpful and made the entire experience easy and pleasant. Great service overall.

Omar at Toyota Fremont was friendly and professional, and he made my purchase of a GR Supra incredibly smooth. I had been looking for the Absolute Zero color, which is quite rare to find new at a dealership. After I contacted Omar, he responded quickly and scheduled a test drive so I could secure the car before it was taken. We had a great experience working with Matt. We came in pretty unsure of what we wanted and were hesitating between a Prius and a RAV4. The largest Toyota deal ship I have ever been to in my life ! I made an online appointment with Mert and he helped me get the car I wanted ! Monty help me get a car I wanted within my budget ! Manuel the finance manager got me a better rate than my bank offered ! When I buy another Toyota , I will purchase it here! I went to Hayward , they were not helpful . I went to Oakland , they added all these extra fees. Fremont Toyota was helpful and no extra fees !
