Never went to this shop before but after I bought a 2001 Lexus gs300 off marketplace I pulled some carfax reports and looks like this shop took care of it well since 2020 lol.
Instantly felt like Family, a REAL FAMILY, a FAMILY that looks and treats you as if you were one of them! They Love what they Do and you can feel The Love they have for their customers! They Even Run a School, and as a former Educator, I know you have to have a Generous Heart in order to share your knowledge and time!
I hate spending money, I'm not Cheap, I just like to squeeze out the best deal I could possibly get, and I trust my spirit to let me know when I'm being oversold; There was none of that here, no manipulative upsall tactics, just Honesty, and Reassurance that they're Confident, and will do their Best, and won't give you more than you need! If I sound redundant, so be it, it's for Emphasis, their Service was phenomenal, and if you're still reading this review, STOP wasting your time looking around for a mechanic that isn't going to Treat you like FAMILY, Make an Appointment before your car GETS WORSE!
They PERFORMED on my 2017 Lincoln MKZ HYBRID; They REPAIRED things on my car, that other Shops Couldn't! If a shop says they can't do it, then I don't want them TRYING on MY CAR, I DON'T NEED ANY NEW PROBLEMS!
Best service ever from an auto repair shop. We were treated as if our smog problem was as important to them as it was to us. Katie was so caring and professional. We are elderly and are very appreciative of the way our car was delivered to our home.

I brought my car here, and after picking up. My water pump broke. This place intentionally broke my water pump and cost 1000.00 in repairs. This shop is no good.
It’s hard to find a place to have your car serviced that checks all the boxes. This place did just that. I was blown away with the amazing customer service from beginning to end.(shoutout Kate) The transparency and communication was beyond what I expected and the car service itself was top notch. I’m so happy and relived to finally have found a trustworthy, honest and skilled team to take care of me and my car!
They took great care of my ford escape. I initially went to check my a/c, which they did an inspection for no charge. They found other things wrong with the car so I gave permission to fix them. They keep you updated and even show you the cost and fees before they work on it. They even lowered some of the costs for the service in the end so I ended up saving hundreds of dollars. I fully recommend this place.
So glad I tried Aztek. I've been a customer for many years, and I know I can trust them to be honest about what I need and competent with the service. It puts my mind at ease when my car needs some work. I highly recommend them.

I was traveling from Tennessee to Fremont, CA when my 2014 Forester’s clutch failed. I searched the area and found Aztek nearby with great reviews. Although the shop normally operates by appointment, Katie was able to take me in. The repair was completed in just one day. Throughout the process, Katie kept me informed with calls and texts, and she even followed up afterward to make sure the car was running well and that I made it home safely. I want to thank Aztek for the excellent repair that kept me from being stranded in California, and a special thanks to Katie for her outstanding communication.
Katie, Roberto, and Roberto Jr. were great to work with. They diagnosed the issues with my Honda CRV. They were fair and honest and kept me informed of the progress as my car was being worked on. I am glad to have found a shop I can trust.

UPDATE: Several years later I needed two axels replaced on my Subaru. This shop left a great impression on me last time and again this time. I don't think I'll let anyone else in town touch my car moving forward. They got it done in one day and at a reasonable price. Their mechanics took turns diagnosing the issue because we didn't quite know what the problem was, but in the end, they hit the nail on the head. My Subaru is driving smoother than it has in the past 2 years. Thanks again Aztek!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: This was my first time using this shop and I am very happy with the service I received here. They were courteous, prompt, and the mechanic showed me problems with my own eyes instead of just telling me. I dropped my car off in and the work was done by the next day. Immediately I drove 1000 miles to Wisconsin and even played around on some rough roads out there. After driving home everything on my Subaru is still in perfect order. Thanks Aztek!
After having some frustrations at the local dealership, I brought my car to Aztec motors. I met with Roberto who patiently explained the process of receiving a quotation. He was quick, efficient, and extremely thorough. I would definitely recommend Aztec motors to anyone.

Very trustworthy shop, we’ve been going here for about 4 years. Mercedes and Roberto are always super helpful. Also one of the few shops I’ve been too that offer rewards points. Definitely recommend being any vehicle to Aztec.
Honest and straightforward repair place. Told me some services I requested weren’t needed and why and I appreciate the honesty. I had the transmission fluid replaced anyway. It took a little longer than I expected due to a missing part, but they kept me informed though-out the process. Happy with the services received.
Aztec auto has been my “go to” place for all of my vechicles. Simple oil changes to more complicated issues. They always resolve any problems my car is having! Great staff and always professional! I always feel so much safer knowing that my vechicles have been serviced by these great mechanics!

I have been coming to Aztek Auto Repair for several years and I found them to be very knowledgeable when it comes to all cars. The owner is a Master Mechanic an very well respected. I absolutely reccomend this place for all kinds of car services. They worked on my Saab 9-3 and did an amazing job fixing electrical and mechanical issues and helped me with extra problems for a really decent price. As someone with a problematic car, I would absolutely reccomend aztek for any and all kinds of car repairs. They are honest and generous and keep their word. 10/10.
After I replaced my spark plugs on my 2008 G37, I was unexpectedly surprised to find a puddle of oil in my spark plug cylinder. I usually like do do my own work but it was a bigger job than I can handle. The valve cover gaskets and the spark plugs o-rings needed to be replaced on both sides. That’s not the hard part…. It’s what you have to take off to get to it. I found Aztek auto online called and made an appointment they scheduled me for a Monday. I told them what the issue was and to my surprise they said they would have it done the same day. Honestly, I didn’t think it would be. They called me 4 hours later and said come pick it up, it’s done! Their customer service is great! And their shop is very clean. The service tech explained what he did and also told me that I need to change my oil more often. Which I’m truly guilty of. I’m glad I finally found a shop I can trust!
