I came here to retrieve personal belongings from my repossessed vehicle, which had been approved in advance.
While accessing the items, we briefly sat inside the car and closed the door in order to use the Tesla touchscreen to open the glovebox — which is the only way to access it in a Tesla.
Despite this, staff immediately assumed we were attempting to drive the vehicle away. Instead of asking or clarifying, they began yelling at us, telling us to “get out of the car” and threatening that we would be “kicked out.”
Being treated with hostility while simply retrieving personal items was disappointing and left a very negative impression. The situation was stressful and completely unnecessary, and could have been avoided with a calm question or basic communication.
I understand that this type of business requires caution. However, basic professionalism and respectful communication should still apply, especially when customers are already in a difficult and sensitive situation.
I hope management will take this feedback seriously and work on improving staff communication and overall customer treatment.
From the initial conversation on the phone just to try to schedule an appointment to get my things and get my vehicle the female on the phone had a ton of attitude and hung up and later refused to answer the calls . When we arrived the same female had a resting b face with attitude and when asked a simple question walked away and let her manager that acts just as much as a female take care of it , when asked why he needed my keys instead of telling me that he needs it to move the car out he acts like a smart ass and says the car came with keys when you purchased it right. Obviously it did . So he said ok I need them to move the car out. That’s why I asked you why you needed the keys were you going to move my car is it parked out back . But nope some people don’t have common sense to answer in the correct way . They get upset because when people match there energy they think they’re the only ones that can be disrespectful and do things they’re way. They refused to give us our vehicle back slammed the window closed and said we have to call Fremont pd if we want our car back even tho they had received the release forms already. The whole office and employees have attitude and want to act belligerent but when matched energy they don’t want to put up with it. It’s funny because one employee said that we’re the first ones to have to have a police standby to get our vehicle but when the police arrived the officer even stated he’s had multiple problems with the business , they even gave attitude to one of the police officers . So if your car ever gets towed by this business be prepared to deal with attitude and be disrespected if you give them the same energy you won’t get your vehicle right there and then .
I'm extremely disappointed with this company handling of my repossessed vehicle. Not only was the repossession process stressful, but the company's demand for $125 to release my personal belongings from the vehicle is outrageous. The employees in here are very rude and dis respectful.As a customer, I expect a reasonable and transparent process for retrieving my belongings. Instead, this company is prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction. The fee seems excessive and unfair, especially considering the emotional distress and inconvenience I've already experienced.
I urge this company to reconsider their policies and provide a more customer-centric approach. Until then, I would advise others to think twice before dealing with this company.
When I came to pick up my items from my vehicle, they towed away some of my items, and it was sketchy from the start when I arrived at their location. They don’t provide good customer service, and I highly recommend NOT coming to this place. They will treat you badly and have treated me with disrespect, like I’m some trash they tossed aside.

Please—do a thorough inspection of your vehicle before signing any release documents. This business damaged my front bumper and then forged my signature on the release form after I pointed out the damage. When I confronted them about the forgery, they became aggressive, defensive, and even cursed me out. I was forced to involve the police and am now pursuing legal action for both the damage and the fraudulent signature. This was one of the most unprofessional and upsetting experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs.
Recovered my car today, but seems that some items are missing. I haven’t been the only one to have this happen. Return my stuff and I’ll return the 3 car keys you left in my cup holder with the little white tags.
Stole property and damaged property and most likely the vehicle… these people are so rude I am amazed they are still allowed to operate… guess I’ll have to file a lawsuit against them for the stolen and damaged property if I’m to get it back or at least compensated for said items!!!
Extremely rude and unprofessional . They take forever to answer the phone and when they finally did the girl I spoke with had major attitude and hung up in my face. They shouldn't even be allowed to do business!! I would give them no stars at all if I could!
I called to speak with someone for a basic question and DEZERAI someone I spoke to about 3 different times. Repeatedly hung up in my face and gave me attitude because I didn’t have my vin number . After calling her back 4 different times telling her I cannot contact my finance company and if I could speak to her manager she still hung up in my face and gave me attitude. All I was calling for was to ask what the steps are after getting my repo receipt . This is the worst customer service I’ve ever endured in my life . Clearly this is a repo company who gets off on making people lives more complicated. Dezerai needs to learn proper customer service skills and when someone asks to speak to a manager or someone else non confrontational , to do so!
Bunch of illiterate drop outs. There should be e some type of law that forces people to be able to read at a 5th grade leave to do any type of business. These dumb clowns can’t even keep track of there phone if they were on the phone talking. Bunch of morons.
You can't call and ask questions to these ppl. Can't ask for a manager, name of the dispatcher. And their driver damaged private property. They are the WORST. I called back and found out the person who hung up on me was Deseraye. And she was told not to give out superiors name but to send an email. Completely unacceptable
El dia de hoy pase la peor experiencia de mi vida, fui a este lugar y me trataron de lo peor me ofendieron sin motivo y por ser mexicana me dijeron que me fuera de su land y propiedad, y que si queria mi carro tenia que ir con una escolta de policias me dijo que lo aga antes de hablar que ellos me deporten a mexico. Y se llevo mi carro cuando yo page 4,000 para sacarlo y me lo qitaron y me rodearon mi camioneta con 3 carros y casi me atropello con la grua, yo tenia a mis 3 hijas con migo y ellas lloraban porque nenian miedo.. el y una mujer me gritaban cosas que yo no comprendia Mucha gente solo miraba pero nadie abogo por mi y mis hijas hable ala policia 3 veces y nunca llegaron. La Ultima vez que hable ala policia fue por que me bloqueraon mi camino y yo le dije ala policia que tenia miedo y me dijo la policia que Iban en camino pero yo nunca mire nada. Fue una exepieriencia horrible. Y mandaron mi carro a una subasta pero en el lugar que lo mandaron fueron muy amables y me dijeron que no me preocupe ellos no lo van a vender. Eh incluso hable a reportar y la manager solo se rio de mi porque mi ingles es muy cortito y me colgo. Le dije que ellos estaban fumando y ella dijo ora vas a decir que fumando. Es triste mirar como gente como yo somos mal tratados solo por ser mexicanos oh solo por mi color. El carro es mio no de ellos jamas entendi su comportamiento en cuanto me vieron me dijeron largate de Aqui y serraron su ventana y su Cortina y le pusieron candado.
They Have a Suspended LLC, they are not legally allowed to operate as a business. Here is some basic information. ( I uploaded Proof) From the Secretary of State website.
When a California LLC is suspended, the LLC has lost all its rights and privileges and cannot legally operate until the California LLC has been revived (reinstated or brought back to Active status). ... For a suspended California LLC to once again achieve good standing, the California LLC must be revived.
I got a phone call at 730 am that messed up my whole day. The Lady at Active Recovery was so helpful and actually helped turn my day around. Brandy went above and beyond to help us out. Made this bad experiance end on a good note. Thank you Brandy.
THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE, AND DISRESPECTFUL, TOWED MY CAR AT 4 IN THE AM....DIDNT STRAP IT DOWN....TOOK ALL MY PERSONAL PROPERTY OUT OF MY CAR....AND STOLE MY BRAND NEW PAIR OF SKATES...THAT WERE IN THE BOX....LEFT THE BOX IN THE BACK SEAT OF MY CAR....AND TOOK MY BELONGINGS OUT OF MY TRUNK....THEN SAYS I NEED TO PAY THEM FOR STORAGE OF MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS.....THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO REMOVE ANYTHING FROM MY CAR.....THEY ARE NOT THE OWNERS, AND SHOULD NOT BE REMOVING THINGS FROM PEOPLES CAR....THEY WENT IN MY GLOVE BOX.....AND THREW ALL OF MY PAPERS ON THE FLOOR....MY CAR LOOKS LIKE IT WAS BURGLARIZED.....
